Always fast, nice, honest, and don't push to sell you extras. Fair pricing plus a discount after a few oil changes, make sure to get a discount card and punch it every time.

I needed an oil change in Ellsworth before leaving on a long distance trip in my car. At first, I had trouble finding a place that could schedule an oil change in less than a week Then I found Route One Oil and Lube. There was no waiting; the technicians worked quickly and efficiently while I waited in the car with my friend from Massachusetts. She was very impressed by how affordable it was less than $60 for my little Toyota iA sedan that requires synthetic oil. I will definitely go back to them again.

I was on my way home from a trip to Acadia and my oil change light had been on for the last 500 or so miles. I wanted to get it taken care of then and there so I didn t have to fit it into my non-vacation schedule later. Route 1 was quick, efficient, and friendly on the Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. The price was very fair, on par with my affordable neighborhood mechanic back home.Service: Oil change

Usually change oil myself but was on the road and stopped here because they were open. Fastest oil change I've ever had. Very friendly, efficient, accurate, and knowledgeable. In and out within 10 minutes.

these guys are awesome! they have their system down! I watched them doing their thing today while they changed the oil on my Diesel Nissan Titan... (a rare vehicle) - they were the only shop in town that had the filter in stock for my 5.0 cummins motor. when they discovered my oil plug was damaged and missing the gasket, they called around town and had one delivered to the shop within a few minutes! They are very organized and check and verify each other's work, it was a really great experience. I would recommend these folks to anyone in Ellsworth!

Becca and her crew run a fairly efficient ship! They get the job done right and quite speedy compared to other places. At first I was a little weary since they don't do appointments, but even with someone ahead of me when I got there, I wasn't waiting very long at all.

Quick and easy, went in for an oil change and was out in 15 minutes. The people working were friendly and communicated well. Fastest oil change I ever had.

What a great little gem! The folks here were very helpful and friendly. After turning of my vehicle for the oil change it would start again. The great staff cleaned the battery terminals for me and tried everything to get me on my way. Unfortunately the problem was more the that. The crew gave me some great locations to have my vehicle serviced. I will be coming back for every oil change!Service: Oil change

Exceptional service!! They put air in my tires for me, and provided advice for me. While doing the oil change my infant got hungry and the woman (not sure on her name) pulled my car our of the way for the next custumer and gave my time to feed my baby and not feel rushed. In my opinion they have the best customer service and quality work! Prices are great too!

Staff was super friendly, store was clean and welcoming. I came in for a simple oil change and was recommended one which would last me 6000 miles instead of 3000. I met the husband & wife who own the place and they were passionate about what they are doing here! They had plenty of reading material and a comfortable play list - make your own hot chocolate & cider as well. Tidy bathroom, quick and efficient service, highly recommend.

Don't go here. I came here with low transmission oil. First they said no problem we can take care of that. Then I wasted an hour or so in the waiting room. Then they removed the oil fill port in my transmission (I later discovered that they only threaded it back in halfway) after that they decided they didn't want to put anything in my transmission and made me drive off with an empty manual transmission! DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst Place I ever been to they broke all the bolts on my at box than They told me they never change my air filter when I told them to do it and I know they did it then never mentioned to me that the air box bolts where broken And that I had a oil leak the place is awful they do very little to try to make more money pretty much a scam if you ask meServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Very friendly and efficient. Employees are pleasant, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I will be using them from now on.
