I initially went to MacDonald Motors for service on a Wrangler I had previously purchased there. Despite the service being covered under warranty, Colby and the service department still treated it promptly ensuring care and safety.While I was there, I ended up seeing a vehicle on the lot I wanted but preferred a specific edition and a specific color. Big thanks to Travis for going the extra mile and finding the EXACT specifications that I wanted. Travis had it delivered to the dealership within a few days. He made the purchase of a new vehicle a smooth and enjoyable experience! His knowledge and genuine care made all the difference. I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. Highly recommend working with them for your next car purchase or service!

Great experience! I sent a request via email, they responded promptly, and we were in negotiation discussions within a couple hours from starting. I came from a few hours away so they assisted with ever step and made it an easy transition the next day. I showed up, did the paperwork, and drove away!

The folks at Macdonald Motors made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable. They always have a tremendous selection of vehicles to choose from, and amazing pricing. No obnoxious high-pressure sales pitch stuff either. Everyone there was kind, courteous, and helpful! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and they will be the first dealership I visit the next time I m looking for a car or truck!

Nice folks! Low-key showroom that s comfortable and very clean. Quick transaction, I don t think I was there more than 45 minutes which I love. New Jeep was spotless, we love it. Great communication from everyone involved.

I bought a new to me Ram 1500 here back in January. The overall buying experience was quick and easy and was in and out in roughly 3 hours...on a Saturday. The dealership was pretty busy for they were running a "flyer special" for previous buyers. I stood inside the sales office for roughly 10 minutes before being acknowledged, which was fairly acceptable. I knew the truck I was interested in so there wasn't any time wasted there.The salesman/sales manager was quick to get the key fob and get the truck warmed up and ready for me to take it for a ride. When I returned from the test drive, I went back inside and waited about 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged again. Long story, I know, but I got a good deal, the guy was prompt with the appraisal of my trade in and getting the application process rollin...all good so far. Like I said in and out in roughly 3 hours.The only reasons I'm giving a 3 star review is...1: When the new to me truck was bought out back to be cleaned, both inside and out...the outside was clean and spotless. The inside, however, was a different story. The same few pieces of trash that were there on the test drive were still there. The same sand and dirt areas were still present as well and the dirt spots/stains were still on the interior as well....there was no "cleaning" of the inside that I was told would be done, done.2: I asked about the 2nd key fob, which all vehicles come with two and was told someone "misplaced" and they would find it and send it to me or get me a new one. Neither of which has happened and I've owned the truck for over a month now...no call back, no follow up...very disappointing.3: I understand it was a pretty busy day but I didn't get a business card , nor do I remember the names of my salesman/sales manager or the finance person who I did business with. I find that a bit unprofessional but that's understandable. What's not understandable is the fact that no one has called me, personally, to check on my satisfaction of my purchase.Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the buying experience but I feel it could have been better and more personable versus feeling like it was a rushed process, "just another number" kind of deal. I didn't even get my picture on their Facebook page like I see every other customer does.

Bought a new Ram 1500 Bighorn with the help of sales manager Doug. We ordered the truck and it came in earlier than anticipated. Doug was excellent. Very helpful and always available to answer questions and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied with the experience and I highly recommend MacDonald Motors to anyone.

I brought my newly purchased car back for service because the tpms sensor was malfunctioning. I waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the problem and was told it was good to go. I got 3 miles down the road and the light came back on again. I believe the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.

About a month ago, my 2018 Pacifica suddenly had electrical issues. The dealer where I bought the car did not return phone calls, so I tried MacDonald Motors. Despite never having heard of me prior to this, they immediately agreed to take the car.Although the repair took a while (backordered part), they kept me informed thoughout about what was happening via email, texts, and phone calls.If I ever need service again, MacDonald Motors is definitely where I will go.

My appointment was on a Friday at 8am, I went in and ordered my tires on the Monday before. But later found out they were not ordered till Wednesday. The tires did not come in till Friday at 9:30am and was never told that it s is going to take longer than I was initially told. I was never called to be told that there was any problem, I called at 11 to ask for an update and till then I was told there was a problem. I had to be at work at 12:30 witch meant I had to leave at 12. The truck was not ready until 12:20. This caused me to be late for work.

Working with Rick and Tom was a pleasure. They nearly bent over backwards to make sure I left happy and in the vehicle I wanted. Not many dealerships left out there that will actually work out a deal with the customer rather than just take it or leave it. I certainly appreciate that they treat people fairly.

My family and I were towing a trailer for our first time up to NH from RI. We learned by the time we got here that what we were towing with wasn t exactly suitable . Sure it could do it but our comfort level with it wasn t suitable we did some online research and ended up at macdonald motors. We got There at 10:30 am and instantly felt welcome. Tom the manager and Travis our sales man were awesome. We drove out in our new ram 1500 by 2pm. Great service and great prices. You won t be disappointed! Thanks Frank!

This is the place to buy a car - I don t care where you live. I bought a new Jeep from out of state and they made the transaction as simple as possible. Better yet - it was the best price I could find anywhere in the country. Highly, highly recommend Macdonald Motors for all your Jeep Ram needs!

Service team at MacDonalds Motors were great. Had problems with Jeep Patriot starting but diagnostic showed no codes. Had corroded battery cable so they cleaned that did an oil change and an overall checkup. No problems since. Definitely will use their services again.
