Went to tire warehouse as I desperately required new tires. I made my appointment online which was seemless! I called the morning of to ensure they had tires that fit my car, the manager Zack, was friendly and was able to confirm they had tires for me!I dropped my car off on my lunch break and picked it up at the end of the day! Easy peasy!They didn t have the tires I originally wanted but they hooked me up with a good set and gave me a discount accordingly. I left, extremely happy with my services from the Ellsworth location!

I called to price and order tires on Monday. I found a set I liked and got a price of 1750. They called Wednesday to say that they were in and the total would be 2080. After a few questions, the kid on the phone told me he gave a discount he wasn't allowed to give. Ok well let's just schedule a date to install as I need them. He says how about tomorrow at noon? I agreed. I got there at noon on Thursday and was told I was not on the schedule and was met with a horrible attitude. I walked out and will never go back.

Ordered LT275-65R20 Toyo AT3s Tires delivered to this location as we traveled through the area. The guys were open early and we dropped off the truck and walked to get breakfast. Nicolas Harvey, working at the front desk, was Friendly and was serving and chatting with local customers. We felt we were in good hands and they did a good job. We love our new Tires.

The folks at Tire Warehouse in Ellsworth, Maine are professional, skilled, and efficient. Who wants to run over a bolt while on vacation in Maine? At night? In a rental car? Little did I know, my car rental agency has a business relationship with Tire Warehouse, and the process was quick, easy, and convenient. The tire was repaired in thirty minutes. We were back on the road!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Tire Warehouse in Ellsworth. I went out to my car on Labor Day at my vacation rental and discovered a flat tire. AAA came and put the spare on. I called them and the gentleman I spoke to told me to come down and they d take care of it immediately. I was so pleased they were open on the holiday. I went there and they fixed my flat tire so quickly for me. They were so efficient and courteous to me. Yesterday I was leaving my rental to go back to Cape Cod and I got another flat tire in a different tire. I was a nervous wreck because my trip home is over 360 miles. I went back to Tire warehouse and they were so kind and fixed the tire so quickly. I highly recommend them. You couldn t ask for a better group of guys so willing to help you. Thank you again for such great service.

The service is both fast and friendly. I did not have an appointment, but my car was quickly set up with the services it needed. I don't use any other place.

The shop took a nice chunk out of my wheel, scraping it down to bare metal, you can tell it was hit with an impact gun and the paint chip came off in my own driveway. The wheels also look like they were dropped face down as I can see and feel the dents on the wheel spokes/faces and can see scratches leading away from the dents. The man at the counter told me he didn't get out to see my tires being put on like he does with most others, but says his guys definitely didn't drop or damage these, even after I showed high res pictures I have of the wheels from before (albeit a few weeks old by now, lesson learned to take photos immediately before!) I removed my own lug nut caps before my appointment and have never used an impact gun on these wheels so i know what they looked like before. Shop also says there isnt anything they or corporate can do for me, so I have contacted corporate myself.

Disappointed. I made an appointment online, confirmed with an email from Tire Warehouse only to arrive and find out the online appointments do not actually link to the store. They already had appointments booked all day and couldn't accommodate me. There is no excuse for this, do better Tire Warehouse!

I went into the Ellsworth maine location and had 4 tires mounted, balanced and alignment. They supposedly did a courtesy inspection. The following week I went to my mechanic for an inspection sticker. They told me that a had a bad ball joint. So how could an accurate alignment been done with a bad ball joint? I was charged for the alignment and not told about the ball joint or bad back brakes. They also didn't reset my tire sensor. I am highly dissatisfied and hope after my ball joint is replaced tire warehouse makes good on doing a proper alignment and not charge me since they never should've tried an alignment with a bad ball joint to begin with. Seems very shady business to do an alignment with a bad ball joint when it will just go back out and I'd have to pay for a other one. I dont make that kind of money.UPDATE: only a few hours after I posted this review I got a call from the manager, Nick, and he was very apologetic. He saw the ball joint was a little loose but didnt think it would effect my tires. I explained any type of issue, even mild, should be let know as I have lost a ball joint beforw and its scary. We talked and he explained how hes trying to get everything corrected and done right since becoming manager and even though the alignment machine has gone down and needs to be fixed, as soon as its ready ill be the first one he calls to set up a new alignment for free. I was unaware of a 30 day warranty they have but even if it went past the 30 day he would still have it done for me cause he doesnt want any customers to have a bad experience. Sounds like he's on track to get the reputation in this area back up to par. Be proud of your new manager, he made me feel heard and didn't make me feel poorly by making a bad review. It is a big relief to not have to pay for a new alignment and im very happy with the quick reponse to correct the problem. Good job Nick!

This place had the lowest price as well as the best guaranty of all the places we called. They had to order our tires but they got them in less than a day. Service was quick and professional. Thanks guys!

