My Insurance Co (State Farm) called them as my truck stopped running and wanted some TLC. I was in no rush as it's my project monster truck and not my daily driver. The next day I called them and let them know the keys were in the console and when I got home that day my truck was in the driveway. I also wanna add that I had just purchased a $200 CB that was on the passenger seat and it did not grow legs and walk away, all my toll both change was still their.....so I appreciate Blanchards they did a great job!

I m hoping this is the right Blanchard s Towing and Recovery. This past Sunday my friends and I were heading back to NH after our ladies weekend in Palmyra ME. One of our friends ran over something in the street, we re guessing, and immediately got a flat tire. She had a spare but not the tools to change the tire and of course, it had to be raining .I called AAA and requested assistance. Very quickly I received a call from Abraham stating he was on the way. He quickly changed the tire and loaded the bad tire back in her car all with a smile on his face. We couldn t let this kind gentleman go unnoticed. Thank you again Abraham for all your help. This company is extraordinary on customer service and getting the job done right! If I could give a million stars I'd give them more. Adam is such an amazing driver and made me and my husband smile and under the stressful circumstances it was so comforting. I will be recommending Blanchard's Towing to everyone needed their service! There isn't enough thank you's I could write to let them know just how much our family appreciated their rapport with their customers.

Blanchard towing excellent service would recommend 10 out of 10. My wife was stranded on the side of a remote highway in central Northern Maine 2 1/2 hour ride home and Blanchard towing. And LJ the driver was completely professional and made my wife feel Helped us a lot. Couldn t ask for better service or better driver. Definitely recommend these guys won t let you down.

Hands down the best towing company I've had to use. Blanchard's has help my family in a tight rough spot for a long time. Especially last night 3/30/24 at 2:30am when I was picking up my daughter from the airport, and my tire went flat, then changed to my spare and my spare hit a pothole I didn't see in Freeport northbound on the I295.whicj went flat as well. Couldn't thank Blanchard's enough.

Our transmission blew in the middle of I-95 S while we were going back home to Boston. We called AAA, and they were having a very hard time finding a driver/tow that was willing to first, drive to Boston, and back (3 hours each way), and second, bring two "Commonwealth" as passengers (lol).We waited for almost 3 hours, and finally Blanchard's was the only one who accepted.Chris, the owner was great in orchestrating the whole scheme. A very sad, fatal accident had also happened at the same time on I-95 N, so you can imagine the caos.Chris was able to reach a friend of his (nickname Harry, for his beard, I've been told) and he was able to get us out of the highway to somewhere safe, while we waited for our driver get cleared from the accident.After being dropped off by Chris' friend, we waited for Adam, who was going to take us to Boston.Thank God for our guy, ADAM !!!!!!Adam's friendly and personable nature made the entire experience far more pleasant than we could have anticipated. He went above and beyond!!! Adam was worried if we were ok, if we had our snacks, and even did bathroom stops. Time flew bye!!!!Adam for employee of the year! Pull out those gift cards Chris, Adam deserves it!!!Thanks to Adam and the team at Blanchard's Towing, what started as a potentially disastrous situation ended with a sense of relief and gratitude. Their prompt response, professionalism, and exceptional service have earned them our highest recommendation. Got a flat tire on Christmas Day... A tow truck driver named Adam came and was extremely helpful, kind, and patient with the situation. He did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend Blanchard's Towing. He also came out Christmas Day at like 6:30 PM. THANK YOU!

On a Sunday afternoon traveling home from a long trip I lost control of the Travel Trailer I towed with a truck I loved. The accident was terrifying. I was in shock, I was concerned about my wife and we were both concerned about all the million things an accident of this magnitude (or so it seems at the time) brings.Chris and his crew were on the seen and handling a very challenging situation in and on a highway with cars speeding by with professionalism and care. All the men in his company treated us like friends or family. They demonstrated true concern. They calmed us and spoke to us with compassion all the while being attentive to the dangerous situation on the road.After the removal of the vehicles and back at the shop- their genuine concern for our concerns meant the world to us.I hope I will never need their services in this fashion again. But if I ever need a tow, if my daughter or friend needs a tow- Blanchard Towing will be the first I would call for help.Service: Local hauling

So I inadvertently ended up using Blanchard's as my auto mechanic. Let me just say they have been the most patient and understanding folks throughout the entire process. My truck broke down and was towed by Blanchard's. I called to Inquire about my truck (ford f150 XLT triton) and the owner offered to wave my storage and gave me 9 days to pay ONLY the tow fee, which was $250 and was very fair. I then asked to have them replace my radiator, and when the weather and USPS lost my part, they immediately ordered a new one. I've yet to pick my truck up yet, but I can tell you I'll be coming back everytime. Thank you Blanchard's!

