I had my heart set on a car at another dealership, but figured it couldn't hurt to see what they had. Ryan very quickly picked out the perfect car to make me forget all about the first one I'd seen. All my nervous questions were helpfully answered, my indecision on warrantees was patiently accepted, and from start to finish I never felt pressured and I felt very taken care of. It's my first car and they provided me with all the information I needed to make a good decision.When I broke the sunroof hours after signing the papers and came back bawling my eyes out, they took it right in to service and found me a loaner, even though it was late in the evening and I definitely should have known better than to open it in cold weather.I'm really happy with the choice I made, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a hassle free experience to check in and see what they can do!

The experience from start to finish was amazing. They asked the right questions understood what I was looking for and gave me options. What stood out to me the most was that they did not try to sell me a million different add-ons they presented additional warranty options with easy to understand descriptions and coverage and what it would cost up front. They quoted me with and without the extra warranty I have not seen anyone else in car sales do that, this is great customer service and it shows that they are committed to the customers experience and not just there to only sell you a vehicle.

I bought a car last week from the dealership and it was very smooth. I was able to do much of the work on the phone and via the website so that when I arrived it took about an hour. Charlie the finance manager was a pleasure to work with. Plus I got a good deal. Thanks team!

My car's body had severe hot ash damage from the Port Clyde fire, that required extensive work--spoiler replacement and almost an entire repainting of my CX-5. My car exterior looks new, the interior received a detailing that made the car look liked I never drove it. The staff kept me informed of any delay, and worked well with my insurance company. I hope no one ever needs extensive car body work, but this is the shop I highly recommend.

These people give car salesman a worse name. That itself is quite the accomplishment. A bunch of sneaky, lying, cheaters. Nothing they told me was true. They wasted days of my time. Stay away from Goodwin's.
