Everyone I had contact with was very nice, helpful and friendly without being too aggressive for the sale. But They also didn't act like I was bothering them before they knew I was going to buy. By far the BEST dealership experience I have ever had in my almost 40 years on this Earth. Definitely the easiest smoothest and most confident I have ever felt buying a car.

It was about a 3 day process and it went so smoothly with us being 3 hours away from the dealer and only talking over the phone. I was in contact with Blake from Darlings in Ellsworth and she was excellent. She called and talked all the finances through with me and made sure everything looked good and it was a good fit for me before driving down to look at it. I got approved the next day and drove down and looked at the vehicle and then decided it wasn t the right fit for my family so within 10 minutes she was able to find a different one that would meet our expectations and the one we fell in love with immediately! Overall Blake was amazing and the family down at Darlings was so welcoming and absolutely great people to deal with! I will most definitely be back to shop with them in the future and I will always recommend Blake and her team!!!-Macie Thibeault

Went in for a brake warning message, was told it needed 4 wheel brake job for $1500. Took it to another shop, turns out the rear brake pad wear sensor was out of place and damaged. Fixed it with an $8 part from Oreillys. Also turns out that while the rear brake pads may have been getting close (I'll give you that maybe those were a judgement call) the front wasn't even 1/2 worn out yet.

We were on vacation and realized we needed an oil change. Took our 2021 Blazer in later in the afternoon, and Ben asked if we could come back the following day since they were scheduled for the rest of the day. Brought the Blazer in the following morning and got the oil changed, and it was at no charge, since our certified vehicle oil change had never been used!We appreciated Ben working us in, as the service department was very busy. Thank you for taking care of us, and allowing us to get home safely!

Awesome experience. Traveling 1500 miles from home towing a 17,000 lb 5th wheel RV. Started experiencing no trailer brakes, off and on, without warning. Called and talked to Marie in the parts/scheduling department and she set everything up for us to bring the truck in a few days later. They were then able to work me in their schedule a couple days early. Had the truck back in 2 hours all fixed. From Marie to service writer Diane to rental lady Pam it was one of the absolute best experience. We were able to stay on schedule with our trip. Thanks again to all of you!

Friendly personable salesman. Treated fairly with trade-in and the fact that the dealership stood by the price quoted even though the build slightly increased while waiting for delivery. I am very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend the Ellsworth store.

Shaun in service was always a pleasant voice on the phone or in person. Shaun made sure I was always informed in the best way possible. Kevin in the office went above and beyond to answer my questions the whole time my vehicle in the shop for repairs. Kevin was always positive and never made me feel as if I was bothering him. Shaun and Kevin are amazing employees and great assets to the Darlings Ford Family. Andy at the front desk is errogent and always had a dirty look and an attitude . Made me feel guilty that the vehicle I had bought from his business, was having mechanical problems. Evrytime I walked in the doors of the establishment he would roll his eyes. Not a friendly face/personality that I would EVER put at the front desk of any business !!

Ben S was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was my appointment was at 8:30a-10:00a for an alignment but they were behind and I was there until 11:00 instead. Ben did let me know at 9:20 that they were behind though but still frustrating.

It took from June 29th when it finally was able to get ordered until November 21st for it to reach the dealership very frustrating.When I went to get my Equinox on November 25th my experience was very good,Amanda was great,very knowledgeable,friendly anwsered all my questions.

Blake and Mario did an excellent job working with us. Even after we had a deal and another group sold the one we were working on out from us, Blake made sure we had another vehicle the next day! And it was a color I wanted more so it all worked out!

Ordered and purchased a 3500HD Silverado with a Duamax diesel from PJ Davis. I have purchased many vehicles from Darlings (formerly Morrisons). PJ does a great job. The mileage is twice what my gas engine was getting. The diesel is quiet and smooth. Towes a 18,000 pound 5th wheel with no problem. Service department is always very helpful, its a great shop.

I have done business with the Chevy dealership in Ellsworth for 53 years. I have always driven a Chevrolet and have always purchased through this same dealership (Morrison Chevrolet in Ellsworth, Maine) the dealership now is Darling's Chevrolet in Ellsworth, Maine. The service has always been excellent or I would not have done business with them. I don't have my car serviced done very much with the new servicing policy, my age and not putting on very many miles. Don't drive as far and when it is storming I stay in. I miss my Impala and didn't like going smaller. It is just not me. I have gone from the Camaro (my first car), Celebrity, Lumina's, Monte Carlo's, several Impala's and now to a Chevy Cruze. I recently had the opportunity to experience the service at Darling's Chevrolet Dealership in Ellsworth, Maine, and I cannot praise their service enough.While on vacation, my truck unexpectedly went into limp mode on a Sunday. The timing could not have been worse, but Darling's Chevrolet was a silver lining. Despite the stressful situation, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and relatively stress-free.We were able to get an appointment the very next day, which was phenomenal considering the circumstances. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and had the truck fixed by Wednesday. Although this meant we had to extend our vacation by a day, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the potential issues we could have encountered.The team at Darling's was not only helpful but also very understanding of our situation. They realized we were in a bind and did everything in their power to get us back on the road as soon as possible. I want to give a special shout out to Ben in the service department. His professionalism and efficiency are second to none. He orchestrated the entire repair process seamlessly and kept us updated throughout.Also deserving of high praise is the mechanic who stayed late to squeeze us in. His dedication and commitment to customer service are commendable. The quality of work done on the truck was top-notch, demonstrating his expertise and attention to detail.Despite having to extend our vacation, our hotel was accommodating and able to extend our stay for one more night. All in all, what could have been a vacation-ruining event turned out to be a minor detour, thanks in large part to Darling's Chevrolet Dealership.If you find yourself in need of automobile service in the Ellsworth area, I wholeheartedly recommend Darling's Chevrolet. Their team's professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service are truly a breath of fresh air in the automotive industry.
