John, the front person in the service department, is exceptional. He is friendly, with a happy demeanor. At the same time, he is knowledgable, regarding status of one's warranty and the reported problem that needs servicing.

First of all the quality parts and service on top of the extremely kind and knowledgeable front office staff! And the little waiting area is always clean and comfortable. And I get to watch Tint House Nation!!

Buyer do your homework about the current charging experience and be sure you have the stomach for road trip charging - it takes an adventurous type. I was expecting more hands on time and insights from the salesman telling me what they knew about the car. Since I ordered it online and chose to have it delivered to their particular dealership, the sales team acted like conveyors - take it if you like it, otherwise we ll easily sell it. Overall a very forgettable, shallow buying experience for such a large expenditure - plus it was a US made ID4 something of a novelty at this stage and a chance to wow me to the point that I d become an ambassador for the car and dealership. The complimentary onsite charger is a Level 1, pathetic, good in a desperate pinch, but otherwise not worth it.

I went into my car buying endeavor with some specifics in mind which left my choices pretty slim. This was my first stop before heading out of state for a wider selection, and I was happy to have it be my last. I test drove two cars, and one was a clear winner. One of the first things they did when I expressed interest was to hand me the CarFax. I didn t even have to ask (that hasn t always been the case in my experience!) Nick was easy to get along with and offered a laid back yet informative experience that felt genuine.They gave me a heads up that I might have to swing back through to sign some additional papers because the office guru was on vacation, but they did what was needed to assure I drove home that day. When I finally got to meet Mandy who does the paperwork side of things, she really pulled the whole experience together. She was so sweet and I felt like she left no stone unturned when walking me through the final paperwork. 10/10 would recommend if you re looking for a car buying experience you can feel confident in.

Everyone was friendly and there was a great sense of local community. Nick and Kirsten were very thorough in explaining all the details around vehicle purchase or leasing. Cayden was very efficient with the final documents. It was great meeting up with Charlesfrom the service dept ( one of my former students) All in all a very positive experience-- never felt rushed or pressured!

I really enjoyed my experience working with Nicholas. He worked extremely hard to give us a good deal on our trade in and price on the Honda Pilot we were interested in purchasing. The whole transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend that you stop by and check this dealership out.

July23, 2021 - I love my EOS convertible and one day my top would not go back up. Windows would not work and trunk would not open. The service guys worked on figuring out the problem for 3 days but they finally did and only charged me for 3 hours! Thanks to John & Desiree for their extra special effort. If I ever replace my EOS I will buy a car here!

Lost a wheel on the road to Brunswick from Montreal. I showed up at Morong Brunswick stressed out, shook and emotional. The staff there were kind and professional, and took care of everything in time for my scheduled return home! Special shout out to John at the service counter for dealing with this in the most human possible way. I recommend!

Sheri took her 2016 Volkswagon Tiguan to Morong to get a recall notice (airbag) taken care of. Was advised that the work would take 2 hours. It took over 5 hours. BUT worst of all, they broke the rear view mirror & had the gall to claim that it came in that way. VERY unsatisfied.

A fantastic experience, all around. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and they made the car buying process very easy. One of the easiest experiences in car shopping I ve had. It was totally worth coming up from Massachusetts!

Their first suggestion was to replace multiple parts. I took it to a different place who started with just a single part to see if that would fix it, rather then changing multiple parts right off the bat. Ended up that Morong s choice of parts was correct, however I prefer the other place s approach. Morong s diagnostic fee was also very high

I have bought two cars from Morong Brunswick within the last 6 months. The first purchase of a used CPO vehicle went smoothly so I arranged to have a brand new VW ID4 that I ordered online delivered to this dealership (instead of Morong Falmouth VW, which is totally separate) and that proved to be a mistake. Morong Brunswick completely mishandled the ID4 purchase, was not responsive, took no responsibility, and no one has reached out to us since we took delivery of either car--in spite of multiple attempts to give them a chance to make things right with the second purchase. The staff at Morong Brunswick are nice and pleasant, and my plan was to make them our dealership of choice, but the dealership as a whole seems to have forgotten how to treat its customers. Very disappointing to spend so much money in a short time and get lousy service. I will be going back to Morong Falmouth from now on.By contrast, I bought a Toyota for my mother from Lee Toyota in Topsham around the same time and the service was amazing! I got a good deal and the dealership did everything it could to make sure the transaction was smooth and flawless. Lee Toyota treated me like a valued customer. Morong Brunswick treated me like an inconvenience

Was not very happy with the experience here. The staff are nice enough but do not seem to be that knowledgeable. I came to have my car s window function fixed and I mentioned right off the bat that the window switch had already been repaired, so I told them it must be the window regulator. They ended up taking the door apart and confirming that a regulator was needed, but they didn t fix the problem and also charged me 1/2 hr $65 charge for telling me what I already knew. Needless to say I was disappointed with the service here. I took the car here so that they would fix it but they didn t have the part in stock so they did not fix it right away. Even if they did it would have been almost $400 just to fix a window function. Their labor is $135 an hour. Wayy too expensive for the quality of work they offer. Don t think I would go back here again.

My experience in Brunswick was heads and shoulders better than any experience I ve had in Falmouth. I will be driving the extra 20 minutes and giving them my business moving forward.

I just recently purchased a car here, they made the whole experience very pleasant, no sales pressure which is very common when going to a dealership..They even went out of their way to pick me up even I live an hour and a half away. I was happier when I found out in the end that my car came with a remote start.. Thank you Nicolas, Rich, and Mandy for all your help I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to get a great deal on cars without all the sales pressure.They were able to answer all my questions and from there was able to make a decision Two thumbs up to you guys!!!

I agree with the person before me, best car buying experience I ve ever had. I set out with an idea of what I wanted and Charlie made the process easy from start to finish. I love my new car already (just picked it up last night) and wouldn t hesitate to refer friends and family there. Oh, and the fact that they made my young daughter feel welcome with balloons and entertainment while signing paperwork made it that much easier for us as a family. Thanks again for everything!

Great experience buying from Morong. Nick and Rich made everything simple as can be when purchasing a vehicle. Zero pressure, knowledgeable, answered all questions.Definitely NOT a "car salesman" atmosphere.Easily would go back for future purchases.
