Eric,and Erik are a great duo! Eric being very personable and helpful,as Erik work hard with the bank to get me financed,even with no credit they are fantastic and I definitely would recommend anyone to go there! Thanks again guys you rock!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Heather at the Ellsworth location. I have never had a vehicle transaction be so easy and smooth! Heather was great to deal with and very friendly and personable. I have recommended them to several people in the past week and would purchase another vehicle from them in a heartbeat!

Heather is amazing! She is dedicated to her job and knows all the ins and outs of her job. She is very kind and sincere, very flexible to work with. They held my truck for me for three weeks no problems. Not hounding me, not blowing my phone up. A little over a month later she still checks in with me and makes sure everything is going well. She's always telling me if I have any questions don't hesitate to ask. For buying my first truck I have no complaints!Thank you very much Heather!

I bought my car through Heather a few months ago and it was a great experience. I m more of a hands-off customer and I don t want to have a salesperson hanging over my shoulder while I look and test drive. Heather was there and available for when I had questions but didn t play the aggressive salesperson game that I got at other lots. Trading in my car was far easier than I had anticipated and everything was done at the office within an hour. I love the car and have had no problems with it since purchasing. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience buying my first car at linnehans , thanks too the help from Ryan Pickard. He is an amazing salesman and made this very possible. Ryan was very patient with my family and I and helped me find a cheaper and better insurance and made sure I was 100% happy with this car I bought! Very welcoming and helpful during the process of the paperwork as well! I definitely would request going to linnehans and going through Ryan buying a car!

I worked with Ryan Pickard as I bought my Toyota Rav 4. The whole staff, especially Ryan, was extremely professional, kind and went WAY above and beyond for me. I was allowed to test drive my vehicle for multiple days until I knew for sure it was the one. The process was easy, fast, and well explained. The customer service was amazing. I absolutely recommended them!

This review is about maintenance and repairs done at Linnehan's service location in Hancock. Our Honda Odyssey van was limping along when we brought it in to Ryan. I thought there must be terrible issues that needed repair and suggested as much to Ryan. He considered my suggestions about what I thought was wrong with the van, but after a test ride called me to tell me that the solutions to the van's poor ride was just an alignment and new tires. When I brought the van home from the shop, it was like driving a brand new vehicle.From here on out, we will be bringing all of our vehicles to Linnehan's for service. Honest, great workmanship and outstanding value. Awesome combination in today's business environment.

I had an amazing experience with the folks at Linnehans! Heather from the start of working together walked me through everything. She was thorough and efficient. She kept in contact with me and did most of the work through text which worked perfect for my busy schedule. I got to also work with the Bangor office, everyone there was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable. These are down to earth people who want to help you get the best deal for you. Thank you again Heather and everyone at Linnehans. I love my new whip!

Just purchased our car from Ryan Pickard and he was a dream to work with! We submitted an inquiry on a vehicle on Saturday evening and first thing Monday morning he was in touch, unfortunately the vehicle we were interested in had sold but Ryan asked what we were looking for and what type of payment we wanted and he was able to provide a few different options, I expressed some interest in one of the cars he had mentioned that was in the Bangor location and he had it brought right to Ellsworth, by the time I was off work for the day he had an approval all ready to go. He let me test drive the car and bring it home to show my boyfriend. He had a no pressure sales approach and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. He listened to what we wanted and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was such a quick and easy process, and there was none of the usual car buying stress. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Right Way Auto is definitely the place to shop! The whole staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. They truly were awesome, and Uriah was great to work with! I presented them a tough scenario and they made it happen. Definitely give them a call! Plus they don't charge a doc fee (which automatically gives you a $500 discount over most other dealers)!

