On day one of a 7 day vacation we broke down in calias. We lost the water pump in the truck. After 4 phone calls to local garages, who wouldn't look at us for a week, i looked the situation over. My 5th call was to the napa store.The gentleman who answered was professional and polite. They had the parts needed and went the extra mile and delivered them to me on the side of the road. Two hours later we were back underway.With my parents who are over 70 and a 3 yr old, our vacation was saved by the local Napa store.. thank you very much.
