This location was exceptionally clean the units were clean as well as the facility itself. Kristen at the front desk was very professional as well kind. I'm glad I chose the space to store my belongings

Wow is all I can say!Rob Bollman from Cape Neddick went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs, to find the best unit for what I was storing, and even helped me get a great deal!I'd recommend this location, and Rob, to anyone needing a storage unit in the southern Maine area!Thanks Rob for making this a seamless process.

I would easily recommend this storage facility to my family, friends, and anyone else looking for a clean, secure area to put their belongings. The facility manager, Sophia, is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about what spaces are needed size . based on the amount you are going to store. The unit I have is clean, secure and easily accessible to me., I would give it an 11 out of 10..

Update 7/29/23Still a great company and Trish the manager there is first rate. Highly recommended.This company is a vast improvement over the former owner, Prime Storage. Every part of the sign up process was easy and thorough and staff is courteous. Virtually contactless sign up and move-in.

Well 6 years ago when I started with this unit it was $139 a month now $200 which with inflation I get! They have been fine dealing with but don t be 24 hours late with paying your monthly bill cuz there is a significant late fee. Also I left 7 days before I needed to be out. They did not refund me any money! I know it might have only been $30 something but today that s gas money! If you want to stay a day later or a week later they have no problem billing you! But when it s reversed it????? just not ethical my opinion! Thank you!

Renter beware! This place offers an attractive rate to rent- but they are not transparent that it is only a teaser rate. Our unit jumped from $100 per month to $160 after 3 months!If you are renting month-to-month you can move on, but I would really caution anyone who needed to store a lot of items- clearly this place understands what a hassle it is to move else they wouldnt attempt this.Overall this was a total ripoff and that big of a jump should be clearly outlined at the beginning when you sign up. Total bait and switch!

The initial service was great. Easy to sign up for on line. Location is very clean. But then four months after signing up, I get a notice in the mail that my monthly charge is going up over 40%. So they wait to the unit is full, then raise the rates so you are stuck.

Couldn't recommend this storage spot more! It was super easy to sign up and extremely convenient to access your unit at any point. The facility is kept extremely clean and the interior units are very well lit. Sofviea, the manager there, does a great job and was always very helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be back! Thank you

I am in the Cape Neddick complex just South of Ogunquit. I have been there many many years. Sofviea is helping me move to a more suitable unit. She has been Fantastic! Great personality. Very knowledgeable. Very concerning to details. She is a gem that has made the entire experience very accommodating.

On the whole, it has been as possible experience. We like the fact the we have a climate controlled unit. Our items that are stored stay in good condition.We did have a recent issue with mouse droppings. The company local representative was very responsive and had the area treated.We have had this unit for almost four years, two times we had had an issue with billing. Customers need watch the monthly charges especially on annual renewals. The customer representative said it was a mistake and it was corrected both times. However, I think if we had not caught the error we would have continued paying the higher rate.

I have mixed issues with this place. The customer service is exceptional and Sophia was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, they upped my 10 x10 rental from $100 to $169 a month. What was sneaky is that I live in a resort town and they waited right until we all just left for the winter to tell us. So we were stuck with the increase until we returned in the spring. NOT NICE! This is why I have downsized to a 5 x5 and will be gone asap.

The difference between Extra Space Storage in Cape Neddick and any other storage facility we have used is Sofviea, the on-site manager. She is outstanding--always willing to help, to troubleshoot, and to find the best rate possible. I would highly recommend this location primarily for the quality of the manager that you'll be dealing with .

We have always had a wonderful experience with the staff at Extra Space Storage in Cape Neddick.The Store Manager Sofviea Aizha-Roussy has always been kind, courteous and returned our calls promptly, whenever we have had a question or concern. She has always worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the resolve of any issue.

Has a great experience. I had to bring the items in the storage unit out for a friend and we weren't sure we had the correct key etc. Shawnee on her last day at the cape Meddick branch set everything up for me.When we arrived today to empty the unit Cheryl was very helpful, kind. and always in a cheerful mood.

Have been renting here for several years. Current manager, Sofviea, is marvelous! Very professional, courteous and energetic. I see her from time to time, out walking the property. She is constantly moving but always stops to exchange pleasantries.Extra Space Storage: you hit a home run when you hired her. I would, and DO recommend the Cape Neddick facility and Sofviea!

The new team are extremely service oriented. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced my lock when my extra key was lost in the transition from Prime and I d misplaced my key. Just very personable and honest. Worth my 5 star rating.

Everything could not possibly have gone so smoothly thanks to the manager working at the time named Sophia. There was a small mistake going with my reservation but she solved it in moments and I was in a storage bay with my own lock within 15 minutes of arrival. Hard to ask for more from just a storage space!

The facility is very well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly. The current manager goes above and beyond to help. I was recently locked out of my unit and she was great help helping me replace the existing lock. The rates are certainly not cheap, but apparently that is what the market is right now.

This is a review of the facility in Cape Neddick, Maine. Last week when I visited, it was just as I recall it from when I rented there a few years ago when it was under other management: clean, spacious, and convenient, with very professional service! The office seems even better appointed and welcoming than during my previous rental period.The store manageer, Sofviea, was friendly, patient, and efficient, and made suggestions about placement of storage, and other storage appointments. It was very much appreciated, along with her taking the time to show me 3 units of different sizes, and a size chart to help me find the best fit for me in a storage unit. Without a charge, she even put a week's hold on the unit I was interested in. I was very pleased with the unit, the reasonable cost, and the service. I also appreciated the reminder emails Sofviea sent about the benefits of the storing with ExtraStorage. Although I decided not to move back to that area (which is why I scouted out a storage space rental), Sofviea's thoughtfulness in trying to find the best match for me was deeply appreciated. I will enthusiastically recommend ExtraSpace, and particularly the Cape Neddick locadtion, to others! I am glad I've become acquainted wth Sofviea and ExtraSpace Storage!--

Rented spaces on short notice over the phone. Having been a previous customer the manager was able to locate my information and make the process smooth. I was able to enter and go directly to my unit. The current manager is very friendly and helpful.

Just recently rented a storage unit for the very first time and the experience I had with the team at extra storage was fantastic! I had a lot of questions and they provided thorough and detailed answers. I feel very comfortable leaving my items with them!
