I contacted Cross for a new septic on my property. The owner responded immediately. I provided him with the plans and he began work ASAP. The work was done well and efficiently. They left my property neat considering the time of year (March 2021) with little damage to my lawn. He returned in the April-May(2021) to repair the lawn as part of the final leg of my septic installation. I highly recommend him! Couldn't be happier.

Drivers don't care about public safety, on I95 driver was swerving in and out of lanes nearly causing an accident with my car and three others. Event happened on July 16, 2021@ 12:05 heading to Augusta.

Doesn't return phone calls. Took several weeks to call back to start the work. I've been contacting for over a month now to come and finish the work as my yard contains sand dunes and have still not heard back.

Went to go apply for employment. Nice friendly receptionist and office was quite clean. Was met by 2 friendly doggos too.
