My car lease was nearing the end, so I reached out to Mike Hill at Darlings Auto Mall where I had originally leased it, to review my options. The staff at the Kingsland Crossing location were very polite and helpful, without pressuring me. When I decided on how I wanted to proceed, they made it happen. Had a great experience at Darlings in Ellsworth! The sales rep was excellent in helping us. There was no pressure to buy. Dave gave us good information so that we could make a choice that would fit our budget. Everyone worked together to be sure we had the car that would meet our needs. Thank you especially to Dave for his patience in working with us. He was friendly and easy to talk too. We definitely recommend Darling's Auto Mall if you are looking for a great car buying experience.

I recently bought a used car at Darlings Ellsworth. I worked with Mike Hill for this purchase. He was absolutely wonderful! He listened closely to what I was looking for and showed me cars until I found the right one. He made the process very easy and took the anxiety out of the process. If you re looking for a great sales person, ask for Mike Hill!

Everyone was very friendly as always! Dan was and always has been phenomenal in our car buying adventures. We have bought two cars and Dan never fails to meet our expectations and answer our questions. He is a wonderful person in general and a wonderful sales person. I will always come to Dan for our car needs and questions. Everyone else was very very phenomenal and helpful and answered all our questions and took care of us like we are family. Everyone explained everything very well for us and gave us the best prices and options. We never have a bad experience when we come to Darlings. We are very grateful for the whole team and everyone who worked with us.

Well it was hands down the best auto purchase we have ever made. We had dreaded going car shopping and were even going to look to purchase out of state. My sister in-law, Michelle Braley said Mike Hill is your guy and he will help you. From first contact with him, he was wonderful and listen to what we needed and wanted and I felt like he knew us (my sister in-law told him about us). Anyways he didn t try to push used cars on us. He respected us and help make what we wanted come true. The finance guy we dealt with, Aaron Steven s, was so helpful in also making this happen. He didn t belittle and was not condescending to us. We have NEVER owned a new car. Because of your team we do. We have a safe car to get us to all the appointments I have on a health issue journey. We are so grateful to Darlings for making this happen. We love our Terrain, it is beautiful. A huge weight has been lifted off my husband, he is just lighter now. Mike was so thorough and thoughtful in explaining all the nuances of our purchase. I felt like he really big brotherd us in this purchase. He really cares. As long as he is selling cars we won t go anywhere else.It was so nice to meet the manager, Tom Wheeler, he had always worked with my mother in-law when he was at Morrisons. It felt like family taking care of family. Who knew that car buying could be nice? We never did until now. Thank you all so very much. Life is lighter now.

I had a wonderful experience at Darling Auto Mall with salesman Jon and manager Matt. I have visited many dealerships and spoken to numerous salespeople and Matt and Jon were wonderful. I could tell they really wanted what was best for me. Jon took the time to show me everything about the vehicle and was patient to answer all of my questions. Matt as well listened to any concerns I had and took time to make sure they were addressed. I would highly recommend Darling Auto mall as a place to purchase a vehicle. We were very happy with our service with Daniel Wadman as our dealer. We did not feel rushed and felt that he did his best to accommodate the situation we had. After trying several different routes to try and reach the payment we wanted with a decent rate that we met the guidelines for with not much luck we were able to find one that worked and are happy with the results and with our service. Everyone answered all questions respectfully and in detail..

As soon as we walked in, we were imediately greeted at the door. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was super nice, made you feel welcome, and showed us around the facility so we knew where everything was: bathrooms, snacks and drinks, service, and waiting areas. Walked us through the transactions, explained what they were doing, and showed us the steps of setting up the GM App on my phone. Before we left, Cassie reviewed the controls on the screen in our new GMC Yukon, so we knew how to find the navigation system, radio, and other stuff. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. This is the best service we have ever gotten from a dealership, and it was most definitely worth the 2-hour trip! :)

I didn t expect to have such wonderful service when I stopped to look for a vehicle to buy! Now that I m getting older, It s more difficult to navigate the new technologies involved in buying a car and everyone s help at Darlings made a huge difference to me. I highly recommend Jon at Darling's in Ellsworth. He is honest, informed, and helpful. I felt that he was more of a partner in m purchase rather than a high pressure salesperson. He was great on price, financing, options - and he even delivered my new Toyota Tacoma to my house! Highly trustworthy and decent guy. I will do business with him again.

Bought a late model, low mileage, fully "Certified" vehicle, complete with additional warranties. Transmission conked out in road in front of dealership the day I drove it off the lot and that set the stage for a long series problems, horrible customer experiences, flat out lies and a clear pattern that Darlings has no intention of standing behind what they sell. I would strongly recommend to everyone to take your business elsewhere.

Terrible being charged 200.00 for diagnostic ? Totally outrageous. I already came in and told the rep what was wrong . Nobody charges that . I bought the car from you and that was insulting . Nothing else was offered except a bill to fix it 3x what I make in 2.5 months salary so? Obviously I won t be coming back and I ll warn others .. I was sold a lemon.

Horrendous customer service after the sale. Went back with a GMC that was bought there for some warranty work, nothing was fixed, the service department was caught flat out lying about the work they performed. Wound up getting the repairs done, under warranty, at another dealership.

My car broke down on the way to Acadia and I had it towed to a different shop where they told me it was a computer issue and needed to be taken to a dealership. I then had it towed here, they fixed the fuel pump and I made my 9 hour drive back to Pennsylvania with no issues. Taylor, George and Josh were so helpful through this whole ordeal and walked me through everything.
