They really took good care of me. They put my Jeep up and called me to tell me the product was already on it. I bought it brand new in VA and drove it off the lot, had no idea.They went the extra mile, called down to the business in VA that does it there. Learned they don't do as full an application there as Darling's does here. In VA for example they don't do the wax coating. They took care of all that and I left an extremely happy customer.From point of contact through picking up my keys it was a positive experience.
