Just wanted to shout out to this business I absolutely hate dealing with mechanics and car issues....so much so that regular maintenance goes to the wayside because of it both of my vehicles needed some attention, so I sucked it up, called and made the appointments. They were super nice and easy to deal with, I was able to get an appointment right away, which was great!!! They did great work and got it done quick, easy transactions!!! Super happy with the experience!!! Thanks again guys!!

Went on a trip to Maine, and needed the car looked at for a weird noise. They were so kind and helpful, and took care of it in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 experience

Always a wonderful visit!! Jeff and his crew are all great at their jobs. They treat my mother very well when she goes in. There's nothing like knowing your mother will be treated fairly and safe when entering an auto shop, Sullivan tire is the place to go, Damariscotta Sullivan is my favorite one to stop at, If you want your mom, sister, aunt,or grandmother to be treated equally, go into the nearest Sullivan tire, and you will know they will be in good hands. Even if it's as simple as making sure you're tired, have the correct air in them. If you want to make sure your alignment is aligned or as simple as some new wipers, they will help you.Thanks, guys, for being good to my mom.Heather

I had the oil changed in my car and the tires rotated. A few days before I got a $10 off service card in the mail for Sullivan's Tire. I was able to use it! The new waiting area is very nice, the staff great, and my car is good for another 5000 miles! I recommend Sullivan's!!

I ve always had a good experience with Sullivan in Damariscotta. Whether it be routine service or tires or a major repair, I have zero complaints. I appreciate their honesty and communication and good service.

Did a great job on the alignment of my F350 and got the steering wheel straight even for a Friday afternoon! Past 2 shops I've used to get alignments I had to bring the truck back the next day. Thanks guys!

Sullivan Tire in Damariscotta recently worked on my Subaru Forester. I have had brake work done at a number of auto shops, but the quality of the work at Sullivan surpases them all.

Did not have time to fix a flat and requested I leave it for the day. Then recommended to use a competitor across the street. The competitor took me right in and I will use them when looking for new tires! Not good sales strategy Sullivan and terrible customer service for a ten minute job that cost you a sale for a set of new tires in the future.

I have gone to Sullivan Tire in Damariscotta for years and LOVE them!! If you want an honest mechanic this is the place to go. Most recently we bought in our truck for squeaking breaks and they told us it was rust on a rotor and break pads were fine. They said they would check them again this fall. Each visit with them they have consistently been honest, timely, and fantastic overall. I ve typically dealt with Jeff who is great. I trust them 100% with our vehicles. Thank you for the great service!!

The service is terrific! Made an appointment online bought four tires, excellent prices. I was out in less than an hour. This was my first time at Sullivan tire and I would highly recommend them!!!!

On two occasions, I took my vehicle to Damariscotta 1st for a sticker and it came back it needed something I had never heard of. I took it somewhere else and it passed. Another time I took my vehicle for some work to be done and more was done that I had approved. Was not a happy customer. Granted that was several years ago and hopefully that person or persons are gone.

Yesterday, great phone customer service from Patti (Mass) but when I arrived, guy at the desk was surly. They didn't have the 17mm clover bolt nut socket. Put them on my phone with Mercedes tech..Sullivan tech just argued with him. Sullivan guy never offered to order one and reschedule me. Left it to me to go find one locally.If you're going to service Mercedes ..have the right equipment. Went down the street to Dan Foshey's ..they bent over backwards...not only price-matched the tires I was going to get at Sullivan, but ordered me my very own socket to have in case of an emergency, to boot. .

Quoted me one price for tires, charged me $100 more than the quoted price. No explanation, no offer to try to reduce the price. Don't bother

I took my small tractor tire to Sullivan, it was a struggle for them to get a tire that would work on the rim. I'm very happy to say that Jeff persevered and will definitely return.

Alex and Park in Damariscotta are very knowledgeable and great at scheduling. Great service. Sullivan tire is great for auto repairs as well as new tires. The whole crew at Sullivan Tire does a great job. Very handy they have multiple locations. I frequent Damariscotta, Westbrook and had a flat tire repaired on the spot in Scarborough.

Friendly, thorough and fast. We found a bail in our tire on our trip to coastal Maine, they found a screw in another tire!! Saved us a flat on the side of the road. Excellent service.

Called three times for price and availability of some new snow tires. Was told each time that they would call me back with info. Never did. 3 times. Guess they don't need the business.

Unexpected flat tire in the midst of our vacation. Despite a full schedule they were able to service my tire removing a nail and plugging it getting me on my way within 1 hour.

I had just pulled out of the Hannaford across the street with a car full of groceries when I discovered my flat tire!! Mike took a look and put my car right in !! What a relief 15 minutes later I was on my way!! Made it home and all groceries survived!! Saved my life today THank You!!!

Got snow tires here. Guys are courteous, quick, friendly, no hassles. Would recommend!
