Great Place ! Had my windows tinted on my truck. Came out beautiful ! One window had one little spot that had air bubbles in it. Took the truck back to them they fixed it no question asked ! Now all the windows are perfect ! My truck looks amazing ! Highly recommended this place. They do high end work at a fair price ! Thank you Jam Audio for the great work !

CHRIS IS AMAZING!!!! Picked up the phone for my boyfriend (WRX) right away, put an appointment in for him shortly after for a tint and upgraded system, and had it done within a DAY- dropped it off in the AM and picked it up later that night. I (Challenger) was so blown away that I made an appointment for the weekend after! I did get lucky because someone cancelled on him, but I surely took advantage of the opportunity. Dropped it off Friday night after hours and had it back Saturday night. Drove her home and my expectations were blown. Can t wait to show them off when we visit our family in MA- without the work they were already the envy in the driveway. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! Wouldn t trust anyone else but Chris!!! (First 4 photos are before, next 4 are the afters. Still can t believe it.)

Chris went above and beyond to change out a cb radio and install a new antenna in one of our dump trucks. We were under a tight time crunch and he got us in and out the door in no time with even with having to modify a few things. Highly recommend Jam Audio!!!!!! Thanks for the great service!!!!!!

Great place- they installed a remote start a few years ago. Worked great. Recently it stopped working. They took it in the same day I showed up, replaced the whole brain, all no charge- lifetime warranty. Awesome service- thank you!

I called Chris at jam-audio because I was totally stumped on a sub and amp install in my 2023 GMC. I had 95 % of the work done and could not get an audio signal to my amp. Chris got me right in on Christmas Eve even and checked out what I had going on. I showed me the next steps in the process and walked me through everything I had to do. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Had a remote start and Apple Car Play installed. Fair price. Appointment was fast. Finished on time with no surprises.I would recommend to anyone.

I've gotten several sound systems installed, a remote start, LED lights interior and exterior, at least 3 different vehicles tinted, and a bed liner put in my truck over the last 8 years by these guys. They've always been a class act and given me a great experience. reasonable prices, and work to give you exactly what you're asking for. I recommend them to everyone i know who wants work done

2011 ford f150Had window tint done, didn't really come out that good. Bunch of bubbles on passenger side. Then had radio installed week later. Head unit works fine and got put in good but Chris didn't put everything back together properly. Also In the process of installing backup camera he dented/scratched my tailgate (geussing he left a tool on bumper then dropped the tailgate). Wouldnt really be so upset if he didn't lie to my face after he finished installing. Also I live in waldoboro, I drove out 45min 3x. Id defaintly recommend someone else who's more qualified.Will be calling later today to see what he does.Update. He fixed the window tint. Figured out the back up camera issue. And now just waiting for the dent to be fixed. Defiantly owned it so I respect that

Chris and David are the best in audio and tinting! Just had installed a JBL Basspro 12" ported powered box and sub, Memphis speakers all around. It sounds amazing..sooo crisp and clean! Im blown away! They have ears to satisfy you bass and music heads!!! I definitely recommend their experience in the audio industry and awesome tinting with highend ceramic film- looks amazing,so much cooler, blocking heat and glare from the sun. Highly recommend the ceramic film,worth every dollar!

We had the windows of our 2023 Mazda CX-5 tinted here. We were worried about leaving our car anywhere as we just bought this 3 weeks ago and we have witnessed other technicians at various other shops be rough on customers vehicles. Chris had us drive into the bay and back out, once finished. He never drove our car which we felt really good about. He quoted us over the phone and provided an estimate of time that this job would take. We checked out earlier than expected. Our car looked amazing and we paid the exact amount that were quoted. We loved our experience at this place and will be returning for all of our future customizations!! Thanks Chris @Jam-Audio!! You did a fantastic job and we could not be happier!!

Another beautiful job done by scam audio. Been in there twice to fix the water in my headlights that he installed only to get ghosted. Had to go to a REAL professional to finish the job right. The difference between a hole in the wall and jam audio is that a hole in the wall can be fixed

WARNING- Do not buy anything from this business.I purchased a car starter the end of last year (2022) and it never worked correctly. Chris (owner) claimed the starter had 3k ft. range, more like 2-3 hundred ft.I returned to the shop multiple times ( they leave the phone off so you can t call). I got nothing but a run around.I ve been in the mid coast area my whole life and tell my experience to family, friends and co workers.If you need this type of upgrades done on your vehicle, go anywhere but Jams Audio.I should have gone with my gut after reading the low reviews posted.Remember, a quality business always honors its work: NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL RETURNS WILL RESULT IN 15% RESTOCKING FEE!! (Jam s Audio receipt)

All & All Chris is great, had an issue with my car after it was tinted & he took care of it without hesitation. I've brought a few vehicles to him & will continue to give him my business. He has great customer service and deserves to be recognized for his hard work. Hope to have him do my stereo work at some point as well!

