Wouldn t recommend anyone taking their car here, their service is terrible!! One employee tells you a price and another tells a different price. I got here 30min before my appt and they started working on my car an hour past my appt. Just replacing tires takes them a very long time, just horrible experience here.

Both the employee and supervisor told me they couldn't make an appointment to simply put a set of tires on rims because their computer was down. Told me to just bring the tires in and they could get that done for me. Went home and grabbed the tires only to have them tell me they didn't have time now and they couldn't make an appointment for me. Completely wasted my time

If they were any slower the ice age would happen before you were helped. On top of that they cannot enter the paperwork for your car and tires into the system into the computer if their lives depended on it.

Feel as though I was taken advantage of, feel as though I was forced to buy things that I couldn't afford and still have a chance to buy Christmas gifts for my family, after leaving the store I wasn't able to do anything for my family for Christmas

Brewer Walmart auto center:I got there at 6:55 A.M. before they opened at 7. Literally followed an auto employee inside to the department, there was one woman that was there first to get tires switched over. They dealt with her for 10 or 15 minutes and then it was my turn.I needed my tires switched over (off the rims) and an oil change, after that the manager didn't even say anything else besides who's here to work today to the team "lead".Team lead says oh well so and so asked if we wanted him to come in today but I forgot to call him, manager seems unfazed, and states SO ITS JUST SO AND SO!I'm still standing there, manager comes back, I will say I thought he was nice and polite, tells me 150$ for the whole thing. Says it'll be one hour before it gets in, oil change will be at least 30 minutes and tire rotation will be an hour, I'm thinking "are you serious?"Should be done by 9, okay fine I said. 10:15 rolls around and it's finally back outside, 3 and a half hours later, I paid and they told me to go meet the tech on the lot for my keys.Went out techs putting my hub caps on outside in the lot for some reason, basically said he was ready to go home and hated his life right now.Don't use Walmart auto centers!

Extremely unhappy with my service, bought 4 goodyear tires last summer. Was told they would last for 65k miles, they only lasted 25k. Was told its coverd under warranty. Except they just changed computer systems and they have no record of me even buying tires from them. The leval of unprofessionalism and attitude is something else. Would not recommend anyone bring their car there. Would rate a zero if i could.Service: Tires

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Oil changed 2 hours, replaced a tire 2 hours, overcharged had to educate service people that I had already paid for the tire when they were charging again a hour of my time as they called in service management and coach Jason only to have to give me back my own money.Save time go somewhere else.

Service was awesome, and so were the individuals who worked that day. I needed an oil change before I headed to El Paso TX on a long trip. I had zero issues all the way.

Brought 4 of my own tires to get mounted and balanced and ended up taking 3 and a half hours. Had 3 different people mount and balance the tires and had 3 different people put the lug nuts on . I literally couldn't believe my eyes. I'm not exaggerating. I really wish I was. I dunno it's a Sunday maybe it's just the Sunday crew that's why it took so long. Enter at own risk....Service: Tires

Absolutely phenomenal service after my second pothole this week! I was out of spare tires and had an emergency, so I decidingly had my car towed here. They were able to replace one of my tires and switch the rims because one of them was so badly damaged. Although it was very busy, the service was fast for as many cars there were before mine. I'm not from around here so I felt stranded needing to tow my car somewhere and not knowing the area but, I felt safe with my car here, and they took care real good care of me!f me!

We scheduled to have 2 tires installed. We ordered the tires from Walmart. My husband called and handled it all including telling them what vehicle it was going on. The next day was the appointment and my 17 year old daughter brought her car in for the install. After her sitting there for an hr and a half, the tech told her they couldn't take her old wheels off the car because they didn't have the right tool, but to take the car to VIP because they have the right tool. What kind of tire place sends their customers to another place!!!

Car was running weird after I got an oil change with these guys. I had a hunch that they didn t fill the oil back up and it turns out I was right. Plus it took almost 2 hours after they got my car in the port. Don t waste your money here.

Completely shocked when I come back after my car is serviced and it is apparent that they torqued the wrong bolt and snapped off a regulator that connects to my battery that costs 130 dollars and then state that it was already like that when I brought my car in. These workers are under trained, under paid and dont even take responsibility for their actions. Now I have to drive my car with the chance of that regulator coming undone and damaging my car even more. I had jumped my car prior to going to Walmart for a battery and there was no issue with the connections yet you can see where the bolt is twisted and snaps off after the install. I will never use Walmarts Auto Service Center again. With there complete lack of accountability for mistakes they make.Service: Auto battery replacement

I walked in on a Friday morning and asked the very friendly guy at the service desk if I could get my oil changed? He said it's be about and hour and he'd get it taken care of. He text me through out the service and also when my car was ready. He had my paperwork ready when I came around the corner from shopping had me rung up and checked out and on my way and it was even quicker then I was told it would be. Thanks again Walmart Automotive!

