Eric T was hands down one of the most helpful people I ve come across he was extremely attentive and respectful. He helped me recognize the problem with my vehicle, and even helped me trouble shoot and fix it. Definently will be back. Thanks Eric!!

The store itself is typical auto zone. Good variety and selection of auto parts. Service was less that usual. Employee we dealt with was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Seemed like he didn't want him or us to be there.

Jacob was a great help to us! We re two old ladies doing the RV thing and visiting Acadia NP. While camping at Seawall, we noticed our deep cycle batteries were not holding a charge. We could find no one in Southwest Harbor to help us, so we drove to the AutoZone in Ellsworth, ME and found Jacob to help us out! We replaced both batteries and he graciously helped us load them and get them re-connected! Thank you, Jacob, for your professional advice and helpfulness!!

Typical auto parts store. The staff knows their stuff and has helped me find the parts I needed, from an engine scan (engine warning light - Autozone does these free of charge) and with a part in hand. OEM and Aftermarket parts available in stock or quickly on order.

Excellent, caring professional service. The two women who helped me at this store gave me precise, accurate information. They did a diagnostic test for me and even printed out what the issue was and the part needed. Honest, intelligent, professional customer service is hard to find these days. AutoZone has always been my go to store for car stuff and car help. I had the pleasure of encountering a really caring and perfect customer service experience. No hype, no stress. AutoZone rocks!!

I stopped in on a particularly mucky day because my wipers were so far out of alignment that they were useless and I could hardly see out my windshield from all the muddy spray each passing car deposited on it. Jacob was very helpful and got my wipers working beautifully in no time at all. Best of all he did it for free and wouldn't accept a tip. Thanks Jacob!

This location is amazing! Friend and I stopped by today to get a bolt for her car battery. Jacob helped us figure it out and put it back together! He was so helpful and they were all extraordinarily kind! Wish I could give them more stars honestly

John read my check engine light for me and was very insightful as to what my problem could be. This is my second encounter with him and he makes the trip to the parts store less stressful since I'm not the best at describing what I need. Supper impressed with his work and thankful for his help

Tiffany as incredible! We came here after our car battery died in Acadia, with no idea how to change it. Tiffany helped us find the right battery and even switched it out for us. Amazing customer service. I would definitely go to an AutoZone again if I needed help.

Tim was a huge help. He found the right battery for my key FOB and changed it for me. He also swapped out my bad wipers for some new ones at a great price. The customer service is welcoming and I highly recommend checking out AutoZone!

I drove to Acadia park last night and suddenly noticed my headlights were off but the high beam was still fine. It s dangerous to drive without headlights. So I found the nearest autozone which is this store. Adam who works here was very nice and lent me tools to check the fuse and headlights bulbs. We found out the bulbs were burnt. He found the replacement bulbs for my specific car and helped me replace them. Five stars to his efforts and help, and other employee whom I did not get his name. But both of them are great! Kudos to this store and its people working here.!

Went for a minor headlight issue. The employee by the name of Ethan went outside checked out the problem and helped me fix it in about 10 minutes. Good job man.

Excellent service!I needed to replace my car's battery and wipers. Despite the rain, they were very kind to check the battery and installed the battery and wipers very quickly, so I could continue my trip safely.Highly recommended!

Friendly service and first part store I've been too that has same amount of women as men. Makes the place more comfortable for a anxious person more of a personal experience than just a sale for them. Highly recommend them

We had the best experience at AutoZone this evening. Not only did they help us test our battery right before closing but they stayed 20 min late to help us install a new one on a Saturday night. Excellent customer service. Mike was incredibly kind and helpful! 5 stars!!!

These guys were awesome. On a road trip and my van starter went kaput. They helped with the right part choice, lent a few tool to help get that starter off. And we're super professional and friendly the whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

I was traveling to Maine from New Jersey with my (mechanic) boyfriend. The starter on my car was dying, so after we spent some time calling a few different auto parts stores, this AutoZone was able to help us honestly and immediately. Deborah and Jacob (hope I got their names correct) went above and beyond to help us order a new starter, have it delivered the next morning, and do everything they could to make it easier for my boyfriend to be able to install the new starter. Highly recommend this store due to their amazing employees!

I was driving my car from NYC all the way to Maine and had a check engine light about 2 hours from Acadia. We finally managed to get here on 12/23 night and the guy on duty helped us checked the code and diagnosed the potential problems for free! You know it was quite hard to find a mechanics at this time of year. They helped us to contact local mechanics and ordered parts to be delivered there so we can continual our trip. I forgot to ask his name but the man deserves a compliment.

Went there to find out what light bulb goes on my trailer. The bulbs were physically blown with glass everywhere in the compartment. I couldn t get the bulb out, so I asked the manager for a pair of pliers. However, he didn t just loan the pliers...he did ALL the work! He got the broken bulbs out, he found the right bulbs, he put the right ones in and he cleaned up everything! I love Auto Zone. They helped with this, as well as carried out the hitch for my wife previously. They have great customer service. I love this place!

This is the best place to get parts! Always helpful, understanding and patient with people like me who is a gas and go girl. Even came out to be sure which belts I was referring to on my sons new car. I love you all so much there because you have never let us down!! Keep up the great customer service and you DM should be proud!!!!

This is the worst parts store I have EVER been too. The staff is ill experienced and ill informed. Something as simple as brake parts becomes a 20 minute arguement and battle. I ended up going to the store 3 times in one day because of it. And the next experience they gave me the wrong parts and I just went to advanced auto. I would be more understanding if the staff didn't cop a know it all attitude. So everyone be warned, unless you are desperate STAY AWAY!

Great guys to talk to. Spoke to John on the phone about a engine light on my truck. He said to come by and they could do diagnostics. I stopped by and diagnostics confirm my truck had a glow plug fail on my Duramax. Huge help knowing what the engine light was for. Appreciate the professional service. Thank you. Brian Bechard. I m from out of town, and I took my Volkswagen New Beetle in to get a new battery. Everything s crammed under the hood in this car and it s always tough to find a shop that knows how to service it. Jacob looked under the hood and replaced the battery in no time. He was extremely helpful. Thank you!!

We were visiting Maine and had about an 8 hour drive to return home. One of the bulbs in our front light was not working, in addition it was raining and one of our wiper blades was broken. Being a Sunday, I was not sure if I could find an open service shop to replace the two aforementioned items. Not exactly the handy type, I probably could have replaced the wiper blade myself but was hesitant to fiddle with the bulb replacement. I mentioned this to the CSR at the shop, Danielle Alley. Danielle was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the replacement parts I needed. She then involved the Store Manager, Chris Sanborn, who without hesitation offered to change both the items for me. Well, I make the purchase and Chris walks out with me in the rain and within minutes replaces both the items. I am extremely thankful to both Danielle and Chris for their incredible customer service. Highly recommend this store.