I give them no stars . I bought a 680 radio and they didn't tell me that it would eliminate some of the features in my truck that I use all the time so when I got home 45 minutes after buying the radio I called Jam Audio in Brunswick Me and told them that I didn't like this radio for the reasons listed above they told me they would not make it right and I am out 680 dollars and not only that I have to pay 700 dollars to Lee Toyota to fix my original radio repaired. I would not go back.

Just had the windows tinted and sound-system upgraded in my new WRX. Picked it up yesterday and am thoroughly impressed with the sound quality, tint-quality, workmanship on the system installation, etc.That's the short review. The longer review is as follows... I drove approximately three hours round-trip to drop the car off and another three hours round-trip to pick the car up. The place close to where I live did not answer the phone or respond to emails, but Chris at Jam Audio answered after the second ring. The price I was initially quoted was a little steep for my budget and Chris worked with me and offered a slightly different installation for a reduced cost (I ended up going with the better setup because you only live once right!? :) ). Oh yeah and he had everything (i.e., new speakers, two subs, two amps, a digital processor, and the window tint) all done in one day. So I was able to drop it off and pick it up in one day (on a Saturday to boot).So... I commend Chris (and Jam Audio) on his work quality. I commend him on his work ethic (you'd think answering the phone for the other business was some hard thing to do). I also commend him for working with my schedule. Absolutely NO complaints here whatsoever. My car is even more beautiful and the system sounds amazing for any range of music I throw at it!

David was really helpful and friendly! I stopped by over a month ago with a faulty radio that was draining my car battery. David was fortunately able to immediately help me. He unhooked my radio so it wouldn't drain my battery anymore and ordered a new Kenwood system which was installed later on in the week. No more issues... and I like the new radio! Thanks David.. it was really nice chatting with you. I'll definitely go back if I have another issue.

Save your time and money.. this was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend to have car speakers installed and it was all paid for. Made the original appointment two weeks ago for a Sunday at 11 am, made sure it was for Sunday. We drove all the way down and turns out they re not open on Sunday s. Fine, rescheduled the appointment for today at 11. I dropped off the car, no waiting room available. So we walked around Brunswick in 20 degree weather had lunch at a nearby restaurant, before walking back to the shop I had called several times and no one answered. Walked back to the shop and waited another 20 minutes for him to finish installing speakers. When it was ready he told us we could drive it out of the shop. Went to start the car and the battery was dead. I noticed the key was turned on to drain the battery the entire installation process. Made me feel like it was my fault the car wouldn t start he made a comment about how this battery had to be at least 5 years old. He jumped it and it started fine. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Installer David was very friendly/knowledgeable. When I was inside paying for the speakers I had installed, the owner was also at the counter next to David but was acting very strange and was not friendly. I complimented his nice shop but he was unresponsive and stared angrily at his computer screen. As soon as the transaction was processed the owner immediately stormed off. I think he thought I was going to rob the store or something. Rather discomforting behavior. For this reason I may not be back and might not recommend.

Got my windows tinted at a very good price. Chris even let me see how he did everything, he handled everything very well even after I was running late and the quality of the job was incredible. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend his service for tinting and many types of electronic installs. Will definitely be coming back.

Just had a remote car starter installed. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The job was finished earlier than expected! Very professional, efficient service. The starter works great! Not only will we be recommending Jam Audio but we are going back next week to have the tinting on our back window repaired!

Yesterday I came in with a huge problem, I tried to install my own radio and nearly ruined my car, (or so I thought). The on guy I knew I could turn to was Chris down a Jam Audio. I brought the car in and explained my problem and without any judgement whatsoever, he came and diagnosed my problem, explaining what could happen if I don t get it fixed and that it would be expensive. Which was actually refreshing knowing that before cashing out. So not only did he find the parts needed for the job, he got me right in that very same day and installed my new touchscreen radio plus speakers, all a descent price. Telling ya there s really no other place to bring your car or truck for this type of service! Thank a bunch Chis!

Very friendly staff and also very knowledgable. I called and talked to Dave about a harness that I had purchased that had stopped working, I took my radio in and got the new harness, and he even wired it in for me, He even came out to the car after I had gotten done hooking it all up to make sure that it was installed properly. Friendly and Knowledgable, I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their systems.

The stereo I bought from Jam Audio failed within the 1 year warranty period. When I took it back to Jam, they said they could only honor the warranty if I had the original box. The warranty card says the only things you need to honor the warranty are the stereo itself, the original receipt and the warranty card. I have all of those items. Instead they tried to sell me a new stereo with a discount. They also installed the speakers pressed up against the soft top of my jeep, which has now worn holes through the vinyl. The won't accept responsibility for the damage from their installation. So, now I have an expensive stereo that doesn't work, holes in my jeep's soft top, and a rude customer service experience where I was told I should've kept the box, and I should've 'taped terrycloth rags over the speakers to keep them from rubbing holes in my soft top'. They also told me it's "common sense to keep boxes from items you purchase".I called Kenwood myself, talked to the warranty department, and they said no problem to send it back to them without the original box, just the receipt and the stereo. I won't be doing business with Jam Audio in the future.

My tint from here came out flawless both times!!! My remote start has also worked every single time in the cold since I purchased it here 6 years ago... A+++ place to go for remote starters and/or tint
