Thank you, Excel team! All the work you did on our new home is great. The radiant heat is perfect on winter mornings as is the hot water on demand. The two heat pumps have worked very well heating the house - can t wait to try the air conditioning. The air exchange unit works very well for my wife s asthma.The on demand generator you installed has had to work for a couple of days already. The plumbing is flawless. Your technicians are talented and very personable, as is your efficient office manager.Thank you for providing all the amenities families need today!

What an awesome company of knowledgeable professionals. We live in a 3-storey 1800s home and when our 30 year old boiler was failing, Excel inspired confidence even at the proposal stage. Their work was efficient and careful and now we have a superb installation that works for us. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Excel mechanical when I had a new furnace and water heater installed in November. When I first called them I was very impressed with how responsive they were; they were able to give me a quote very quickly and showed up to all scheduled appointments on time. Not only that, but they offered the lowest price and quickest turn around out of the several companies I got quotes from. I communicated mostly with Asa, who always warm, friendly and got back to me immediately throughout the whole process. Rochelle was also very kind and helpful when I spoke with her. The company went out of their way to get the furnace installed as quickly as possible. They also coordinated everything with my propane company, which I really appreciated. I also asked them to install a new water heater, as mine was very old, and they even moved it to a more convenient spot in the basement for me. Matthew, Brandon, and Bryce did most of the installing, and Keith and Lucas did the vent work, I think. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. I felt completely comfortable having them in the house, and they were very conscientious about making sure everything worked well and made sure to clean everything up.

Chris did an incredible job! He quickly figured out what was wrong with my furnace, gave me a realistic timeline for repair, got me set up for the immediate future, and educated me in a non-patronizing way about my heating system, its maintenance, and care. I also saw him work incredibly well with a very difficult customer (a relative of mine).Asa was also very helpful and made sure we had temporary heat while the furnace was out of commission. Both he and Chris went above and beyond with their technical work and customer service!The rate was very reasonable as well and the office staff, Raquel, was helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice.

Excel mechanical has done multiple projects for me over the last three - five years at my home in Brunswick Maine. Work required includes everything from plumbing to basic electrical to complex heat pump troubleshooting repair and new installation - both old and new pump systems in the same project. Also, natural gas work has been completed to include installation of a natural gas furnace, work on radiant heat system in My Home, and installation of domestic automobile chargers. The owner and technologist I ve encountered, are knowledgeable, explain the problem with respect, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time for a fair cost. I ve never had a problem with scheduling or someone not showing. Thanks! They re also reasonably priced. I ve not been unreasonably charged for any project. Thanks!

Excel did a great job for us !Extensive entire house ( 1762 vintage) redesign and replacement of force hot air with 8 Samsung heat pumps. Required linesets through walls and attics.Managed to complete on time and budget against difficult supply chain.Good coordination with other trades. Also relocated an existing hydronic oil boiler system as cold weather back-up. Heat pumps maintained constant quiet and comforable heat all winter with outside down well below 0degF .Enjoying the cool air now !

Our well tank broke down over Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out first thing Monday morning and came back Wednesday morning to replace my tank, switch, guage, and valve. Rob did both visits. He was very professional, sympathetic, took the time to answer all my questions. He did great work on the replacement. Fast, neat, clean, and full of helpful information. Price was very competitive. Everyone in the office was also wonderful about returning my calls and working with a tight schedule to take care of me. Thanks All.

The individuals that worked on my home were always on time, they were very professional and made the process of new heating systems easy. I d highly recommend.Update, had an issue with one of the split units, lost pressure. A newer technician came to my home, very capable, well spoken and knowledgeable about the systems and what needed to be done. He had constant support from the original installer. Excel Mechanical came out and did an estimate for a house that I remodeled. They were punctual and professional. Absolutely amazing professional service! My residential hydronic boiler decided it had enough of the stresses of every day life and took a vacation without my approval! I know enough about them that the symptoms were something I wasn t qualified to fix. Called Excel Mechanical in the morning and they had someone come out within 2 hours! Explained the symptoms and Hank (the super knowledgeable technician) diagnosed it in a heartbeat, went straight to the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour! 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone needing repairs/service! They are now our go-to and we will use them for all future needs!

Had a crew come out to replace expansion tanks and clean Baxi boiler. They were very efficient and careful performing their job. Made sure everything was working as expected and very thorough with their clean up. Will definitely call them again for any maintenance or problems.

Our furnace shut off during the night so I called Excel in the morning. They were happy to help and sent someone (Keith) over on the same day. He got it going quickly and explained what was happening clearly and simply. Definitely will call them again next time I need any service!

Needed same day service, called excel, they came right out and fixed my furnace with parts stocked right on the van. Best service I ve ever had and at a very affordable price. I won t call anyone else anymore. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Keith and his crew did a great job installing the following at my house back in 2020: new HVAC system which included one ductless heat pump upstairs and a a ducted heat pump with all new ductwork for the rest of my house, a heat pump hot water heater, and a whole house humidifier. Later, I needed my washing machine and dryer moved upstairs from the basement and he relocated and completed all the plumbing and associated electrical work since I didn t want an outdoor dryer vent so had to use a condenser dryer. Pricing was great and my electric bills are now reasonable. Since then, everything is working wonderful and if I have any questions, he has been quick to respond. Highly recommend his company for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Keith installed a Bosh Bova heat pump, and a Bradford White heat pump water heater. I can say unequivocally that we could not have made a better choice. My electric bills dropped on average $30 a month and as early spring and early fall the drop was $50 a month. I not think you can go wrong have Excel take care of your plumbing and HVAC needs.

my husband and i were worried when water started dripping from our boiler. excel mechanicals responded quickly to our call and resolved the issue within two days. john, hank and lucas did a great job identifying the problem, providing a temporary fix and ultimately replacing the boiler. they kept us informed every step of the way and were personable and cheerful through the whole process. thanks guys!!

Great Install. Just had 3 Floor units installed, one in the Living Room recessed under the stairs and the other two upstairs in the bedrooms. Asa was our sales manager, technicians where over two days, Chris, Lucas, Mike and Sam everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, very courteous, neat and clean and pleasant to talk with.

I was able to schedule an appointment to have my boiler serviced only a few days after I called (not months like my previous servicer). Chris and his trainee showed up on time, and fixed all the issues with my system. It turned out to be much deeper than just a routine cleaning, and they had to run to the store to get parts, but checked in with me throughout the process. They followed through and finished the job that same day. I will definitely be using this company again.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Sunday one of their techs came to my house to look at water coming out of my furnace. Told me the problem and Monday they'd fix it. It was like pulling teeth to get someone out here snd the owner came and told me there was nothing wrong and didn't fix anything and two days later water is coming out of my furnace again.I'm not impressed with how rudely I was treated and easily dismissed, and that the problem remains.Edit... another tech from another company here tonight diagnosed the problem as the same thing the man on Sunday told me and is fixing it.

Excel Mechanical and const have provided such great service. I called them with a failed boiler and they sent Henry out and he had it going in a few minutes. He told and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it.
