25 dollar car wash and it didn t even clean half my truck and scratched it to the point I need to have it professionally fixed. Do not recommend.

I checked this car wash out a month or so before signing up two cars with a monthly plan (Uptown Wash-$20.00 for three months special then increasing to $29.99 a month) for each. It now seems that at every wash, not more than a week apart per car, the quality of the wash deteriorates. Specifically, the rear of the cars and the wheels after the wash remain filthy. And I don't mean a little dirty, particularly the rear. I wipe down my cars carefully after the wash as there is water and soap remaining, which is expected and okay. However, the dirt remaining on the rear is so sandy and prevalent scratching the paint is of real concern. I have watched the car(s) in front of me and the problem to me is clear. The worker who is very busy directing cars inside, folding mirrors etc. and then using a wand to spray and loosen the dirt on most of the vehicle barely touches the back (sometimes pretty much not at all- spending less that a second or two total) or the wheels. I have even spoken to one of the workers and he was friendly but pretty much indicated just too much was required. The girls outside by the shed are very nice and helpful. Perhaps pausing a car before they start down the line would provide time but I admit I don't know how this all functions mechanically. But I do understand you can't be perfect but I hope you work on improvements where possible.

I pulled up to get a car wash, looked like one of the employees was working on his own car, if he spent more time working on his customers cars instead of his own, this carwash would be probably be more efficient and friendly, however some of the other employees made it somewhat worth the experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You would have better results driving in the rain. You have to go through 3 times to get your car visibly clean. I ve used them for 6 months and literally everytime I have had to go through multiple times in a row.

This location is getting worse Everytime I visit. Vacuums not working, wash is marginal at best. Thinking I will cancel my monthly subscription.

Friendly staff at both locations and they make sure that my mirrors are turned in so not to get scratched during the wash. I really prefer Topsham location for vacuuming as they are stronger than the Brunswick location.

Amazing service and the employee Joey is a hard worker, these guys always make sure you leave with your car looking spotless I definitely recommend checking out Washville!

Is this Washville still open or permanently closed ? Went by there yesterday. Not raining. Closed up tight. Looked very GETTOish & abandoned.. trashed. Unlike other locations.

Decent car wash, especially for unmodified vehicles. I like the touchscreen, and for the past year or so, my vehicle came out looking and smelling nice. However recently, things seem to have deteriorated a bit.A couple weeks ago I got my SUV washed, and my passenger rear wind deflector cracked on both corners (see picture). While it may have occurred because the plastic is old and brittle in the cold weather, I was a bit disappointed by that, especially because they're low-profile and shouldn't be an issue.But what's more disappointing is the vacuum. While it's great that the vacuum tokens come free with every wash, the vacuums themselves aren't well taken care of. The one I used had almost no suction, and the hoses were all laying on the ground and had obviously been run over. Additionally, I dislike how close together the vacuums are. I had almost no room to get out of my vehicle when someone else was next to me, and the vacuum hose dragged against my car, causing a few scratches. I know I don't have to use the vacuum, but it feels wasteful not to when they give you the token for free.I want to like this carwash, but I am considering transitioning to touchless to avoid breaking other items on my vehicle. I have roof crossbars, window deflectors, a recently-installed hood deflector, and I'll soon be installing a bull bar. I'm concerned about the hood deflector and bull bar getting caught/damaged by the brushes. I really wish Maine had more high-quality touchless carwashes. Most seem mediocre at best. I'd be willing to pay $20-$30/month if I could find a good one. If I decide to return, I'll probably just skip the vacuums in favor of just doing it myself at home with a shop vac.Service: Vacuuming

Was actually a little disappointed in the overall cleaning of my car..the entire front end was still dirty and many other spots were dirty, as well..I expected better??

This is a great car wash. My RAM loves it! The drive thru works great with my 3 month pass. Just need to let the scanner recognize the truck. Plenty of soap and water, and the brushes do a good job on a dirty 4x4. The staff are really sharp and focused here, doing a fine job for customers. Highly recommend this place.

Just got the free car wash to try them out. The guys were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that it even got all of my back windshield. Most places miss the upper part under the fin.

Honestly the best. The vacuums are push-to-start and timed but you can restart them much as you need no rush no headache. Staff are on point and always friendly. I've been using this place for quite a while now and they did a major upgrade to their sprayers and washing equipment in mid-march 2022.They are currently doing a $20 a month unlimited Wash Special, I highly recommend it my car looks amazing, inside and out doesn't have a speck of dirt. And the water just beads up and rolls right off the vehicle

It's a car wash. I wish the descriptions were more clear on the different price points as I really just care about my underbody. They took my roof rack fine, and free vacuums are nice.

