Can't say enough good about these guys! I had a broken brake chamber mount. When every other place I called told me it would be at least 2 days till they could get me in, Boulet's was able to fit me in & get me back on the road. Awesome service, great people, & fair price. I would highly recommend.

Very sorry as a business.. Very poor customer service. Went to set up a road call for one of our trucks, for a RED AIR LINE, guy said ok how will you guys be paying? Told him mastercard or EFS as usual but we'd need an invoice emailed to us before we can pay anything. He stated my guy can't do that from the road. So I told him he could text a picture of the invoice and that would suffice, he said his guy couldn't do that either. That he has to come back to the shop in order to write up an invoice but that his guy can't leave until they get paid. So I suggested they write it up before he leaves for the road call, and just email it over when the tech finishes and guy says nope, I don't have time. Then hung up. How do you do business with anybody, with this kind of attitude?? Very poor way to get or keep customers. Won't survive as a business if you can't get passed the first few bumps in the road. Don't worry, we won't bother you guys next time.

We used their services 2 times now and recommend them for Peterbilt. We were in and out of there fast, problem fixed!Camionneurs du Qu�bec, allez s'y sans h�sitation, bon garage avec road service, bon prix.

I'm assuming the negative comments are from D-heads with bad attitudes. If you have any questions about the work they do just ask'em directly. I use them often even if I have to go out of my way to do it.

Changes dates and doesn t finish agreement. Beware! We where lead on for over a month! Never use them again. Very shoddy management

The company I work for does business with BoulletsThey are very knowledgeable about the trucks and can fix anything in a timely manner...very friendly and go above and beyond for the company I work for .

Watch out!!!!! These people are real crooks!!!! They charged me $80 for only 20 minutes to change a tire!!! This is aside from the cost of the actual tire which was $200

Be aware of these cowboys , They did an engine swap for me and left engine mount bolts loose , forgot to install hood bolts causing hood to fall off on the way home , main seal oil leak , installed parts incorrectly causing a cam shaft to break . Complete disaster run away .
