Had a great experience with Stephanie Morrison. She was very helpful with my new lease. Sales manager Buzz was also great. I surely was not easy and they leased me a vehicle. Top notch! Highly recommend them for a lease or sale!

Absolutely great experience, the guys at the service department we're very nice. While waiting for my car to be serviced I wanted in the back of the used car lot where I was approached by 3 gentlemen who asked if I needed any help, if they could get me a drink while I waited, and said if I needed anything to let them know as well as kind conversation. They paid special attention and asked if they needed to wear a mask for my safety. I greatly appreciate of the great care they took of me to help make my experience better. Will certainly be returning.

The customer service for service and sales is on point here. I always bring my business here. Marty and India in the service drive are great! Cori at the front desk is always friendly, and very helpful anytimeI have any issue and need a loaner. This is the best place around town to get vehicles as well as service! Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with Pratts, their professional staff was great, Cori made sure I was aware of any and everything that was happening while my vehicle was being worked on and she even lent me the use of her personal truck to run errands and things while I was waiting she even continues the customer service professionalism even after the work was completed on my vehicle, I would recommend Cori to anyone who has questions and concerns with either their own vehicle or any of the vehicle selections Pratts has to offer. Cori is a valuable asset to your company and can answer any questions and address any concerns customers may have. Thank you once again Cori and the rest of the staff for the Pratt experience.

I was shown a car in the lot, test drove it, good price. I decided to buy it, with cash. Only to be told I'd have to wait till the next day to pick it up. Apparently the bank still had the title. Okay, I could be patient. I received a call the next day and was told - - opps, bank won't release the title for another week. My son-in-law spoke with them and arranged to have them put a dealer tag on it. Great! I really didn't mind another week. Now after two-plus weeks went by I've been informed the title is there. My biggest concern was why did they sell a car they should have known they held no title for? My first car from Pratt's was a typical "lemon." Again it was paid for outright. I hoped things would be different this time but I never thought of this.Though I do love the car.

I love my new Jeep. Trent and other employees were very nice and helpful. After buying Jeep they have continued to be friendly and answer any questions. I m happy and have no complaints. I would also give the service department 5 stars.

We ordered our truck from Cade on Nov 2nd and picked it up yesterday. Ian and Cade remained in contact with us through the months of waiting. Yesterday, Cade, Michael and the entire staff were friendly, customer oriented and professional. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this dealership.

Had a wonderful experience buying a truck at Pratt's! We ended up going in during the Just Drive Event and was not disappointed. We were unsure if we could get approved for a truck but Darrell Alberico didn't stop looking for something that we wanted and something we could afford! Thank you for our 2014 Dodge Ram!!

This is a review that is originally from my mother- she states that she was overly happy with the service she got from their worker corrie cosgrove. Corrie made sure my mom got the truck and it was just pristine once we got it, the reason why it was so clean was because corrie decided to stay later than usual to make sure it was well taken care of before being let off for my family

Amazing experience. Stephanie Morrison and her co-workers treated me like family, stayed after hours to accommodate my rather challenging situation, got me into my dream vehicle, and even bought me lunch while I waited!! Despite the 2 hour commute to get there from where I live, my business remains with Pratt's!

Our car broke down at 9:30 in the morning. The service department at Pratt went out of their way to help us. Even though they were busy, they were able to fix our problem so we could drive home. We were on our way at 2:30 this afternoon. The staff at Pratt were very helpful and friendly. Great job!

I ve had two interactions with this place. One last Spring, one today.Last Spring I was interested in a used truck and spoke/emailed with the sales manager about it. Was in town looking at real estate and extended my stay by one day after speaking to him again and arranging to see said truck. Upon arriving the next day, he sent a proxy out to tell me the truck had been sold several days earlier. Bad form, gentlemen. Wrote an email to sales manager and owner expressing my displeasure in their brand of customer service. Their response... crickets.Today I called after the malfunction indicator light on my new Ram (w all of 1700 miles on it) illuminated. After being asked if I had bought the truck there (to which I responded no), I was told they couldn t perform any service on it until their new lifts were installed in a week. Nonsense! One hardly requires a lift to perform a check engine light diagnostic. At that point, I was promised a return call from the service manager. Again... crickets. I called back. Spoke to Marty who informed me he only had one tech to do the diagnostic and he was booked solid for 2 weeks.Bottom line - a check engine light may or may not be serious. It s a new truck. The diagnostic should only take a few minutes. They simply refused to do it. Unconscionable! I have since arranged to have the diagnostic performed in Bangor by a much more customer centric dealership. They were very accommodating and I ll make the trek tomorrow.I ve also emailed the Chrysler (Ram) corporation to explain the circumstance and ask them if Pratt s standard of service is what I should expect from their entire network of franchisees.Maybe I m just catching these guys on bad days but I think they should seek some serious attitude re-education in the customer service area.

