Needed a Husqvarna chainsaw put back together after it threw a chain. Brought it in expecting to drop it off...they said they'd fix it while I waited. They also showed me where the chain I had was failing and set me up with a new Oregon chain.Great service!

Have a chainsaw that had been sitting unused for years. Needed parts and cleaning.They finished quickly, same day! Good price. Saw runs great now.

Know of a lady who had work done before winter and had her equipment all fixed and repaired used her machine for the first time and the brand new piece Bob put on the machine broke right away. When he took the machine back to repair it again the part and labor should of been on him where it was his fault and he still charged the lady another $500. Big rip off and not good customer service by any means.

Bob has always been excellent with The sales and repair service of all the equipment I have purchased for the town of Orland . I believe in supporting local businesses and Bob has never given me any reason to go anywhere else. he has been excellent about quick repair response and treats me very fair on repair cost thank you Bob - Mike Malenfant with the Town of Orland

I paid over $600 for my four wheeler to have a new carburetor, battery, fluids etc. I never doubted a thing since the machine had sat for a couple years. When I returned the machine for additional service the following year I was told I needed carburetor work in addition to what brought it in for. When I questioned why a new carburetor would need work I was told it wasn t new and in severe disrepair. Bobs Small Engine denied ever billing me for a new carburetor and asked I prove it with a receipt. I told him the date of service and the amount and he was unable or unwilling to look up the service contract to clear his name saying it was with his accountant. It s been over six months with no contact from him. I have since learned that Bob has a nickname Bill You Bob as countless other people have had this experience.

June 3 I dropped off two pressure washers to be repaired for a elderly woman that my wife works for. The newest one had a thermal relief vavle broken off, a very easy fix. First thing out of his mouth was that it needed a pump, Little did he know I already looked up the part and new the price. when I asked him well where does this fitting go an direct the water, he said idk probably back into the pressure washer, which is incorrect. This thermo relief vavle is designed to break in case of water left in pump that could freeze in cold weather. He was shuddering on he words, the man has no clue, and should not be over pricing his customers. The price of the part? 7.99 labor at most minimum 30mins. Now I know what is wrong with the second pressure washer I dropped off , soon I will be posting again to see just how honest they are going to be. If not I'm filing a complaint with the better business burial and more.

Friendly service and this guy knows what he's talking about. Very helpful and answering questions and being about the customer and their needs not just about how much you can charge. This is a small shop that you can trust for sales and service.

Walked in with a chain problem on my chainsaw Bob took it right in 10 minutes later I was out the door the guy didn't even want to charge me I told him his time was worth money good looking out Bob Happy 45th year in business

Bob is awesome! He had a hard to find part for my BCS that no one in the northeast had. He stocks Husqvarna, Echo and BCS and knows his stuff.
