I managed to get stuck pretty bad in a ditch on a Sunday. I called Dave s and was greeted cheerfully. In a very reasonable time, the courteous and professional driver came out. He quickly got me unstuck despite my best effort previously to make a bad situation worse. I couldn t be happier with the quality of service and care and concern shown.

Your drive dropped my car at VIP Tires and Service in Brewer, perfectly knowing that my car wasn't starting! In order to bring the car if front of the shop I had to hire another tow truck and pe another $100! If you think how service you provided was proper you are mistaken! You better hire guys with a brain, not empty heads.

OMG. Dave's completely saved me from miss communication on AAA'S fault. I don't know how they did it, but I'm grateful for Abby at Daves in Bucksport!

Amazing professionalism and customer service.Couldn't ask for a nicer guy to own such a big company.Always a pleasure to work with. They have serviced every vehicle I've owned in the past five years. Never had one complaint.

While we were vacationing in Acadia, we hit a bump and ended up with a damaged suspension. Most places in the area were only offering to schedule us for help around two weeks out, far later than our intended departure date. We found this place through AAA - Dave's was able to get us in the very day we called and out in less than an hour saved us a three hour tow to a dealership in Augusta, and three days of our vacation plans. We were so lucky! - Thanks Dave!Furthermore, staff was kind, courteous, professional, and caring. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I was traveling through Maine. From Illinois when my van wouldn t start Dave s auto repair / towing came to me jumped my car I followed him to the shop the next day he looked at my car diagnosed it was just a bad battery swapped it out charged me accordinglyVery reasonable and honest he could have told me something major was wrong and charged me but he did notI m not back home in Illinois with no problems thank youDave s auto repair and towing for helping me and my familyHighly recommend this business to anyone In The area

I needed my car fixed up for my job ASAP since both the alternator and air pump busted, and they didn t miss a single beat. Most shops would charge top dollar for how fast they worked but they charged me almost nothing in contrast to what I was prepared to spend.
