If you want to be treated rudely by beady eyed salesmen who failed at life, this is your place. Be ready for bait and switch prices too. If you have dirty clothes and a mangy beard, they will be real nice to you as long as you are from the local gene pool. No thanks, will shop at a dealership who wants our money and knows how to treat their customers.

Incredible service, care and communication; called on a Friday afternoon at 3.30pm with a smoking tire while on our way north to a funeral the next day. We could not believe our luck when they agreed to squeeze us in. Not even 90 minutes later we were safely back on the road. Stellar communication and follow-up, fair price. Thank you, guys! You made our weekend and were the talk of the town!

I have purchased FOUR vehicles from this location now- phenomenal service. I am one who dislikes change or hassle and they make it SO easy, quick and painless! I have had zero issues, always get immediate responses to my questions and always feel like a priority. The BEST!!!!

I needed a last minute repair on my truck and the Macdonald service department took me in on a holiday weekend to help me out. Amazing customer service and great work done by the technicians. Very pleased and will recommend them.

I bought a 2021 right wheel Jeep Wrangler (I m a postal worker) I was hesitant to buy from here at first because of a bad prior experience. But i have to say Travis and all the guys in the sales department were top tier professional. The whole process was smooth. I highly recommend if you re looking for a new or used vehicle to work with Travis. He s absolutely looking out for the buyer.

Very disappointed with the service department, recommended a coworker to them. They failed her 2011 jeep for $3000.00 worth of items for a state inspection sticker. 2 days later it passed with absolutely no issues at two different local garages. Beware of them trying to sell items not actually faulty! They will never get any of my vehicles, referrals, or company trucks any longer!

Awesome dealership they took care of us while we were on vacation got us back on the road even had a vehicle for us to use for a small fee when there were no other vehicles anywhere to be found highly recommend this dealership and their staff we're actually looking at coming back up and buying a car off of them and bringing it back to PA

The worse customer service ever If you want it done right don't bring here tried dealing with servicedept/owners/ management 2 diffent times and got nowhere 2 trys and 5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires we did 2 f150 tire alignments and 4 appointments on 2 trucks and both still messed up 0.1 away from red out of alignment and would not fix pulls both ways 130 each and didn't even offer our money back after they didn't do job right told us to bring to someone else so off to get fixed and spend more money