The Tire Warehouse team is amazing, helpful, friendly, and a family away from home. They accommodated us on our recent trip to Maine without the rigmarole of appointment you get elsewhere and provided a complimentary tire that got us home safely with my Littlegals. I highly recommend Ben and the team to anyone and everyone because if these guys are not working on your vehicle you need to check them out now. Looking forward to changing my tires there and that is a good 6 hours I will happily drive some day when the time comes. Go guys, you are my heroes and I salute you!

I have highly recommend this business in Ellsworth Me. We had a rental car and got a flat tire. Made it to the shop. The manager was terrific. He assessed the problem and immediately went to resolve our problem. If I could give him and the business 10 STARS we would. Excellent manager . He is a very compassionate individual. They had my camping trailer tires in stock which I really needed being 3000 miles from home.Sales representative was helpful but not very friendly. Poor bedside manner.He wrote up the order for two $40 tires at $160. Error, error. It was actually $118.He didn't explain the charges to me. There was an extra $25 for road hazard coverage. When I questioned it, he pointed out that it was discounted by $16, but it should be optional.The tires were done when promised.Finally, he never offered to carry and load the tires in my rig. I did it myself. Simple lack of customer service.More poor customer service. I'm traveling and now in Oklahoma. Had a question about ambiguity of tire pressure the tires I've been running say 90 psi max load. That's all. The new tires say 60 psi max load but over 32 psi is dangerous when mounting if beads are not seated. That is confusing. They would not explain this over the phone and cut me off.

Outstanding. My wife had a flat in town and was able to get it inflated enough to get over to the store. I called ahead and the man was professional and polite, saying that they would take care of her. Without needing an appointment, they fit her into the schedule, patched it for free, and had her on her way in under 30 minutes. Earned lifetime customers in the process.

I had great experience with Jason and Ben at tire warehouse. I had a flat tire and other three tires were in good condition. Buying a new one or two wouldn t have worked and they found an old tire perfect fitting my needs. They were professional and very courteous. In less than 30 mins, I was back on road. Just amazing service and wonderful experience. If you are visiting Acadia and having any trouble with your car tires, reach out to them.

There are sometimes the service someone provides goes above and beyond what you would expect. Erik, the manager, helped me with getting a new rim and tire for my SUV which I needed desperately to get home, and he spent the time in figuring this all out for me, and just showed he cared. Very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous, and willing to spend the time that just showed he cared. This is the place I will always go to now if I need Tire help in Ellsworth, Maine.

How does great service in the past go downhill so fast. I guess it is called a bad day for service. Had an alignment check was mixed up for wheel balance, car was almost taken off lift with lift up and when the tire tech tested my right front ball joint, he took his frustrations out on that tire. I guess it all depended on the crew you have. This crew was all out of sorts. No way to trat a customer. Will not go here again.

We always get stellar service at the Tire Warehouse in Ellsworth. Even when they are short staffed they are patient, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. I would recommend this to anyone looking for new tires. And they match prices!! I am a very happy customer.

The best. Had contractor roofing mail in my tire the day before having to drive to Maryland. Was there at 7:30 on Saturday morning and waited no more than 20 min. They fixed it up and were super friendly.

Last Saturday I came in for a leaky tire, I spoke to a gentleman who could help but he smelled of alcohol. A person came from out back somewhere and called the gentleman I talked to Zakk. I was going to not write a review in good faith, but I cannot let this go. My lord would not want such a person to fix something as they can make matters worse.

I drive an Enterprise rental and because of covid nonsense they can't switch me out of cars often enough. With at said had to get tires done on the vehicle. Had to wait a little bit to get an approval for the work (not their fault) but once it was done had 4 new tires in and out in about 30 minutes. I have to say quickest turnaround I have ever seen in a tire shop. Great job!

Thank you to the team at Tire Warehouse/Ellsworth!!! We were traveling home from vacation and noticed we had an issue with one of our tires and had run over a nail. Being 5 hours from home had us stressed but staff was very nice and said they could help!I called and was able to bring my car over immediately. The tire was patched up quickly and we were back on our way home safely.The team at Tire Warehouse was extremely professional and I would absolutely bring my car back again for service if we are In the area!Thank you team!

After a very long day that started with a nail and a flat tire which resulted in five kids being late for picture day the guys at Tire Warehouse not only patched my tire but made it as quick as possible while making it easy for my young children letting them just hang in the car with me while the work was done. I ve been going to here for years because of this type of excellent customer service. They turned my whole day around with their kindness and excellent service.

Super nice and helpful! My boyfriend and I were road-tripping and had a slow leak in our front tire. Our schedule was tight and no places we called were able to work us in. The guys here had us in and out within an hour or so even though they were busy. The man at the counter was funny and kind. The mechanic was kind and he explained what happened and how he fixed it and gave us some good advice. Highly recommended!

Today was a stressful day of driving in a blizzard. I had picked the wrong set of tires, however the team picked a set of the proper tires quickly and at a great price! They were done with the car in less than an hour even thou it was 15� out. They had the best customer service I've had in a long time. They made my day. I drive away not having to worry about driving in a blizzard. Would recommend 100%
