Likely the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Abby was everything you wish your car salesperson could be. Great communication through the entire process. Thoughtful, patient, kind, all the good things. Abby was super knowledgeable and just made the whole experience a real pleasure. Everyone we interacted with at Goodwin contributed to the stellar experience. It was like they took the book on how to be a car dealership, threw it out, and started a new one with the question, How do we make car buying as enjoyable as possible for our customers? Goodwin Chevrolet is about 2 hours from our house, and I m so glad we made the trip up there to buy our car. And I would highly recommend anyone else looking for a new or used vehicle do the same.

Would have given 5 stars - found inventory sticker still attached to the right front fender well liner. During removal found part of inner liner not reattached to the frame. Had to return car to Goodwins so that this could be fixed. A final check of the work performed at job completion (extra attention to detail) could have prevented this from happening...... Otherwise very happy with paint match and overall repair.

My fiance and I came here to test drive a truck and possibly do a trade in. When we arrived we were greeted and quickly put onto the test drive (great!) The truck had some issues but we decided to stick around to see what the numbers would be like (as one does). After this we were COMPLETELY pushed aside and ignored the rest of our visit. When we arrived back from the test drive our car keys were taken and they said someone was going to look at it now and then come talk to us. We had a view of our car and after almost 25 minutes of no contact from anyone and many associates standing around, we asked for an update. We were told by a nearby sales associate that if they said they re doing it they re doing it he cut us off as we tried to ask another question and he walked away. After the 45 minute mark of not being helped and our keys being held hostage we decided we were wasting our time with this business as they clearly didn t value us as customers. We had to ask 3 people for our keys back and they didn t even know where they were. Come to find out they had never been given to anyone and they were sitting on a desk out back. This was our very poor experience, I cannot speak for this business as a whole but it s important that we share our feedback so others may avoid wasting time like we did. Ended up at charlie s wholesale in Augusta and we were very* well taken care of there. Definitely recommend charlie s over here.

Tyler Storm is the sales person that helped us and he was excellent if I could give him 10 stars I would.Charlie was also excellent. He also deserves 10 stars.He made us feel great and we were so comfortable So happy that we decided to go to your dealers ship.You have two great employees as I am sure all of your employees are great.Thank you for getting is into our new Chevy Trax

Goodwin advertised a vehicle I was interested in. The advertisement indicated I should contact them for the price. I contacted them and was told they would only discuss pricing in person. I explained that I have limited time off and did not want to visit the dealership only to discover the asking price was beyond my budget. The staff at Goodwin seemed perplexed by this simple notion. Eventually Goodwin did start advertising the price online. The price seemed fair so I inquired if the vehicle was still available. Goodwin responded, saying the vehicle was available and that they show cars by appointment. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The morning of the appointment Goodwin contacted me to confirm that I was coming. I assured them that I was. When I arrived the vehicle was not on the property and a sales person informed me that they had loaned out the car. My experience with Goodwin Chevrolet has been very disappointing and infuriating. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.

I was treated helpfully and very courteously, with particular consideration, as I walk with a cane. Alexis even went and got my reading glasses from my car, so I could read in the waiting room. An employee I didn't know stopped to assist me in getting coffee. Truly an organization that prioritizes customer service!

Always excellent service! John takes time to explain the work and provided a shuttle to the Brunswick community center so I could work out while my truck was being serviced.

I arrived in the am and promptly got my truck in the garage. Shaun explained that it will take 2 hours or so for oil change and mirror. Found out all the mirror parts weren't ordered that were needed. Alexis took care of that and arranged for a loaner car for me so I could get back to work. Tech completed the work by noon and I went up and picked it up. Aside from the cost of parts, they took care of my needs quickly and offered up the loaner without having reserved it. I'm glad I have chosen Goodwin's for service.

You folks totally won me over with your amazing service today. Every interaction I had over the phone was courteous and efficient, and Shaun at the service counter was just as kind in-person as well. I came in for a recall hood latch, and your tech Derek sent me a very professional walk-through video of his inspection, even topping off all fluids for free including my washer fluid which was totally empty. Additionally you were up front about the amount of time it could take, and ended up getting done 30 mins earlier than you promised. I look forward to scheduling future services with you even though you're a little out of my way! You're that good!

Easy to work with, great discount and dealt by E-mail most of the time, no pressure. Finance did not pressure you on a lot of extras. Good price on trade-in. Will deal with them again.