Blanchard s Towing was excellent, less expensive and followed through, arriving on time when they said they would and gave progress updates with route consulting along the way to the destination!While other towing companies, in the area did NOT answer the phone or said We can t help you for at least 4 hours (We actually patiently waited more than 4 hours and no call then they wouldn t even answer the phone 4 HOURS LATER!!! Augh!). They were amazing! I was by myself on the side of the highway and had never had a tow so I was nervous. I felt completely safe and comfortable as soon as they showed up!! I would not choose this corrupt company if you paid me a million dollars. Worst customer service and business owner. They sure know how to kick a girl when she is down. Everyone check your AAA benefits whose ever had the not so pleasurable experience because they are double dipping. They towed my car 10 miles and charged me for 34. That is a minimum Word of mouth is the best advertisement! They screwed the wrong person. Also, they treated me like a criminal and held my car hostage and made me pay a storage fee.I live 300 miles from this company and gave my. husband 2 hours to get the car which was not possible because that is 3 and a half hour drive.I won t stop until that company is shut down. I ve called all news stations, the BBB, consumer reports, Maine state rep and governor. They are the only gig in town, so call someone else, unless you want to be screwed royally. On a positive note! The tow truck driver was the sweetest guy. I m sure he wishes he could get a job elsewhere. The way his boss treated him is a disgrace.Sincerely,Unsatisfied Customer

Just had a bunch of rocks hit my car from the back of their tow truck on the highway. Put a big chip on my windshield along side a bunch of other ones. Paint of my vehicle also got hit. They need to sweep off the bed of their tow truck. Pretty upset right now.

My husband and I were on our way to PEI from Ontario going through the U.S. and unfortunately hit a deer and totalled our car. Chris and Aaron came to tow us, followed the car back to the yard, allowed us to take all of our belongings and then drove us to a hotel. I had left some personal sentimental things in the car thinking we would get back to pick them up. We decided to fly home and Chris offered to mail them to us. I can't say enough about the service we received and how Chris and Aaron went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much to both of you.

We just started pulling our RV home after a weeks vacation and the truck stopped working right after we got on the highway. It was Saturday and no one was open to look at our truck. My wife, mother, mother in law, son and I were stranded on the side of the highway. Thanks goodness we found Blanchards. He towed the truck and RV at the same time to his show and spent all day working on our truck. He even arranged to get the part that we needed a hour away. He spent his hole day saturday fixing our truck and getting us on our way. My wife and I would have missed work Monday and Tuesday if we had not found him Thanks again for the help.

Called and requested a tow, driver showed up early which was great. But ended up leaving because we had to move a snow bank, no problem I shoveled the bank and called him back in 20 minutes to let him know we were all set. Driver asked if he could come back the next morning because he d been driving all day and was exhausted. No issues again. We waited an hour past the quoted time to be here and called and got a nasty attitude and negative remarks from the owner about how it was our fault we called the driver and not him, when the driver is the one who initially called us, and told us to call him back to arrange the tow. Very poor service, and I ll use any other service in town and I highly recommend all others do the same

John was very helpful when it came to towing my car. He not only towed it to two different places but also came in the stores to make sure I got the service I needed. Outstanding experience with Blanchard's and Nick, our rescue guy. He was very busy, with two other calls waiting, but took the time and gave the thought to getting us back on the road. After that he actually called us twice to check on us, see if we were safely on our way home or needed extra help or advice. Very good.

Chris Blanchard was the only one of 5 men who attempted to open my Mustang's hood to jump the battery and then get my precious car onto a dolly lift tow truck to get serviced several towns away! The spring to the hood latch was somehow broken. I had called AAA around 5pm on a Sunday and nobody could help me. I had to leave my car there. On Monday morning, someone was supposed to be there by 9am, so I came back to my car. He came at 11:15 - the same service guy as the night before! UGH! He could not help me. Long story short, after AAA had called several service people throughout the day, but had not kept me in the loop with what was happening, I wasted that entire day waiting for the proper help to come. AAA could not help me. Chris Blanchard finally rescued my car at 4:20pm on Monday. Holy cow! He even made sure that the hood spring worked by having me pop it many times. THANK YOU, Blanchard's! Our first time but won t be the last. What a great towing service. Our driver was Nick. We couldn t of asked for a better guy. I m a nervous passenger, I m always the driver not often a passenger but I was very comfortable. Great driver. He made the trip from Greenville seem short. I met Blanchard Towing through an AAA service request. Just wanted to recognize Nick who drove all the way from Clinton to Farmington to save me and my stranded truck. He was extremely professional, kind and just an outstanding guy. Not to mention he was working with a completely smashed, stitched up finger. He loaded my vehicle quickly, efficiently and safely on a heavily trafficked road and lightened up a stressful situation with pleasant conversation on the way to the repair shop.

Nick arrived and happily removed my truck out of a culvert at Sugarloaf Mountain. No damage to my truck OR the culvert as he winched the truck out. He was professional and very helpful. Made my disaster not so bad of a deal. After he drove from Clinton to Sugarloaf, Blanchard s will drive 90 miles to my home in Bath !! SUPER JOB !! My experience with Nick from Blanchards was similar to other reviewers. Nick drove many many miles to winch out my Honda CRV that was being held hostage by a tree stump. He was kind and didn t insult my New York intelligence for getting stuck on the tree stump to begin with. He used geometry, physics and old-fashioned know how to gently lift the back end of the car up over the tree stump all this in the midst of a narrow sandy dirt road. He made sure my car was fit to drive and even helped me make the U turn and followed me out. Yes he deserves more than AAA pays but he obviously enjoys helping people out. 100% recommend.

We broke down on the interstate due to a engine bearing problem. Chris from Blanchards was very helpful and courteous to us. He towed my sister's car from the interstate to their shop then to the dealership in Bangor because he couldn't fix the problem. Then he gave us a ride to get another vehicle so we could make it to South Portland for my doctor's appointment the next morning. Excellent service and humanity.
