This place is a joke. Went to get a hydraulic hose made and they told me they don't make hoses till after 8am. $300 hose sale loss. What a joke.

I went in for a battery change. The younger service employee was outside helping someone else with their car. I went in explained that I needed a new battery, had no idea what I was doing and my boyfriend who was in the car had just gotten out for the hospital and was in pain and could not help. The younger employee originally said he would help until the older employee said " I would figure it out" and went back to his lunch at the desk. They never said they could not help because of liability or some reason that would give any explanation of why they were not responding to any questions such as "can you please help?" They just did not respond staring at me and when asked again responded again with "you will figure it out." I will not be going back, not because they did not help but their attitude, lack of explanation and just overall experience made me think that they are lazy or incompetent. Either way, not someone I trust car parts with.

Great service! Don't waste your time walking the aisles. These guys will help you, give you cost effective options instead of up selling you and quickly tell you if they have you part or in some cases where to go to get it if they don't have it.

I gave them two star because they are usually pretty decent. I guess it depends on who deals with you. All I needed was a battery, the cashier was looking up my part and got a call and put me on hold... I guess his money's was greener than mine. Waited almost 10 minutes then left. Worst customer service I've received from Napa ever

Got us back on the road after blowing a trailer bearing. Shop is a little off the main roads, but easy to get to. Helpful and honest staff. Awesome shop dog. Best or luck on their move to a new location on a bigger road!

This Napa is full of basically inept drones that have minimal, at best, customer service skills. The store thrives on the teat of some very large accounts, such as the ski area, huge local logging and excavation companies that probably spend millions at this pathetically run excuse of a parts store, and the rest of us are apparently just pestering them, or not worthy of them bothering to provide the correct part. It's like a 2-1 odds that you will get the correct part the first time if you don't actually bring the part or parts in and put them on the desk. When Spencer retired, the ship ran aground.
