Took our perfectly running jeep patriot in for an oil change, got an hour down the road and motor started knocking. Called a few times to see if there was anything they could do to resolve our issue and got the run around. Highly don't recommend these places to anyone. Sounds like they hire anyone off the street with no experience. Employees are not helpful what so ever and suggested we drive the hurt motor to them so they can "look it over"

Over the years this Prompto has been nothing but welcoming. We've been customers now for over 5 years and have seen the comings and goings of employees in this particular store, we definitely do a lot of driving because of my business so our service intervals are much more often than the average persons, and not once have we encountered any issues, and the prices are fairly affordable for the convenience that comes with it. Above everything, the service and the attitudes of these employees are the reason I keep my Bessie ('19 Forte) coming back to the Biddeford Prompto.

Great service and quick oil change! My brother recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Plenty of options for all different cars, and very cheerful employees. Will certainly be going back for my next oil change, and the price is much better than the dealership!

Biddeford Prompto is the only place I've taken my last 3 vehicles since 2006. I've put over a half million miles on my vehicles collectively in that time. I've never had an issue with Prompto. The service is always top notch. The technicians always go above and beyond.

I had never been to a Prompto before, but I will be going back!!! Wesley was great, very friendly and went above my expectations by washing my windshield and checking my tires. Never gotten an oil change where I was treated with more respect and professionalism. While I don't enjoy being called sir, it was refreshing to know that there still exists a corporate ran business where you feel like a customer instead of it seeming like you're begging to spend money somewhere.I tip my hat to the 4 guys I had the pleasure of meeting this evening and there's no doubt about where my next oil change will take place at.Thanks guys for leaving me feeling assured that the job was done with care and correctly. It's been a while since I didn't debate doing the next one myself as I drove off. Appreciate the hard work.

I showed up in a hurry on the hottest day at the busiest time, meeding to get an oil change before heading back to MA . ALL of the employees were smiling, and they all worked so well together - like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). They were thorough, speedy, and FRIENDLY. Wesley, the asst. manager, answered all of my questions knowledgeably- even my stupid ones. I'm EXTREMELY happy with both the service and treatment I received there!Service: Oil change

I had OUTSTANDING service provided to me following a little mishap. Jeff, store manager at the Biddeford location, was two steps above the rest in customer care! He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and showed up on his personal time off to help resolve a situation that wasn t even Prompto s to fix! A genuinely good guy- great choice for a team leader!

I've come here for all my recent oil changes and I love it. There's always a line but it takes ten minutes per car and I'm happy to wait. You don't have to get out of your car they take the payment from you. All the guys are really nice and they didn't make fun of me when I accidentally hit the gas door instead of the hood. This is one of my favorite parts of living in New England - they re all knowledgeable and friendly, the garage runs smoothly and the communication is 10/10. I ve been getting my oil change done at the Biddeford location, the past two times they didn t fill my oil up all the way. Resulting in my car motor blowing. There's almost always a line when I go by but they're still pretty quick. I think my car was done in less than 10 minutes and cost about $30. The guys working were friendly and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.Pulling out of the shop you're basically in the middle of an intersection so make sure you're paying attention to where you're going!

I've gone to prompto oil change many times. They are reasonable, fast and you don't even have to get out of your car. Regular and synthetic oils are available.Recommend if you have them in your area.

I ll start by saying this is an incredible industry.One where the most success for a business of this nature is usually found in speed and price alone. Because of this tact and human nature is often forgotten, but not here at Prompto!They are amazing in quality, price, and kindness, and will happily continue to give them my business. I would love to say a name of a person who was exemplary, but I ve now had the opportunity to experience all this from EVERY member of their team during my few visits.I hope they are all blessed in abundance, and I am honored to be a customer. For $30 and 15 minutes they change the oil and filter.It's faster and cheaper than purchasing the oil and filter and doing it yourselfDefinitely more convenient too

Some people knock fast oil changes places, but I've always gotten good, affordable, fast service from them. They last did my oil chance, refilled my wiper fluid, and also swapped out my wipers. My car has a tiny back wiper that I'd never figured out how to change. I asked for them to teach me how to do it and the tech obliged and was super helpful. My dealership charged me fifty bucks you do it...They charged me twelve bucks. Love it.

Be sure to read my full review. The first two paragraphs were written before I had an issue following an oil change done here. To be fair I choose to leave those paragraphs and add to my review.I've been using Prompto for several years to get my oil changed. They're quick, reliable & fairly priced, good at what they do at this location.To be fair, there is a downside to using Prompto. You trade-off having things an automobile needs checked such as air filters & fluid levels & tire pressure for speed of service. I recommend going elsewhere occasionally to be sure your vehicle is serviced properly.I find it necessary to edit this review. My last visit to Prompto was NOT good. They inserted the oil filter into the cartridge but failed to tighten the cartridge into place. The result was a potentially engine killing oil leak! I lost over two quarts of oil in less than three weeks while driving fewer than 200 miles.

Overall was good and fast.. everyone was pleasant except for one little short and skinny guy with glasses who was rude and decided making jokes about me was funny well I do not think so and I didn t appreciate that at all. It is and was very unprofessional and made him look even more like a child. As cars pulled in he rolled his eyes and murmured under his breath, I think he needs a new jobService: Oil change

No frills oil change. If your in a hurry this is the place for you, you don't even get out of the car. If you want 5 go to your dealership and pay 3x as much for the same thing.
