Above and beyond service!I brought my Mom's car in today to get an inspection sticker. I realized when I got there that the registration had expired. I drove over to town hall which was closed. I returned to Gateway and Sam said that he would try to see if it could be renewed online. He took time out of his busy day and helped me get it renewed and then he could do the inspection. Saved me a lot of time as I live in MA. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!Mike

Sam is a great mechanic... makes sure you know what needs to be done, quality work at a fair price. He gets it, you want your vehicle to be in good shape, but don't want to spend too much for no reason. Fair pricing and I trust his judgement!!

Gateway is hands down the best most honest mechanic shop I ve EVER come across. All of them are super friendly like you ve known them forever. Unbelievable how kind they are. Highly recommended! They take of many of my friends and now my entire family! Will definitely only use Sam and his crew for our mechanical needs. Can t thank them enough for what they ve done for me.

Good mechanics are not expensive, they are priceless!! Sam is a gem..polite, knowledgeable, very reasonable and only does what is required to keep your car in top shape!! This place is just the best!!

Sam is a hard working, honest, family man. He doesn't upcharge; he's almost too reasonably priced.He depends on customer satisfaction and reasonable costing. He, like many, is trying to hire quality help. He is also a proud Christian, immigrant, and visits his homeland annually. Hell of a guy!!

The day after thanksgiving our battery died on the way to a gathering. we originally stopped by here just to see if we could borrow jumper cables but the staff here took the extra step to drive down the road and help jumpstart our car, and double check my battery before letting me continue driving. When it was determined we d need a new one the mechanic very clearly explained my options, and called to get a new one delivered. The new battery was dropped off, replaced, and tested within 30 minutes of us getting to the garage. These guys really saved the day. Top service at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about how helpful and honest Sam and his mechanics are. They will go out of their way to explain what they are or are NOT going to do. Rather than fixing something that truly does not need to be fixed they will offer simple advice on how to make it work. Like the floor heat in a car that won't work do to the fact the fan was on to high vs throwing a part at it and charging you. I also appreciate that they want to show you parts that have been pulled from your vehicle. It is nice to pick up your vehicle and feel confident that the repairs are done right and that you have not been overcharged.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years, always happy with the service and the fact he will weld an exhaust pipe instead of just ordering a new one. He will always explain what he is doing and why, so you understand.

I am a car guy.. Porsches, Audi's, Alfa's Rovers.. I always get treated fairly and professionally.. Cant say enough good things about their conscientious and professional work. 5 years after posting the above we still cant say enough good things~

Courteous, efficient and honest service. Highly recommended. Gives you various options for certain repairs when applicable and does not simply recommend the most expensive fix.

Had a problem with my old rv charging system, had to get towed off highway 95. I replaced my old alternator and totally drained battery but it still wouldn't work, got it to Gateway and they diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. It was the special battery diverting unit that splits the charging between the vehicle battery and the house battery. They didn't know of a unit locally but they bypassed it for the time being so I could get back on the road and order one at my leisure.

AC broken. Dealer quoted over 2K for compressor. Dropped it off at Gateway, saved tons of money, service was fast and reliable. Really trustworthy owner.

Friendly attitude. Went there on a winter snow day. Guys were pleasant even though everyone else in nh was grumpy from the weather. Pretty remote in the middle on nowhere.
