Very disappointed. I just wanted to have a tire mounted on a rim. Got a quote, price and lead time. The job was done a week late and over 55% the asking price! When I raised my concern, I was told if I don t like it, they will take the tire back out!!! Very rude folks over there. I felt I was on a different planet, not in Northern Maine!

I was in a bind on a moose hunt this past week, needed 4 new tires in a hurry. Highway Tire was able to get me in and out on the same day I called.

I was in a pinch and needed tires ASAP. Talked to Phil(?) and he seemed very happy to help. They were able to find tires and get them mounted and balanced within about an hour of when I first called at a very reasonable price. Thank you for saving my weekend plans!

Called there today to have my tires studded .The woman on the phone laughed in my face after informing her I had purchased my tires online.Now forget the fact that I saved 300.00 total by my online purchase. Cause that's exactly the amount I saved!I was calling to have them studded and installed on my vehicle.Her comment of " I think it's really funny you bought tires online" then laughing was not called for!I'll be taking my business elsewhere!Rude Employee!!!!!

Never again. Tried telling me my one season winter tires had problems with the belts and they wouldn't install them. Just trying to sell me new tires. The next place up the street said they are fine. They sure work great in the snow. Good try, but you lost my business permanently.

Steve's service was too notch and they were willing to tackle putting snow tires on a Tesla for the first time. Can't say enough good things about this team.

These people are amazing!! Always nice and helpful, even when you drive into the shop, with bald tires, in 4 inches of snow and get stuck... in the parking lot. y'all are the best
