Everyone at Sunrise was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They had a good prices and you could tell they work together as a true team! I wad able to have a same day appointment for my windshield dents and they had me in and out quickly. Thanks for your excellent service.

Cannot recommend sunrise glass enough! The prices are the cheapest in the area that I ve found & I got my windshield replaced 2 months ago somewhere else (not knowing much about sunrise) just for it to get cracked AGAIN by a dump truck this morning. When I came in after being recommended to, they were so beyond kind knowing I just paid to get it done, and didn t charge me anything for their time to fix the crack to save it from spreading further. If you want a clean, professional, personable experience come to sunrise glass! I will never go anywhere else again.

Friendly staff but the tech that was tasked with doing the initial inspection called the client in Miami vs me here locally as directed. The support desk at Sunshine Glass made a point of making sure they were to call me the day of inspection but it didn t happenthat way. Minor irritation since I was busy offsite. Obviously a lack of communication. I still place my trust in the companies abilities and quality of their work

I had called around to get windshield prices. Sunrise had the best quote. They had one shipped in the next day and I was able to set up an appt immediately. Amazing customer service, professional and personable staff. Leaving water and snacks for patrons is another attribute that sets Sunrise above other competitors. They made me feel like I was a human being that mattered and not just another number. Definitely recommend and give 5 stars!!!! Thank you!!!

Excellent service and pricing! I had a windshield replaced on my truck and it only cost $230, I will definitely be returning for any future glass needs and recommending Sunrise Glass to my friends!

I had my windshield replaced. They did an excellent job. At first I thought they had mounted my rear view mirror too low, and within 5 minutes of mentioning this they had the entire team (family) on the case to figure it out. This showed me that the culture of this group is one of caring and excellence in their work. They had actually mounted it perfectly (the windshield comes from the factory with the mount in the same place it was on the old glass) ... the seat had just been raised way up when the technician moved the car out of the shop. So we all got a good laugh about it, and the new windshield has been great. Sunrise was also a bit less expensive than the competition.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent place, great service. Don t know their names but girls behind the counter were amazing. I was leaving town, and they were able to squeeze me in to get my 2022 Toyota tundra windshield replaced. Kudos to the manager as well for personally making sure vehicle got done. Would highly recommend.

I've used them for plate glass on a couple of occasions now and been pleased both times. They are helpful, friendly, do good work, and charge a fair price.

Very appreciative that Sunrise Glass quickly scheduled me for a windshield replacement after getting cracked (other local providers had a longer wait timeframe, and I don't tend to have patience), staff is friendly and informative and turnaround time during in-shoppe repair was shorter than I expected (I relaxed in their tv lounge and time flew by). Good customer service seems more of a luxury these days, so refreshing to find it here.

We had a new glass shower door installed. I cannot say enough about the whole process from start to finish. From helping me choose a door to the final installation Will be using them when we do the new bath upstairs .

I highly recommend sunrise glass. I have used them for the past 30 years they re always the cheapest in the area and always do the best job. I was passing through from Acadia Park to Montreal. And a rock kissed our windshield. Sunrise Glass squeezed us into their busy schedule to make a quick fix. The fix is super professional. We sat in their beautiful waiting room and it was done. Thank you very much.

I had a passenger window put in by sunrise glass. They never even cleaned up the glass that was still in the door from my original glass breaking. My window still does not work right to this day.

We had Sunrise install shower walls in our home. They were fantastic. Not only did I feel like they knew me and our project, they were communicative and pleasant to work with. They day of the install, the crew that came was professional and super nice. Most importantly, the work was top notch. Can t recommend them enough!

I worked with the Ellsworth location. I needed a couple panes of window glass for a camp repair. It was late in the day and the staff was out on repairs or occupied on existing projects but the office manager was so responsive and nice. She pledged they d get them for me the next day but one of her colleagues was able to cut them before the end of the day. It was a big help.I wasnt a big order but Sunrise treated me like one. They provided quality, at a reasonable price and ahead of schedule. Quite impressed and will be thinking of them when the bigger projects come along.

I was in need of windshield repair so on my way to work 720 am I called places around Ellsworth for service. I wasnt sure what was in Ellsworth as im not familiar with everything there, i just work in that area. I got automated answer at Portland glass so hung up. I was driving and saw Sunrise glass so I pressed my mic on the dash said call Sunrise glass Ellsworth Maine. It was 724 am and didn't really expect anything but a automated answer, but to my surprise a lady answered. I asked her some questions and she asked me a few questions. She asked if I could swing by so someone could look at my windshield. I said I just drove by. I asked if someone could look at it now and she said yes. Amazingly enough they got me in and got the repair done by 801am. I was only 15 minutes late for work. Unbelievably excellent service and accommodations. Very helpful in helping answer questions regarding my claim. AAA+++ I was stressed about my windshield splitting as glass could be felt an seen on the chipped place. I was stressed about finding a place for repair and having to wait gor an appointment.Lisa and the employees at Sunrise Glass eliminated that stress. I have used (and tried to use) Sunrise glass several times. They mis-measured and mis-ordered my kitchen windows which caused our job to take 6 weeks to complete. I should have learned. I then tried to use them to replace a windshield on my car. I scheduled service, they never showed up, never told me or the auto shop that they were not going to show up and then they called to charge me! Do not trust them. Do not use them.
