Not certain why there are any bad reviews. I ve found this store and its employees Very helpful over the last few months. If they don t have it, they can order it. Very knowledgeable and always courteous. Customer service with a smile! Can t beat it!

Habe always had great experience with Willie at this store. He is always very helpful and friendly with suggestions and his expertise. Their service sets them apart from everyone else!

Nice people working in there very helpful. Bought headlight and was told don't touch the bulb nice to know thanks cashier reassured him wouldn't be me touching it lol

The best reason to go in is the knowledgeable staff. If one guy doesn t know the answer, generally he is in earshot of someone else who does. Naturally just about anything for your car is available at a Napa

Helpful set of folks. muffler had come off my bike. helped me create a new gasket for it and found some nuts to keep it on. Always been a pleasure to do business with.

Hit or miss with this place sometimes your treated nicely other times not so much and parts here are marked up compared to other Napa stores.
