We were up skiing recently from the boston area, when my car started making a grinding sound from the front end, JJ had me come back the next morning . I was taken right away, and was found only to have a minor problem that was very inexpensive to diagnose ,and fix . We were concerned it could have been an issue that would have made it unsafe to get back home 3.5 hours away.Everyone there was friendly and very competent. If I lived in Bethel , they would be my guys! Thanks a lot !! randy

Fantastic operation on all sides (bobcat and automotive) -- we've had four different cars serviced multiple times here and they always do great work.We also bought our first tractor from them and had similar fantastic results including over-and-above service; they once trailered our tractor to/from West Paris from Bethel so we could clear snow in support of a winter-season house move by our elderly parents.

The team at Bennetts installed a plow on my Tundra. Not a plow guy so they educated me too. They took their time and explained things and what to watch out for. Great group of people!

My car suddenly stopped working. I had no idea what was wrong with it, other than it wouldn t start and there was something messing with the engine. Brought it here, they initially thought it was an easy fix (something common with my car type) but quickly realized that was not the case once they replaced the part and my car still wouldn t start. Long story short, I unexpectedly needed a new engine. Ended up deciding to not replace it. My husband went to pay the bill and was surprised to find out they only billed us for 30 minutes of labor. We were expecting to have to pay for the part they replaced and all of the labor they put in. I know they definitely spent more than 30 minutes just diagnosing what was wrong with the car. It was a huge relief considering we now needed to invest in a new car. They also let us leave the car with them for over a week, after finding out it needed a new engine, as we were going to be out of town and needed to figure out what our next move with the car was going to be. This place was recommended to me several times by several people and I can see why. Would definitely recommend to anyone.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Since there has been no apology or explanation I am reporting our experience. Bennett Automotive has been doing the 5000 mile service on our Highlander. At the last one in June they failed to diagnose a need for a break job, replacement of the driveshaft center bearing and a change of the transmission oil. The completely spent transmission oil was causing a rumble which was also not diagnosed. I sense Bennett is now focused on Power Equipment and not quality automotive service.

These folks do a great job! They are busy, so be patient, but you can trust their diagnosis and repair skills. Couldn't be any more friendly!

Bennett's has been taking care of our vehicles and other equipment for over a decade. Not always the fastest service but 100% you can count on them to take good care of you and your vehicles. Quality work, great people, pure integrity...love them!

Needed to have my vehicle's brake done before the weekend and they squeezed me in even though they were busy. They also got it done before noontime at that. My first time at this place and the guy who helped me was very friendly and I felt at ease that this place was honest. They fixed what needed to be fixed and called me with all the details of what was needed to be done. I was happy with the cost and very happy that I chose to give them a try. I will definitely will be going to them for now on

fantastic place!! we ve been taking cars there fir years! very chill cool smart guys working there! the owner and his soon and their right-hand guy jj are great! kind! only complaint, and it truly is a very small one is they sometimes seem to overbook and get bogged down and forget to call at end of day when your car s ready. but truly, they are humans and given it all, we say to absolutely take your vehicle there!! not sketchy dudes or prices at all!! trustworthy for sure!! we luv em!!

Huge thank you to Echo and the crew!! Our tires read under inflated as we were returning to our hotel during a heavy snowstorm after skiing. Stopped at three gas stations in town and paid fee to get air but none of them worked! Called Bennett 10 minutes before closing, she and her crew stayed later to fill our tires, and she didn t charge us. Unbelievable kindness and customer service!!!

Visited Bethel on vacation and on day of departure we had a nail in the tire of our car. After two service shops turned us away because of lack of staff, we found this business. Not only were they extremely nice, they fixed the tire taking into consideration the fact that we had a long journey ahead of us. We wish more businesses had such efficient and considerate staff.

They were fantastic. We were traveling back from Vermont and heard a strange clunking noise from our car. Looked online for a garage. They squeezed us in and we were on our way home. Fantastic customer service.

Had an appointment for 9 am. Dropped the vehicle off the night before. Called that morning to tell them vehicle was on premise and where to find the keys. Hours later when I tried to reach them the phone was busy, time after time. Eventually went there to check on vehicle and it was right where I parked it the night before. Covered in snow. The office person said that they were planning to look at it next. I told them to cancel the "work order" ( calling it that since none was written) and I would be taking my business elsewhere. Do not waste your time or money with this business.
