They are very pleasant, but I was unable to apply the cost of the inspection to the repair because they did not get back to me early enough. I can't completely fault them because I was somewhat indefinite about whether I was going to make my appt, explaining that I had to jump the second car to drop off the vehicle. The price they quoted on the shocks was good compared to another estimate I had for shocks last summer. I just wish I'd have at least been able to have that done. I probably will try someone closer to where I live in Bangor who in the past charged me only for time spent on the issues. I knew I'd be in Brewer a few times in the coming weeks which is why I scheduled with Walkers and I do like their online scheduling system so if were closer to them, I might use them again.

New to town and found Walker Garage. They were so welcoming and did a great job, they even got me in for my oil change the same day I called. They communicated everything I needed to know as a customer in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. We will definitely be return customers.

Loved my experience. It was so refreshing to have so much transparency with an estimate that included explanations, pictures, and pricing up front. Lots of communication on timelines. And I appreciated the ability to drop off and pick up keys after hours, and approve and pay invoices electronically.

I really wish I could leave more than one five-star review for Walker's Garage. I've been going to them for over a year now, and each time is a great experience. Bill is the best and will give you a detailed overview of your car. The office is super warm and inviting....They do have coffee &&chocolate.They are active and supportive in the local community, are always looking for ways to be more accommodating to customers, and exceed the industry standards.A forever customer,Thank you!

Bill is an amazing and honest mechanic. Walkers goes above and beyond to make the customer experience out of the ordinary in a great way with attention to detail such as a welcoming board, snacks and texting quotes and suggestions in real time. This is the only place I will take my vehicles.

I had a wonderful experience with Walker's and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. I get anxious making phone calls, so using their online appointment setup was perfect. They communicate with you promptly, professionally, and with kindness. They sent me a detailed list of the work that needed to be done (with PICTURES), and I was easily able to approve or deny each item via an online checklist. The whole process was seamless and stress-free, and the employees are so friendly! Will definitely be supporting this business in the future.

I never knew that getting my vehicles inspected and worked on could be so easy! Everything is explained so it s easy to understand. Also, everything is so clean and doesn t smell like oil! We will never go anywhere else! Everyone is smiling and kind. Plus, it s right next to the River Walk so you can just go from a walk while the work is being done!

Great communication every step of the way. Bill is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to come out and walk me through a couple things to show me how to make certain adjustments myself. Great service, great prices, and such a great experience! I feel very fortunate to have found Walker's Garage in Brewer. Bill and his wife are some of the most amiable people I have ever met. For me, this went a long way toward establishing trust early on. The service prices are reasonable and clearly communicated. Bill will call you up personally and talk through what he found, what needs to be fixed, and what doesn't. My 20 year old vehicle runs like new thanks to Bill, and I plan to keep coming back!

Although I had planned on using Walker s Garage for routine upcoming maintenance, I found that I needed them for emergency situation one day before I took a four-day car trip. I called mid afternoon today before I left after I found a problem with my car. They were able to have me come over right away to run a diagnostic. Thankfully, the problem was easily repaired and I was able to go on my car vacation without delay. I will be seeing them next month for routine maintenance. They were recommended to me by a coworker, who was absolutely thrilled with the service that she got from Walker s Garage. Right now I am also a big fan! Everything was explained, and quotes were given before work was initiated. The quote for the work was on the mark! Walker's Garage is just what I've been looking for - a knowledgeable, fair, reasonably priced mechanic with excellent customer service! Bill has performed many repairs and maintenance for me on both my car and my daughter's car and installed a back-up camera for us (their car is older and didn't come with one, but every new-ish driver can use one!). He noticed a few other things while in there that were minor, and was able to do all the work within the estimated budget! I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this local business to anyone looking for a great mechanic you can trust.Update: I've continued to use Walker's since they opened, and Bill, Kaylin, and their team take such great care of me and my vehicles, advising me on the best course of action, including all the pros and cons and budget considerations - they also got me in same day for an urgent repair once, no small feat considering their busy schedule!!

I needed to have a tire replaced due to a nail; Walkers was able to accommodate me quickly and gave me a reasonable price for the tires. The text messaging system they use to communicate is helpful and the office is beautiful, clean and updated if you have to wait. My husband and I will be repeat customers. I read great reviews before booking an appointment but what really hooked me in was the fact that I could do so much online and by email. The whole process was very easy and Bill was extremely responsive. He never tried to sell me anything extra and explained the work that had to be done. He even offered to come in after-hours to finish my car if he didn't have it done by 5 (I could've waited :)).I really appreciate how modern yet simple everything was. Thank you so much! Bill is an awesome mechanic! He always tells you the truth and never gives you repairs you don't need. He doesn't offer pancakes but it's fine because he gives us free car fresheners instead! My car was in an accident and I went to Walker s Garage for the auto body work. Man, was it an excellent experience! Bill and Kaylin were very easy to work with. They did all the communication with our insurance and when more work was needed than initially quoted by insurance, they negotiated that, too. The biggest part was not only the top quality craftsmanship to get the car back to original condition, but it was done months ahead of what others quoted. I wouldn t go anywhere else! I needed my car inspected (badly) and also knew that there would be a few repairs needed to get it inspectable. Bill was able to get my vehicle in super quickly, was honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. The office was comfortable and clean. Bill was immediately able to get me in, was done far quicker and less expensive than expected and treated me like it was going to be his kids in the car. Not only did he do the work that I requested quickly and with utmost professionalism, but ensured that everything was gone over to make sure my vehicle was in perfect running condition. He was so good, I immediately turned around and scheduled an appointment to have him go over another vehicle of mine so I know it ll be in perfect condition for this winter and I ll have no worries putting my kids in the car for all of our activities! Looked into many garages for rocker panels replaced and rust removed. Nobody wanted to do both. Checked with walker's and said he would do,but was booked 2 months out. I waited patiently? Took my car in. He knew I needed it for trip to Boston. Worked late nights to get it finished on time. Excellent job. Recommend,but plan ahead.

Took me years to find a mechanic I truly trust and know he is fixing my vehicle the way he would fix his own. Clean, inviting atmosphere, and Bill is always smiling and willing to explain things so I can understand.

We needed minor front end body repairs to be done on our 2017 Prius. Local shops were booking into December at the time. Bill got us in within two weeks, and had the work done sooner than expected. Bill takes pride in his work, and his knowledge and experience in his trade is why it got done so well and in a timely fashion.If it can be done, Walkers Garage can do it. I chose to visit Walkers Garage after pisitive word of mouth and google reviews. My mechanic of 20 years has retired and I needed a new place for inspection and repairs. Bill has been working on my cars for years. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He will not waste your time or money doing unnecessary things. I have never had a single issue and I highly recommend Walker's garager. With Bill Walker running this garage I know my cars and therfore my family are in good hands
