While in the Brewer area 2 hours away from home my muffler hangers broke and my muffler was nearly dragging on the ground. I called the garage and they got me in right away and had me back on the road in a few minutes. They really saved the day for me. Very kind & friendly people. They are wonderful people, great, friendly. Very knowledgeable. Fast and speedy, overall WONDERFUL service, we bring our Kia here every time something is wong, they have been amazing and work with us with warranty and everything!! I was looking for a great shop in my area when my car started stalling and had many recommendations for this location. They did not disappoint! My car was stalling, needed a state inspection, and to be looked over for extra safety issues for our upcoming little one. They were amazing when it came to keeping me in the loop and the price was great. I got a full inspection along with an oil change and new exhaust in a day. There was still a couple things that needed to be done, but we couldn't be without our car so we were able to pay for the work done to that point take it for the time needed then drop it back off. They then got us right in with a day that worked perfectly for our schedule. I dropped it off after hours on Monday and it was back to me by noon the following Tuesday! They made me feel so welcomed and like they care not just for my needs but safety. I have found my new forever shop and will be recommending to anyone I know who needs work done by such a lovely family owned company!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

We've been taking our vehicles here for nearly a decade (of not longer). We've become friends with the owners because of their character in business and inviting spirits. They've always been up front and honest about the work needed to be done and have helped search for the cheapest parts available. They've never pressured us to buy through them or for them to do the work. They're not sweet talkers, just hard working and honest people trying to make a living. We recommend their services all the time and have sent many happy folks there! If you need your vehicle looked at or worked on, I absolutely recommend Jim's place!

I've always had good service with them. At times they over estimated the cost of repair, but when it comes time to pay, it could be several hundred dollars less than the original quote.Often they can get my repairs done same day.

Jim's precision auto is the best all around. They are by far Reasonable prices with experience.The business is run by family along with the shops mascot miss olive.the family dog.I would highly recommend them you won't be sorry.They pride themselves on making sure you're vehicle is safe and the safety of the driver.

The owners are local, fair, honest and dependable! We had been using them for years to maintain our older vehicles. Now that ours are newer and require less work if any, we have continued using them for company vehicles!

Was very happy with the service and cost. They work hard on my behalf to keep pricing low. They will let you know when some repairs can be put off for a bit and not nickle and dime the customers.

I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado. Was a Maine State truck just 10 months ago. Everything has kept up by the State and in great shape. I wanted to see how flawed the system is. Had a mechanic look at my truck and said its good for inspection. Went here and suprisingly said it failed due to rear brakes. Went to a garage on States St. And they said front Strut neither one had the same item to be repaired weird.

What a friendly and personable business! I immediately felt welcomed the minute they answered the phone! They got my car right in the next day and offered me a price that blew VIP's estimate out of the water! Thank you Precision auto!

They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I love them & wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I usually go to Tim or Jim to get work done however they are all great at what they do.