Low prices and friendly employees, but my god were they lacking in staff. Tried calling four different times over two days to schedule an appointment and never got an answer. Went over in person and the wait was two and a half hours so I scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Was told it would be an hour-hour and 15, took nearly two hours. Even as someone who is super frugal, I will likely be buying my tires somewhere else next time since my the extra $40-50 is worth it for less of a hassle.

Needed to get a tire mounted and balanced in an emergency. Everyone I called said they where blacked up and I would need an appointment. WalMart had me in an out in a 1/2 hour with no appointment necessary. Great car care services.

I ordered my truck tires exactly the same size as the ones on my truck from walmart.com and scheduled for the them to mount them. When I got there this morning he looked at the tires I ordered and made up a completely bogus reason for why they can't mount them on my truck stating that they needed to be more narrow and the L/T tire tread rather than the A/T tire tread that I had ordered, and so I went to VIP and they have no problem mounting those tires on my truck. What kind of ignorance is this? RidiculousService: Tires

The service here is glacially slow. It takes forever to get someone to the counter to help you and then ages for them to finally get your car done.The one good thing I will say is that the service manager Corey is great. He's helpful, fast, and nice. It's too bad the rest of the employees don't seem as motivated.

Bought tierd online after geting them and being told it would be the best way I was then run around because I got them off line and was told they could make a appointment the next day so I called and was told they couldn t do it it was walk on

I'd give a zero star if possible. Had an oil change and had to go back, 1/2 quart low. They top it off but when I got back to my mechanic in Bangor it was almost 2 quarts over! Incompetent or deliberately done. Never again. Not the first time I had problems but the last.

I ve always been told to avoid Walmart when it comes to tires or oil changes. Now I get it. Took my car in to get a tire leaked repaired. When my vehicle was done, I drove back because the sensor was still on. They told me it would be on for a couple miles but turn off. It did not, so I thought maybe it was still the tire. Went to a different tire shop to find out THEY BROKE MY TIRE SENSOR. Thanks for the $10 now $80 fix.

Employee whose photo is on the very right in the customer waiting room, has a big beard and no visible name, 1.) waited until I returned from shopping before he started working on my punctured tire, 2.) didn't tell me the job was finished, and 3. I had to go to the clerk in 15 minutes after it was finished to find out he hadn't told anyone he was done.Waited in line for cashier to finish one tractions that took roughly 10 minutes to complete. Other employees were sitting around and wouldn't get on the second cash register. The only reason I didn't give this one star is due to how cheap it was to get my tire plugged and put back on ($10).

When theirs only two techs on and manager and clerks dont help the team out with over booking . i went in for oil change knowing there was three cars a head of me two geting tires done and one with oil change was told its going to be 4 hr wait . plus 5 other people ahead of me .I looked at him and said well i guess i ll change my own oil today. They had don it in the past for me . got under the truck to find that they rounded my drain plug . must have tried a sae instead of the 15 mm will not be doing oil changes with them any more

Never take your car here. Got an oil change done and someone didn't put the oil cap back on. Month later I smell a fuel smell and there's oil spilled everywhere. Whoever did that should be fired.

They claim they can put on your new tires if you buy them from somewhere else and they will tell you that the tires are not the right ones even though they are the right size and try to get you to buy tires from them even if you buy 1 set from them online and the other set from another dealer! And then try to confuse you on where to put the tires u bought from them online! Just go somewhere else if you got 2 different sets that are the right size and the right speed and so on!

This would have been 5 star rating but since they do not take appointments you have to get into "cue" and wait for your service....They told me 2 and half hour wait which wad actually 3 and half....However once in the bay service was AMAZING.... Everyone was very friendly and prompt to answer my questions.They have serious staffing issue as they have 6 bays but only bring in 2 cars at a time due to staffing...Is it lack of payroll hours or lack Of experienced people applying who knows....But they could complete way more cars and much quicker if they hired a few more mechanics.

Literally told me I could not buy 2 tires and mount them that I needed to replace my new tires and buy 4 tires so I walked out paid extra at tire warehouse where they were faster and more honest. Get what you pay for I guess.Service: TiresService: Tires

Travis the manager of the tire center will lie right to your face and will avoid helping you if you have problems with your tires (that you bought from them) I had tires for less than a month and they were all warped so I went in to get an exchange (also brought in the tire test results which I got from General Motors) Travis said that it was my vehicles fault even though I showed him all the tests that it was not my vehicles fault the tires were messed up. Long story short Travis wanted to put the new tires on the front of the truck to "fix" the problem. (Like I told him) it didnt fix the problem, it made it worse. So I just went to ellsworth walmart and they fixed the problem for me. Do not waste your time at the brewer tire center the manager does not care.
