Over the last few years we have bought many items from Gary's including a motorcycle, kioti tractor with attachments & a power broom. The customer service here brings us back. Thank you John and the whole team for always being there and making us feel part of the family.

The folks here were great and patient with my questions. They were incredibly helpful in getting us into the right machine, and we love our Kioti. When we're ready for our next tractor...it will be a Kioti from Gary's!

I brought my trimmer in for a shaft engagement issue for my trimmer and broom attachment, they replaced the coupling which fixed that issue. I mentioned while it s here put a plug in it and replace air filter if you would. Waited the two weeks that was said it would take to make it right. Went back to retrieve it, paid my $100.90 bill without question. Being that I am a person who second guess everything these days I decided to pull my air box cover off just to be sure the filter was changed. I noticed there was a hole in the air filter that wasn t meant to be there.. Where as the everyday joe wouldn t have probably second guess this it very well could have turned out to have been a very expensive repair for me. This trimmer/ broom head has been serviced by myself since it was first purchased from Gary s, I try and support the cause of a local business only to find them taking advantage of a chance of ruining my engine in hopes that it might be time for me to purchase another one... I m sorry Mr. Raymond, but when you ve never been able to make direct eye contact with an individual when speaking to them, it makes it very easy for one to determine what kind of business man you truly are. Yes this was a $3 filter and I m happy that you replaced it for me when I brought it to your attention but clearly this wasn t a mistake and someone who knows and works on small engines surely couldn t have overlooked it as not being there or found it to be a normal type situation unless it was to be done on purpose. I ll continue to order my parts online and perform my future services on my own. Thanks for trying, but you were caught.

Always greeted and Helped and get exactly what I'm looking for for my 2002 YFM350 warrior! Not once have I not been able to get what I was looking for! Highly recommended! Especially if you're local!

Excellent products. Kioti, Yamaha, Husqvarna and great trailers. We own one of each. Great prices and outstanding sales approach. Service is generally excellent but scheduling service needs improvement.

Great place, family atmosphere, they go well beyond normal in all they do, very knowledgeable and professional, courteous in all aspects. Realistically priced no hidden agenda, back up thier words with deeds, very rare these days. Willing to work with you and your needs. Should be the 1st place you think of when you need something

Bought a '22 side by side recently at Gary's. Easily the most seamless, quick and pleasant experience I've had at any powersports dealership. Their price was a thousand below a used unit at a competing dealership to boot! John and crew knew the machine inside and out, only suggested accessories that make sense or are absolutely essential, and had me through the paperwork process in maybe ten minutes at most. I picked it up two weeks later and John and one of the techs spent as much time as I needed going over every detail of the machine and the recommended break in process. Even got a free hat!I can't recommend Gary's enough. Even if you love down South like I do, it is absolutely worth the drive up to Caribou.

Excellent business to deal with. Timely, honest, and focused on customer service. Have bought a Kioti tractor and Yamaha UTV from them. Easy process. Great service when needed. Will continue to use them.

Awesome Yamaha dealership! We spend a week in Maine every winter and they have always helped us out when we needed help. Had a problem with my snowmobile this week in the rear suspension. I called them in the AM and they answered a 1/2 hour before opening time. I asked John if they had time to work on my sled that morning and he said how about we make time! They had me in and out in an hour and a half at a reasonable cost thank you!

Great customer service. Always got right back to me on any question I might have had. Gets me in and out quick. Bought a tractor and a Yamaha side by side. Very quick sale. In and out with no delays. Highly recommend in both Kioti and Yamaha.

Just from the point of view of a trucker delivering there, they were flexible on delivery times and got me unloaded fast. Truckers can't ask for much more than that :)

I go there for everything from buying a new sxs to outdoor riding apparel and any maintenance items you need for your powersports. If they don't have what you need in stock they'll order it for you. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

John is quite obviously a very busy guy, but when I had a problem with a new trailer I had purchased from him, he personally made sure it was taken care of immediately. I will be going back for future business.
