I was visiting the Brownfield area for an overnight visit. Live 3.5 hours away. I had to leave at 5am on Sunday morning. Truck wouldn t turn over.. starter was shot. I tried my roadside assistance # and they sent someone else who tried to get it started but couldn t. He recommended Rick Emery. I called, left a vm. He called back and was there within an hour. Again, early on a Sunday morning. Diagnosed the starter, went and got the part, returned and replaced it. Charged me a reasonable rate. Nice guy.

SCAM ALERT. This tow company will do everything in their power to scam you. They never answer their listed phone number that is on their sign out front, and on their website. You are not able to leave a message either. They do this to make it difficult for the insurance company to get ahold of them so can sit on your car a little longer and charge you 50 dollars a day. They have a separate phone number and that is not listed anywhere and they only give it out if asked. I have never had work done here but if they do shifty business like that I could only imagine what they do on the mechanic side of things. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Service: Car towing

Great deal and is always a better price to pay versus other mechanics. I even go here for minor things than to go to other mechanics where my pocket will cry. Rick knows what he is doing amd Brian is cool too. I come by here often when they have time to deal with me

Great experience!!! Highly recommended! Very friendly service! Had my van towed to my house after it broke down. They were able to get it to my house the same day a couple hours after I called!!! Very reasonable price! Will uae them again next time I need a tow! Thank you!!

I am so grateful for all the time and effort that these guys put in to service my vehicle. Rick went above and beyond in helping with making sure my "New" vehicle was safe and in perfect running order. I'm so glad I know I can receive professional work from these guys...

Recently called him for an emergency tow and for some reason, he agreed to come help me; and simply never showed up. No call back. No follow up. No nothing. This place has become a business of bad actors with bad attitudes and simply not worth the inevitable disappointment. Always have a plan B before you call these guys. Something is bound to go wrong. Can t be trusted to speak the truth to you.Might have had their act together back in the day when he needed business but those days are gone. You ve been warned.Ps. I ve done business with Rick for many years. I ve always paid my bills at the time of service and paid in full with no formal complaints, ever. Why he openly turned against me and lied to me like he did is concerning and if he would do that to a neighbor, he would do it to you just as easily.Emerys has gone from Sinbad to Sinworse. Rick is a truly great guy. He helped my family when we went over a snowbank after hitting black ice. Called us right back and showed up quickly. Helped me contacting the sheriffs office and got me back on the road.

was heading to nh for the night to take my three girls to storyland and ended up getting a rock in my tire ended up calling them he brought me a tire on a rim ended up not fitting my vehicle he took my rim with him and switched it over and brought it back amazing customer service an amazing person couldn t have asked for a better person to help us. Definitely recommend them

This place shouldnt even get one star. They took two weeks to even look at my car. Another week and a half just to list the parts it needed and price them. Another week just to get my car fixed keep in mind all it neesed was tires break pads rotors and a tie rod. We get a call saying the car is done and getting a sticker put on. Go there to picl the car up and they cant sticker it without it being registered. Fair enough. Except you told us an hour ago it was getting a sticker put on it... Start to drive off down the road and one of the incompetent mechanics left my lug nut covers on my windsheild. Yes you read that right didnt put them back on. Nope leave them on my windsheild so half off them blew off and are gone now. Including my cars fan blower miraculously doesnt work now. It did when i dropped it off though. Now my whole car shakes if you try to put the air on and no air comes through the vents cold or hot. If you want your car fixes the right way in a timely manner do not and i repeat do not bring your car to this garage. Worst mechanics and garage ever. Save yourself your time and money and google another garage.
