My family and I have shopped at advanced auto parts for many years. Every-time we go Frank is always there, ready to help with whatever request we have! I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts. Everyone is very helpful and extremely friendly, and often times they remember your name! Great business, and we will always go back!

We had a great experience.Frank went above and beyond and not only sold us great brake lights for a good price but his service was above and beyond as he taught us with great advice what we needed to do.Highly recommend advance auto parts 1 vista way brewer!Ask for Frank!

I have shopped at so many auto part stores. This specific location, they have the BEST customer service. Frank and Jay went above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running. I wouldn t recommend anywhere else, they are friendly, efficient and caring. Thanks again Jay and Frank!

When I stopped by this store, I did so because my car was having trouble starting (for the first time) while being 11 hours from home. When I got inside it was immediately that the employees were kind and ready to provide actual customer service.Jai is who primarily took care of me. He did full diagnostics on my car to get to the root of the problem. Thankfully just the battery as suspected. At this point it was a half hour until close (had to close early due to staffing, stated on the door). Jai went through all the batteries in the system that they have and answered any questions willingly. After finding out that first battery didn t quite fit right (despite being recommended through the computer system they use) it was just about closing and Jai helped us out by making sure we left with what we needed to keep us moving on our trip.Long story short- Jai provided us the best customer service we ve experienced in what seems like a long time. He was kind, knowledgeable, eager to help, understanding, and (despite other reviewers seeming to not care for this, or are not very laid back) just relaxing. His personality meshes well with those who like to have genuine human interaction anywhere they go (who aren t uptight). While maintaining a reasonable level of professionalism he was able to make the situation much more relaxing after such a stressful day just by having conversation while working on my car.Long review but it was just an extremely notable interaction. Genuine human being. Hard worker. Can t say I experience this (like at all anymore) back home at this point in 2023.

I used to work here, under a store manager named Sherri. She understood custom service. Even when Stephanie took the store it was fine. But now that they aren't in charge, The was a rude individual at the counter too busy with his phone to acknowledge me at all. I could hear tic toks... the new store manager openly swore in front of me... the lack of moral in the store has gone down

Today I had my battery, starter and alternator tested by Frank, then he charged my battery. He was so helpful and professional. I am so grateful for his superb service. Thank you Frank, you re the best.

They are very knowledgable and straight forward as well as helpful! I've been going here for years for literally anything I can avoid going to a certified mechanic for. That includes batteries, windshield wipers, fluids, etc. They always offer to put my wipers on for me, no matter the weather, teaching me how each time. They did a reader for my check engine light and gave me the codes written on a piece of paper and some potential action I could take, all without being pushy. I know when I go there, they will either have an answer or they won't, but they won't waste my time with BS, which I thoroughly appreciate. Grateful they exist and are honest.

I stopped in at closing time on Sunday night. Sherri was locking the door and I jumped out of my car telling her I desperately needed help finding some parts to fix my car enough to make it home. She went way above and beyond by looking up diagrams on the computer and helping me brainstorm some solutions, providing me with some store supply items at no cost in addition to the items I purchased. Thanks to her I was able to at least get the situation resolved enough to continue my ride home. I was sad to hear she had taken a new job and would be leaving this location. She is an asset to this community and will most surely be missed. Thank you Sherri!

17 year old Tacoma no start on a cold Sunday morning. Called and spoke with Frank in the Brewer Advance Auto store about availability of a new battery plus installation. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived he had the new battery ready to go and did the swap out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Frank

The Brewer Advanced Auto Parts is ON POINT! I've always had great service at this location...But today stood out. I went in wanting to purchase a new battery. Frank insisted we test mine first, and reported it was quite low, but if I had 35 minutes he'd charge it and re-test. It charged great, tested great and we were sent on our way. All with no charge, because that's a courtesy of Advanced Auto.Frankster, The Frankernator, Frankmeister...I thank you and the whole team.

Had a great experience here with a young man and older man at the counter who not only helped me identify a problem with my idler pulley, but they immediately got the part delivered from a nearby location, had loaner tools I could borrow, and even came out to help me a little when they had time. Definitely saved my butt, and helped me get it fixed on the spot. Thanks guys!

These guys are great and super knowledgeable. I just wish there had been another set of hands on the store. 2 guys, plenty of customers, and the phone ringing like crazy. I'll always shop here because they are friendly and don't talk down to novices. Just wanted to get in and out faster...

Had some good and bad experiences here. One visit the guys were great, knowledgeable and even came out and installed my battery. Another time the staff person acted as though an expert, sold me the wrong stuff and cost me a whole day of futzing around. Just beware you get someone who has the humility to know and admit what they don't know.

Change your online hours, sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes to buy parts at 7:30 but door says you don't open till 8:00. I'll spend my money elsewhere

Came in not knowing what I needed, just some blades and coolant, guy working named Josh was extremely helpful and kind, and helped my put some oil in my car and put the blades on for me. Great service and really friendly people.

What a great place! Craig the manager was very helpful with the part I needed. While I was there I over heard him help a customer find the part they needed. It was through a competitor, but he still helped them get there part. Now that's above and beyond if you ask me! I'll be back!

Friendly staff and they seem to be very willing to help you out when you need it. Prices are pretty standard. I like the store much better then VIP for example.

Great place to buy parts when you need them!! But don't be afraid to price shop, you can buy a front hub ( wheel bearing assembly) ready to bolt on .in town for over $100.each. Depending on auto, and you can buy a pair of 2 for anywhere from $40.& up free delivery to your house.3 - 4 days later. There is many online stores IF YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR THEM TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE THEN RUN TO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS

I and my girlfriend just recently Financed a car from Rivertown Auto Sales in Hampden, Maine this being my first car wasn't sure which type of Antifreeze/Coolant my car uses went to Advance Auto Parts sales associates were knowledgeable, helpful and awesome got me the right coolant lots of products to choose from thanks Advance Auto Parts for being so helpful and awesome.

Corporate requires masks, but the staff doesn't. I went in 2 weeks ago and a staff member and a customer were shoulder to shoulder behind the counter looking at something from one of the shelves. The customer didn't even have a mask and the staff had his hanging from his ear. Friend went in yesterday and the associate kept pulling his mask down to talk while not behind the plastic partition. Won't be back.

Just drove 35 minutes to pick up my online order that said it was ready for pick up, got to the store and there s a sign in the door that reads had to close today, only staff member went home sick not impressed with the gas prices being $5/gal plus I needed the part I was picking up.
