Now I have only been in this location twice and both times my experience was less than pleasant. The first time I went in there I was asking questions about antifreeze and one of the employees starting laughing at my questions saying that they were comical. I'm just trying to make sure I get the proper antifreeze for my vehicle. My second time in there I was sold LED headlights that did not fit my vehicle and they attempted to refuse my return

It is one of the nicest store front NAPAs in the area, but it is either useless or unhelpful. Went in needing an easy out. Supposedly, they dont carry them, I also needed some bolts. Supposedly, they dont carry those either. However, I saw some in the store front, but I wanted help to confirm the size. Don't go here, unhelpful and useless. Napa online showed they had easyouts but were unwilling to help me. If you don't want business, then close the doors. Don't waste your time going here.

Terrible knowledge Auto Parts. I have an older hot rod. You ask him a question and they look at like you have three heads. If they don't like their job, they shouldn't work there. That's all I got to say.

I don't want to make this a company-wide profile. Like most places depends on the Personnel in a specific location that makes or breaks the relationship. The stores always been staffed with people that are helpful friendly capable of giving you all the answers you need and suggestions to make your project easier.

I understand closing at a certain time. I was waiting for someone all day and finally headed on the road back to Connecticut and needed antifreeze because my radiator was leaking. I had 2 little kids and got to the door literally 3 minutes after 4:00 when they closed. Alls I needed was antifreeze. Now this long trip has gotten longer because I have to go off track to a Walmart to get antifreeze just to make sure I don t over heat because they couldn t give me literally 1 minute ..

This place is great. I live right down the street and its such a relief to have this place so close. I use to have to go all the way over to Portsmouth if I needed something like a new batter or anything like that now. I can just go here. Great place and friendly staff as well.

with all the wet weather, needed new windshield wipers. they knew just what I needed for my mustang. ( did you know that on the 2005 mustang one wiper is longer than the other?) Thanks Napa.

Bought windshield wipers today during the pouring rain because I was broke. Very poor customer service they said they couldn't even put it on for me when I'm a woman.

Absolutely have to appreciate a place being open on a Sunday! These guys know their stuff and always send me in the right direction with parts! Knowledgeable staff and happy to help you research some things.-Matty V at Key

. Some of the staff make you feel like an inconvenience from the second you walk in. Have had multiple poor encounters with an older member who once said to me I m not a mechanic, what part do you need when I rented a slide hammer that came with no attachments. Will only be going in for things I need urgently, would rather drive to Portsmouth for the help at Orielly s

Everyone there seems like their in a bad mood. Also I get a little too much attitude for my liking when asking for help. I'll keep going there, but I don't look forward to it.

Asked Justin to find me an oring. Was told they don't have any. Really? No orings of any kind in the store? Then asked where he thought I could find some. All I got was a shrug. Bad service.

Great customer service. I have ordered a few parts online from them. If they do not have it in stock they call me basically instantly to tell me they are going to order it and when it will be in.

I ordered on line after creating an account and my parts were not ready when I picked them up the next day. They seemed confused about the on line order.