We bought a used vehicle there recently. Usually I hate car shopping, but kudos to Pratt for making it less painful than normal! Water, snacks, not a horrible wait for paperwork to be completed, not a horrible wait for getting the car ready, etc. Best part was that their sales staff isn't super pushy. Downside no customer wifi on the Jeep side of the dealership.

I recently bought a new "used" car from a different place its a 2016 buick encore with 70k miles on it. After I bought it the check engine light came on and I also needed an alignment I waited about a week for scheduled appointment with them. My appointment was for 830 am as I live a hour away and drop my kid off to school between 730-8am every morning. I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment and was greeted horribly I mean HORRIBLY by the man in service whom I wasn't even checking my car in with. He told me my appointment was for 8am and since I wasn't there they took several cars ahead of me. At this point I'm already irritated since not only was I 15 minutes late to my actual appointment time but also had to pay someone for 4 hours to watch my 2 year old for them to tell me I needed a cadilidic converter (didnt ask if I wanted it ordered just took it upon themselves to order it because its apparently covered by buick) so I was weirded out that they didn't even discuss that with me at all. Then found out my alignment also wasn't done either which is what I scheduled to appointment for and made a big deal about needing (thought the check engine was no biggie when it came on and made appointment). So now I waited about 5 days. No response from prat. Had my husband call because I figured their horrible customer service was due to me being a woman, they told him part didn't come in yet but NO SURPRISE 3 hours later we got a call that it came in. So now im trying to schedule the appointment for this nonsense and she is so rude she told me they couldn't get the work done for weeks and eventually actually ended up hanging up on me and ignoring all calls back to set up a time. Let's just say ill never bring my car back here again ill never recommend them and im driving to ellsworth next week to get the parts and work done on my car! They even just send a reminder for my appointment time and date and was delightful to speak with over the phone. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your car here to be serviced, take the hike to ellsoworth or even bangor you won't be disappointed in the difference in service.

Experience was fantastic. people were friendly. Frank and Dave made the whole buyimg process fun and easy. Its so nice to have a dealership closer to us for service. We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee love it. Thanls again. They are having a big sale so go down and get a new vehicle

The stabilitrac sensor came on in early May 2020 in our Chevy Sonic. Service was requested an issue with the sensor was confirmed and a new sensor was ordered. Pratts never contacted us to let us know the sensor was in but when my husband called to check he was told we were eligible for one last free oil change under our warranty. Finally, 3 months later, an appointment was scheduled for the oil change an inspection and for the sensor to he replaced. We accepted an 8am appointment for the convenience of getting in and out quickly. Today was the scheduled service it took three hours and we were charged for the oil change we were told would be free. The lack of notification on the part being in was frustrating. Choosing an 8am appointment, when you live an 1 1/2 hours away, to be in and out quickly was an inconvenience. Being charged for a service you were told would be free was insulting, To sit in an overstuffed waiting area during Covid19 (often 12 to a time including workers and customers) for 3 hours for something that should have taken an hour (my car sat in the parking lot most of the 3 hours) was infuriating. I would have scored the service lower but one star was the lowest allowed. Needless to say we won't be returning.

If you want a place that truly cares about you & whatever your needs are for a vehicle, then you should definitely go see the amazing people at Pratt's in Calias! They will work with you to do whatever possible to best suit your needs, but if they dont think it's in your best interest or best financial decision, then they will tell you straight up! They wont be trying to just swindle you into buying a vehicle that would put you way over your head financially, but to work with you to find what is your greatest fit! So I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new or used vehicle to go see Lucas & Buzz at Pratt's, and you wont regret it! Great people & great service!!

I always buy my cars from pratts because they are locally owned and operated . Staff are friendly and helpful I did not plan on having to buy a car this soon but Stephanie Morrison help me work with my budget to make monthly affordable payments. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal that was advertised I really like my Chevy Trex I'm very happy with the purchase

I arrived last minute, just prior to closing, and fully expected to be turned away. Not only did they keep a technician late to service my vehicle, the entire staff was polite, friendly, professional, and never once made me feel as though I was imposing. The owner of the store even made it a point to come verify that my service was being taken care of, and offered a loaner vehicle should there be unexpected issues. Absolutely a ten out of ten!
