The team at Darlings made the buying process very easy. Mike Hill is an amazing salesman. He and Aaron Stevens in finance worked with me every step of the way to make sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. Pam and Shannon in rentals were also amazing and super helpful. If I ever have to buy another car, it will definitely be through them.

They are absolute crooks! I had a terrible experience with them a few years ago when I bought a car that the engine blew up in. You would think I wouldn't have allowed my son to make the same mistake. I gave them another chance, and sure enough, they haven't changed one bit! We bought a 2019 Rogue with 60k on it. It was very overpriced already, but it looked so new! So we got the extended warranty(because of the engine incident), and it didn't help us at all. That car was a lemon. It killed the battery, then a second battery(all within a couple days). A guy named Hunter, who sold to us, and Mike kept saying that it must not be driven enough. That was bull and I knew it! Finally we took it to get looked at, and they said it was the starter. They fixed it supposedly, and within a week it died again. Had it towed that time. They called and said that it was the starter again, and we would have to wait 2 weeks for it! We had enough, and decided to ask if we could trade it for another car. We had put down 6k to lower our payments on the Rogue. They absolutely stole that money, claiming that the car had depreciated in the 3 months we had it! They were the crooks who sold it to us! And the car only got used to drive it to Ellsworth for repair! We went to Bangor Nissan to find a car my son would like, but like Ellsworth, they talked to us like we were stupid, and that they would not be able to give any of that money back or put it on the new car. They kept the huge down payment he had put on the JUNK we bought prior! My son worked hard for that money, and had saved a long time to get a reliable car. Please don't buy here! I know all dealerships are crooked, but Darlings is the worst!!!! They WILL sell you junk, then not come good for it! Also as a side note - Don't think management will help in any way if you happen to call them. They will just send you to the one who sold you the problem. And why should they care? They already got your money!

After experiencing Mechanical issues with a new GMC Acadia off the lot, as upsetting as it was when we only had it two days it was no one s fault other than just by chance issue with that particular one. Darlings stood by our sides and helped us get into another GMC Acadia, they work as a team and most importantly want you to be happy too. Huge shout out to: Aaron Stevens (finance sales manager), Jonah Rounseville (service manager) for being honest and staying late as we were coming from Bangor area to get this all resolved!

Sales process went ok but when problems with vehicle started occuring so did the problems with Darlings. They were good when giving them money, but when it came time to stand behind what they are selling they showed their true colors. Ended up taking my business elsewhere

Trying to get warranty issues repaired on vehicle I bought here was a complete nightmare. After a number of visits I ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere for warranty work and I likely will never return to Darlings or ever be able to recommend them.

After the sale they took over an hour showing me how setup and operate all of my vehicles features.
