I never write reviews but I would be remiss not to write this one. Upon arriving the oil change people took a skid plate off under my car that, because at some point I had bottomed out, they said they wouldn t be able to get back on (they admitted they took this off knowing they could not get it back on without asking). They provided no problem solving or support, in fact, I asked for assistance and for a manager to go below and talk to the people doing the change and they blatently ignored me.None of the other promised services are ever performed when I come here either (no tire pressure check, never have my windshield wipers ever been looked at and yet it s checked off on the sheet every time as if they did . I m sitting here I know they did not)Never have I been at a business where I am less communicated with and have less care given to me or my car or the service being performed.Finally after having to get adamant something be done about the skid plate they removed without asking that they KNEW they couldn t get back on. They finally begrudgingly found a solution.Be super careful coming here. I could imagine them damaging a car in their rush and blaming you for it. And don t count that anything checked off as checked has been. My windshield wipers desperately need replaced and thank god I know this cause they certainly have them marked off as great even though they never touched them.I have never written a negative review of a business but you all need warned. Go to a regular car shop, a dealer, hell learn on YouTube how to change your own oil and you ll have a better chance of ending up with a whole car after.I m sorry but apathy when I cannot afford a $2,000 fix someone else caused (or even if I could), just isn t acceptable.

Fast, friendly, cleaned windshield and even fixed my wipers without me even asking! Great spot and will def be getting our oil changed from here from now own!

Fast and professional as usual. They don't mind answering questions as well. Got what you need for the car already in the trunk? They don't mind using that to save a buck or two, like windshield cleaner or antifreeze. They always reset my oil change thingy as I forget how to do so.

Very fast, reasonable prices, they don't try to gouge you when they offer things like washer fluid or filter replacements either.

They are very efficient, they changed the oil in my duramax in a little over 10 minute. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of oil my truck takes.

This is where I usually get the oil changed for my 2004 Honda Civic and my wife's 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. They do a good job. They check all fluid levels, top off what's needed, and replace the air filter when that's clogged. The price is reasonable, too.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They failed to properly tighten the oil filter so it stained my driveway. In addition, they failed to replace the cover assembly that protects the oil filter; this cost me over $400 to replace. I do not recommend this business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'm not one to typically write reviews but I am today. I went to get my oil changed on Friday. Apparently an animal decided to make its home in the front of my car. They cleaned it all up and vacuumed up the mess (not pretty) above and beyond my oil change. Shout out for great customer service!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had oil caged a little over a week ago, but was losing oil. Called them and took it in, oil filter was leaking. They did a new oil change and did not charge me a cent. Good people there. I will keep bring my 3 vehicles to them.

They were quick, as the name implies. You drive right over their workshop and get to stay in the car the whole tome (no lifts). They were all wearing their masks and were friendly overall. Decent price for the service.

Had let me know that didn't need to wait till next oil change to have air filter changed. I could go back to any Promto in next few days to have the air filter changed. Where I really need to change it, just needed wait a day more for the money to do it. I had a pleasant wait as they changed oil very friendly, helpful and was done in timely manner. Even washed window while he waited to add oil. I want to say thank you again. 8/20/20 I will be sure to keep going back to Brewer Prompto Wilson street. If near area stop in get those oil changes and filters done. Thanks

Prompto in general always takes care of me. This location, I came in with an issue, and no questions asked they fixed it at no cost. This goes a long way. They will have my business for a long time.

These guys are the gold standard for what a quick oil change should be. Relatively cheap, friendly and personable, professional. Since I discovered them, I go out of my way to return to this location.

I brought my car to get an oil change, after getting the oil change I drove home and shut my car off. I turned it on an hour later and the car yells me it's over heating. Never had a problem with the car before this point!