Quick in and out. Perhaps it could be a minute longer for a second rinse. I came out dripping with soap. An extra minute to get this off will be very nice for that rinse.

I used the free vacuum and it had little to no suction..not a real deal there. I then paid $20.00 for the top of the line car wash. My roof is still as dirty as I went in, my wheels are still as dirty as when I went in, my windows did not come clean, there are dirt streaks all over my car. In my opinion, this is a complete rip off. I absolutely will not be recommending this place to anyone. My advice: go elsewhere.Services: Wheel washing, Vacuuming

This place does a great job getting your car clean. It's fast and efficient and you're in and out quickly. I tried the monthly subscription for washes and I have to say economically it makes great sense. It essentially pays for itself after two washes. And it couldn't be any easier they attach a sticker to the inside of your windshield you drive through and you're on your way. Keeping a clean car has never been easier.

This is a good place, but they changed ownership a few months ago and, as other reviewers have stated, they aren't what they used to be. Prices are up, no free vacuum token, no offer to get a second wash, no people doing a pre-wash. It was a New York outfit that bought the business and they apparently do less for more there. If I have the time, I will go elsewhere (and I will make the time). Too bad.Update. The vacuums are free, which is nice. However, some were out of service and the first one I tried had little suction. I did like the option to purchase a second wash at the time of paying for one.

We've suffered many scratches, many nicks and many scrapes in our vehicle. Also, the tires, rims, rear window and side mirrors never came out clean. We finally decided to go back across the street for a completely touchless and thorough deep clean car wash. We considered the cost and we re actually saving by going across the street. We will eventually have to pay for a new paint job on our vehicle. Very disappointing. No more free tokens, but the vacuums have very, very little suction, so....

Not worth the money!! Purchased a Uptown wash and had to go across the street to the self serve to actually clean the vehicle. The passenger side wheel shine doesn t work in wash so if you looking for a attention deficit disorder over load this is the place. No bug remover was sprayed on vehicle before entering the wash, knowing it doesn t completely help with the removal of bug carcass. When I went into the office and asked if there was something we could do to help remove the grave yard of insects off the vehicle I was given 2 dry towels to clean a dry vehicle. The office must of thought since I m not from here and a bit on the larger side, they probably thought I could brake a sweat!! Don t waste your money even with the colors of the soap from the road seems really cool and the kids are like Hell Yea !!

Day after storm So she was Nasty! $13 bucks for the Basic wash ... Fair price automatic wash was good and then two guys scrubbing it came out Clean on other end . 2015 kia Sportage

We went on a very busy day about a month ago for our first visit. We had no problems with waiting in line. The attendees were trying to push cars through at a very fast rate due to the long lines. They were spraying cars as soon as you got to the entrance and then I could barely see to keep driving. They were trying to give instructions via hand signal but I had no idea what they were talking about as it was my first visit. The car wash pushes you through the wash which I did not like especially with not being able to see anything as you go through and cars stacked up with only a foot or two of space between them. A couple signs at the entrance as you wait would have helped. If such signs were there I did not see them so they need to be moved or enlarged. The free vacuum token was nice but since it only lasts for a few minutes I barely got started before time was out. I expected more for $19. I likely won't be returning which is too bad because I really liked the idea of the monthly pass.

The wash itself is very nice because it is still for the most part brand new. It s not perfect but if you re looking for perfection you shouldn t be using an automated car wash. Cheap monthly wash plans so the road salt doesn t eat up my vehicle. Staff is phenomenal and so friendly. Wish the vacuums were free for unlimited time like your competitor golden nozzle.

I m not sure what has happened in the last couple of months but something has changed for the worse. Lately the vacuums are usually broken and the kiosks are out of receipt paper, but today the entire place was broken. Even with my pass they wouldn t wash my car because their kiosks were 100% broken and the potbellied, bearded guy running the circus couldn t make the car wash work without the kiosks. I asked why the person ahead of me was able to go around the kiosk and get their car washed and I wasn t and he said I ve only got one wash and laughed in my face.

Very rude, disrespectful customer service. We were asked by the attendant to pull up our online banking to verify our account when our tag did not read correctly. He said this was to verify that we actually paid. When we refused to let this person view our personal banking information, we were told to back out and leave. No other alternatives were given. We asked to see a manager and were informed that we were speaking to the manager. We asked for his manager and their phone number, he refused to provide this information, and handed us a pamphlet. Additionally, he refused to lift the gate to let us pull through and leave, and made us back the truck up around the corner to leave. We emailed the company and received no response. We have cancelled both our accounts, and they will never get another cent of our money. Unbelievable.
