Great...He got to the issue and directed me to the right place for my rig. In this business, time is everything.George is probably the last real man in Maine.

Unbelievable rude, belligerent, obnoxious... and this was the owner! Wanted me to name how many thousands I was willing to spend before even looking at my truck. Said he was not used to trucks he did not know nor customers he did not know. There really wasn't anything wrong with the truck. Just wanted a governor removed or reset and a non pressure plastic fuel line repaired. Business must be good because he sure did not want any of mine. The kicker? My business and I would have spent whatever it would have needed but I don't throw money at rude people.

Had a generator company come and look at our outdoor generator they couldn't fix it we called to diagnose it next thing you know (without our permission) it was fixed 400$ to unexpectedly come up with... After they fixed it I called and asked them if they fixed it without our permission and they said yup we were called to fix it and they were extremely rude... especially for a return customer..

Mark Twain famously observed that there are two kinds of lies - lies and damn lies. In that context there are two kinds of fools - fools and damn fools. Anyone who does business with Colwell Diesel for generator installation and/or service is of the latter variety.The company's management is rude, unresponsive to the basic principles of courtesy, and completely unrepentant about that condition.Those considering purchasing a generator should adopt the standard "Anyone but Colwell Diesel."

Took truck in to drop it off , while waiting for another co-worker to come they had fixed the problem , George was great.