Bought a used Toyota tacoma that was in good condition. Tire monitor light was on , they said no problem bring it back when convenient and we will take care of it because the shop is closed right now. I took it back a week later ( I live an hour away) kept it in the shop for 2 plus hrs then was told bring it back later and leave it for a day or so and they would check it out. Again I live an hour away so that means wait all day again or drive down have someone pick me up and drive back??? Really I drove it home and fixed it myself. So if you buy a car from them don't expect anything after the sale.

The buying process went smooth and easy. The salesman (Nate) was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my requests, and Charlie (Finance Manager) was great as always. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

I know some reviews here are really bad, but I was totally satisfied - and so I bought an 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV, a "difficult" car! Yaa! What I really liked about Goodwin Chevy's service was their internet/test drive appointment setup service lady. Hey! It really worked, and it got me in the driver's seat with my wife, and Seth Batty, or sales rep. Good job Seth! My "white lightening" wonder got driven by me safely (and without having to be towed due to zero juice in the battery) all the way to my Buffalo Mountain home in Johnson City, TN. What an "adventure"! We LOVE THIS CAR! I - along with the EV - get really "charged up" driving it! Oh, and thanks for the free EV charges!

My fiance and I went in today not intending to buy a new vehicle but for the game piece on the sales flyer. We got talking with Seth and started looking at some vehicles. He showed us a Mazda that we absolutely fell in love with. Will and the financial advisor Nick that we worked with were great and worked hard at getting the right deal for us and we were able to leave with the car we fell in love with. This was one of the best car buying experiences we've had and loved working with them all. Extremely happy with how today's experience was

Great experience at Goodwin Chevrolet in Brunswick.Good no haggling deal for a trade in. Fair price for newer used car purchased. Jody Lowe is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly. I was treated professionally. Two special touches were minor but say a lot to me about this dealership. Tags to be transferred were installed under temp tag so they are ready to be revealed, and Jody downloaded my insurance card and laminated it to keep in the glove compartment.I will also call out that Charlie Burns was great on finding the right financing deal that matched my needs.My only complaint was that the online system to "build your own deal" and upload documents and information in advance did NOT save time. It all had to be done again at the dealership -- thus the transaction took a longer time than I was hoping.

Seth was a great salesman. It was very busy on Saturday when I stopped in. He did a great job multitasking. When I had to go back on Monday, he was there to greet us with a smile. I had no problems if I had to call and ask a question that I might of forgot. He answered them professionally. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car.

This will not be a positive review as my appointment was scheduled for 11 am and did not get to leave with my car until 4 pm! This appointment was only for an oil change and tire rotation- the tires actually were not rotated as I had marked them for my own reference!The dealership said GM had a few recall items that had to be checked out (I said ok not realizing it really would take all day)!Before my appointment I asked them to do a 5 minute update that keeps coming up on my dash- that was not even done - as the update still pops up on my dash!So what did they do ALL day - as I sat in the waiting room with my young child and we were subjected to rock music the whole time-The staff was friendly, but I feel that was a coverup for the lack of work they were doing for my car.To say the least - I will not return to Goodwin Chevrolet Mazda in BrunswickIf there was a minus for the review I would select it as the 1 star that I am forced to select is too much

When I pulled in Friday there was a jeep I liked but it was in Oxford. Ryan told me to come back Saturday and they would have it there in Brunswick waiting for me to look at. When I got there Saturday it was not what I was looking for. Instead of getting frustrated, Ryan worked with me on getting into another jeep. I knew what I wanted to spend and get for my trade in. The whole team was more than willing to help make that happen. Ryan was put through the ringer with the negotiating process but got me exactly what I wanted! Ryan made the entire process much easier! I would recommend Goodwin s to anyone looking to get a new vehicle! Especially Ryan as a salesman!! 10/10! Thank you Ryan and everyone at Goodwin s who gave me an awesome car shopping experience and got me into my dream jeep!!!

As part of a liquidation event, this company partnered with some other company to help get people through the door by sending misleading promotional flyers promising large cash prizes. They're all fixed. 7 prize combinations lined up next to 7 potential results to make you a winner. Literally everyone gets 3 cherries which are next to $1,000 to make you think you've won that $1,000 when in reality, everyone gets a two dollar bill. $2 for a 1 star review isn't something I'd pay another company for. Find another way to market your business because this is a poor way to build rapport or trust to make sales.

Attentive and friendly! Appeared honest (you never know in sales) but truly enjoyed all of the staff. They were so helpful and easy to talk to. There was very little waiting around and overall with a task that I find to be dreadful...it was enjoyable. I left feeling real good about my choice.