Linnehan's Right Way Auto is the way to go for an auto if you are looking for awesome used vehicle, Michele ,Brian, Chad all worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be and in the vehicle that I wanted. I cannot thank them for all the hard work and very excellent service very pleasant to work with I defiantly will be referring friends to Linnehan's Right Way Auto for all their vehicle purchase's. From my initial inquiries all the way through the sale I dealt with Scott and it was the absolute best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle (new or used). I was skeptical at first because I live in Augusta and thought I would have to eventually visit the dealership. Boy was I wrong. Once we decided on a vehicle - it was brought to home in Augusta for a test drive and then the finance application was done on-line and all paperwork was delivered with the car once we agreed on the price and delivery date. What an awesome experience! We bought the 2016 Buick Enclave and are overjoyed.

Heather was awesome- made my transaction super easy and I am still in love with the vehicle several months later. Had a small mechanical issue right after purchasing and the dealer covered it no questions asked. Overall great service, make sure you ask for Heather!!

Great place to buy a vehicle. Lance, Heather and whole team were fantastic! Very low pressure sales approach so you can actually have a conversation about a vehicle without feeling any pressure. These guys should be the first stop when you re looking for a new car!

The service in the beginning was great. The service by the salesman is ok. The service center, and the garage/s aren't great at all. I told the garages ahead of time what I needed done then on the day of the appointment they looked at it and said yup that needs to be done l, and sent me on my way without it being fixed. Then I had to contact my salesman to get ignored, and get a service center number that still wont help. Great in the beginning, but if you've been with them a couple years they seriously slack in customer service.

i bought a car through them couple months ago. it was super easy i applied online. got a call back the same day from Ryan. by the end of the day I drove away in the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. thanks :)

I held off writing this review to make sure the vehicle I bought from Linnehan's was a value 4 months later (after the Warranty was up). I am and continued to be VERY HAPPY with my purchase from Linnehan's. I made an extremely fair deal for a 2017 Kia Sportage SX. The sales folks were great - they worked with me to make sure my experience was low key. They gave me more for my trade than I ever expected. They are fair negotiators and their vehicles are of top quality. A seriously low-key, low pressure sales experience. KUDOS to the entire team at Linnehan's in Ellsworth. Your selection, the quality and your business acumen is above board - truly unique for the area. THANK YOU!!! A wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a really great experience this past Saturday, working with Uriah at Linnehan's Right-Way Auto.I have to admit I was initially a little nervous about going here for a vehicle, but I was very quickly put at ease by the professionalism and non-pushy nature of the staff.We went over my financial requirements up-front and then Uriah just gave me the keys to the vehicles I wanted to test drive and said "see you when you get back!"This was great, because it gave my wife and I the time we needed to talk about the vehicle without a salesperson pitching features & benefits the whole time.I ended up getting a great deal on a loaded 2010 VW Passat, and I couldn't be happier.Linnehan's Right Way Auto even gave me a lot more for my trade-in than the local "big guy" car dealer offered, and I got a really good interest rate on the loan too!I'll be working with Right Way Auto and their awesome, professional salesperson Uriah, for all of my vehicle needs going forward.Great job guys! I recently bought a vehicle here and the service was outstanding! They drove the vehicle to me, 2 hours away, for me to try it out. The papers were brought down with them, so I signed and they drove my trade back. After I found a repair issue, they drove a loaner down here for me while they repaired my vehicle. Great service! Highly recommended!

My purchase process was great but After the purchase and a day short of week gone by from my purchase I get a flat in one of my tires that where installed brand new by the dealership repair shop. I called the dealership to ask about a warranty on the tires because they where installed by their shop and hadn't been on the vehicle for more than two months before I purchased the vehicle they informed me that they don't offer a warranty from their dealership shops work and there's no warranty from the tire manufacturers. They said the only option I have is to fix it myself without a warranty or submit a claim to my insurance company. I'm displeased with the after the sale service they showed to a returning customer of the dealership. None of this review reflects anything on my salesman Scott cause he can't help if the dealerships management doesn't allow him to.

HEATHER is such an angel. My car was totaled last week and I was panicking to find a new car. She got me a car the DAY I went to see her. Crunched numbers, worked with my budget and made sure the car I was in was safe. Can t thank her enough. This is an amazing company. Highly highly recommend
