Excellent repair shop. Unfortunately I am a second time customer. I didn't see the Ram 2500 behind me for some reason... Great service. Fixed my Altima three years ago. My first choice this time.

My handicapped brother recently had a minor accident. (approx. $2K) His insurance company (The Hartford) said he should send photos of the damage for an estimate. He wanted to take it to the repair shop for an in person estimate. He was assured by both Moody's and the Hartford that was not necessary. BIG MISTAKE. The repair was not done completely. When Moody's and the Hartford were questioned why he didn't receive a complete repair he was told that Moody's felt some of the damage was a result of a different accident. They are wrong.I would urge anyone considering using the services at Moody's to make sure they get an in person estimate.

Had a 5 thousand dollar repair done that included the rear bumper with back up sensors built-in and two of the bumper mounts still had the old bumper parts still in and the new bumper mounts bent out of the way. One of those mounts was supposed to hold the wire harness out of the way for said bumper sensors and because it wasn't bolted to hold it, it fell on the exhaust and melted the wire harness. They did a nice job fixing my van. It definitely took a long time but they told me it would from the beginning. They were swamped with vehicles. I'm very satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend them to others.
