The good:Very nice tires.Not good:I purchased 4 new tires $750.88 plus the cost of mounting and balancing before a 2 hour trip and my tires felt wobbly driving after installation. Turned out the tech didn't balance any of the 4 the tires properly. Had to bring it back to get it balanced. Was told when calling that they don't take appointments. While we were there, we decided to get an oil change. They changed the oil and then moved my vehicle outside without mounting and balancing my tires and took another car in to work on while we waited. The customer had an APPOINTMENT. While waiting...we noted the slowest moving techs ever known to man. No pep in their step at all and no sense of purpose. Surreal. After 3 hours of waiting, 2 trips and the better part of $1000.00 spent I suggest WalMart give some sort of employee incentive for jobs well done in hopes that it brings some change to the moral. This is NOT acceptable.Time to step up the game!

Pleasant employees ..in and out of the oil change in 30 minutes. They even vacuumed the car.

Little guy with scruffy face decided he was gonna use my car with an exhaust as his, and was reving it in the shop, and then when pulling out decided to put the gas to the floor to the point you could hear it in the building. I confronted the guy in front do the desk worker but suspect nothing will be done, so I'm going back tomorrow to complain to a manager and hopefully have something done. Isaiah stoddard is not someone who should be getting in people's vehicles. He should be fired.

Great job good service and really polite and considerate. They made sure I got everything I wanted and some. They went above and beyond for me.
