Remote start installed. Sound shapers are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them for remote start and sound system installations. If you have to wait there, the room is nice and cozy.

They're my people for all my stereo needs. I brought in some of my own (Amp and sub) plus purchased an amazing car stereo from them. I went back to get all of my factory speakers replaced, and they came out with some amazing Rockford Fosgates. Everyonce in awhile, I've had a wire disconnected (my fault), and they happily help get it all back and going within a minute. They really do treat the customer amazing. My only complaint is that they should provide bumper stickers so I can advertise their amazing work.

Had them install subs under my backseat, drove home after picking my truck up and the subs started smoking and blew up within 5 minutes and the bass nob on the amp was turned all the way on, cost me $300 for new subs on top of the labor I already paid to have them install. On top of that custom service was not very good. Little words were exchanged and they handed me my keys the second I paid them and told me to have a nice day not mentioning a thing abt my truck or what to do or what not to do, which would have been nice and could have prevented me from losing more money than I just did. Not a happy customer and probably won t be back.

Didn't have to buy anything but I asked over the phone if it was possible to have my current setup looked at as I was having issues with it upon returning from overseas. They told me to stop by the next day and one of the workers came by to check it out. He helped me get everything working and showed me different things to try out before having to purchase anything new. I have my whole system working flawlessly with his help!

These guys are awesome. Called there asking some questions about a new sound system for my new to me truck Ryan was very informative and even helped me with a problem I had with the compustar remote start. Stopped by there later that day to purchase the stereo and speakers. Andy was very helpful also. I'm a retired master tech and was in the field for 45 years. It's very hard these days to find people that will go the the extra mile. These guys did. Highly recommend them!

I needed help fixing a project I had started, which left my car without heat in December. Oops! They fit me in quickly to do some rewording and got me back on track so I could finish the work. Great customer service!

Incredibly rude when I went there to choose the new head unit I wanted. Annoyed with any basic questions about install or function. Came back a month later for my install, they needed 60 more dollars for some reason after paying them already. Some ginger kid with a horrible attitude started fighting with his boss about writing up an invoice. Just a bad bad experience, would not recommend.

I called and they had the part I needed. Drove an hour and was well worth it. They had the part(s), answered my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Andy was excellent - I will definitely do business there again.

Brought my car in to have an Intoxalok installed. They messed up the wiring. Dashboard lights wouldn't come on and the battery was draining in an hour, likely a grounding issue. I called to tell them about it but they wouldn't take me seriously, said it was highly unlikely as this was their "bread and butter," told me not to expect them to find anything, and couldn't get me in for another six weeks. I called Auto Radiator Services, they listened, ran me through the possibilities and tests they could run, had me in later that afternoon, and fixed it within an hour. And what do you know, it was exactly what I told SoundShapers it might be - the ground wire was loose and the lights were unplugged. Never going there again.

I don't even know where to start! These guys are great and I mean excellent work! I have a all in one JLAudio 12 inch sub put in and let me tell you when I say professional and beautiful work! Couldn't have asked for anything better if I wanted to! Now remember these guys only use the best sub's money can buy so the price you pay is gonna be high, but once you turn on that radio you won't be disappointed!!!
