The manager Keith is dreamy, and easy on the eyes. I'd call him daddy in front of his girlfriend any day.Freddy sucks though. A lot.Like more than one person should. Think of all the people you've ever known...double it..Triple that...And pretend they all suck...and Freddy still sucks more.

Used their loaner program, unaware of what a cheat it was. Loan window is only 48 hours. After that, you own it. They refused to refund my $160. Taking this to corporate, but in the meantime please accept this review instead. AutoZone is 90 days. Take your business there.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Alan, Keith and one other co-worker. They all helped me with finding the correct size tube bolt(s) for my hydraulic brake line on my Ford Super Duty 250 5.4L Truck (the big one). After loosing pressure on Saturday in the brakes, soft petal, I took on the job myself with my husband Kirk. We had a 40" break line with two 3/8" tube bolts but we discovered was that we needed a bigger tube bolt on one side! Wither everyone's help at O'Reilly, by trying the the bolts we thought would work in the receiving parts (brake caliper and brake fluid supply tube) they had on the shelf in the store for our truck. They were pretty clever to do this! We are going to the truck after work tonight and try to finish our project and then bleed our brake lines of air. Soooooo Much Gratitude to the O'Reilly team. I loved how you worked TOGETHER!VIP Tires & Service sent us to Midas and they cut the tube(s) and put the bolt(s) on and "bubbled" the end of the tube(s) for me free of charge. It took 15 minutes! Feeling so full of love and compassion for my community!

Prices seem better then the neighboring parts stores and the employees seem to be more willing to help you find the best deal and they are very polite.

The staff at O'Reilly was extremely helpful with information regarding the right part I needed and how to find it. They even explained I could probably do the repairs my self.

Great customer service! The associates are very professional and attentive to your needs. The service is top notch, especially with the free preventive maintenance inspection of your vehicle at the time of service. I will definitely return to this location!

On three separate occasions, my husband called to have parts set aside so I could just go in and pick them up and not have to stand there for 20 minutes while they tried to find what was asked for after working all day. On ALL three of these occasions the person on the phone did NOT follow through!! The only time things have ever been done the way they said it would, was when we dealt with the manager directly. We will spend a little more at times and support our local NAPA close to home. The folks at the counter stare at the computer stunned and cannot seem to find what is needed. My husband and I are done with O'Reilly auto parts.

I went to the store this evening just before closing. I had a brake light that was burned out. The salesmen said that they would INSTALL the bulb at no charge for me on the spot! I was thrilled and felt very pampered! I also watched them do it so I can do it myself (hopefully!) the next time it happens. Thank you all so much-very kind and attentive-not that common these days and I found it so refreshing! I will be back!

DO NOT GET PARTS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! I purchased 2 new shock/strut assemblies. When I picked them up, the shocks were 2 different colors, one gray and one black. I asked if he was completely sure that they were the same thing, and he told me he inspected them all over and assured me that they were in fact the same. I paid for them and left. I noticed my car just wasn't right. It was making funny noises and was pulling extremely bad to the left. They gave me 2 different sized shocks. The manager told me that he did not sell me 2 different sized shocks and that one of them must have failed. He told me to come in for an inspection through neighboring VIP to see what was going on. I went in, they inspected it, and just as I had known, one shock was indeed longer than the other, and not an appropriate fit for my vehicle. It was now confirmed that he sold me the wrong parts for my vehicle. It posed an INCREDIBLE safety risk to myself and my family. My steering has been terrible, it veers hard to the left into oncoming traffic. I have swerved out of harm's way many times. My driver front tire howls loudly when I turn right. There is now undue wear and tear on my tires and who knows what else on my vehicle. This was in NO WAY my fault. I trusted this Oreillys employee to sell me a SAFE and reliable part. I was guaranteed that it was. He proceeded to tell me that he could not have VIP install new shocks on Oreillys dime. He also told me that he could not give me the new shocks he ordered to install unless I had the old ones in hand. I also was not going to get a refund of any kind for all of the inconvenience, safety hazard, time, and gas that dealing with this issue has brought upon me. I was sent on my way, with my vehicle that is slanted down to the left severely, swerving into oncoming traffic, and I had my 3 young children with me. Nothing fixed at all. No new shocks in my possession. I am EXTREMELY upset, frustrated, and disappointed with this company. I expected more. I expected that this company and its employees would CARE about its customers and keeping them safe. I want my voice to be heard.No customer should ever feel like this when they are spending hundreds of dollars at a business.

There are at least three auto parts stores right near each other but this is by far the best due to its extensive inventory.

These guys are decent at getting you prices that are the lowest in town or get the part for you that no one else can get/has in stock. Will always stop here when looking for car parts.

The place is A joke. We were quoted a less than dollar price for an oil plug gasket but when we got there it was over 6 dollars and they only had it in a 4 pack.
