Waited in line over an hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Then my oil change took nearly 40 minutes itself because the guys were too busy talking and goofing off. Not overly impressed. They even forgot the last time I was there they were gonna change my filter then threw it away didn't have it and pulled it from the trash and put it back on. Then claimed they never did that it must of been my mechanic.

Got here 30 minutes before close on a Saturday, they already had two cars in the bay and two more waiting in line in front of me. The guys here handled the last-minute-right-before-close rush perfectly and professionally, and were personable and friendly the whole time. I d say you ve got yourself a great crew! Stopped here last minute after work, live towards Bangor and the Brewer location is my usual but I think Ellsworth just gained itself a new customer.

wam bam thank you mam. they were wondering why I was in there with a truck still under warranty. $80 is worth not having to schedule with darlings then have to wait an hour for them to do what takes 10 min here

The guys working at this establishment keep me coming back! Friendly, respectful, courteous, efficient and cute. I always leave with a smile on my face and the oil change is great too. This is a great place to get a quick oil change. The people are always very helpful and friendly, and they provide a few other services such as changing your windshield wiper blades.My car takes 5W-40 and they used 5W-30, which wasn t a huge deal, but the next time we changed it we changed it ourselves and they had tightened the drain plug so tightly that it took my boyfriend and I two hours to unscrew it. They re only supposed to be hand-tightened and it seemed like they must have used a tool. Also not a huge deal, but I feel like the plastic could have cracked with that amount of pressure, or the threads could have been damaged.

Competent at their job, not overly friendly. Treat most people almost like an interuption to their day as opposed to a customer. I am used to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, they initial and date filters in front of you. Call out what they are doing as they do it etc. You feel involved, here you are just left to wonder. Like I said not terrible service, just lacking.

It was fast and easy. They didn't try and sell you anything other than an oil change, which was nice. However the works came off as rude and impatient.

Guys are great. If you have a infant they allow you to stay in the comfort of the car. Quick service and fair prices.

I'm using this service for one year now and love their service, they do it fast, keep my car tuned, if the car have any problem they let me know the problem and give me recommendations to fix it. The service prices are excellent.

Prompto in general is pretty good but this one in Ellsworth is top notch. The guys are a well oiled machine! I really doubt you can save much money doing an oil change yourself and this place is so fast you save a bundle of time
