These guys took the time out of they're super busy schedule to help diagnose my trim switch issue. Ended up being a bad relay and they should me how to replace it. 2nd time I've used these guys and very happy...will use them again!

Brought our new snowmobiles there this past winter. His garage burns down along with our snowmobiles. We find out he doesn t pay his liability ins. and we re out 10,000.00 He never reaches out or makes an effort to compensate us. As a business owner myself I can t imagine treating a customer that way if someone s property was destroyed at my business never mind not carrying liability insurance and not sharing that information with my customer. Now we have to get a lawyer to take care of this he definitely does not care about his customers.

Professional quality job at a fraction of the price of other shops. I used to get my boat winterized and shrink-wrapped at Clark s marina in Manchester and realized I was paying almost twice as much as I do here. I also priced out the shops in Oakland as Waterville. They do just as good of a job and are much easier to work with. I would highly recommend!!!!

Called and explained exactly what my engine/boat was and exactly what the problem was. Made arrangements to drop off boat after hours. Owner said it would take a week to get to it. Owner called in less than a couple hours after opening said he thought I gave different information and would not touch boat. Furthermore he insisted it be picked up immediately, then hung up. VERY Unprofessional, and cost me 100 dollars to make arrangements to have boat picked up a week earlier than I had planned. I would avoid this business if I were you.

We rented a boat from them and when we picked it up they said if you have any problems call us. The boat didn't run properly called them several times on there "emergency line" and they never got back to us. After talking to the owner he said it wasn't an emergency and he wasn't available and didn't have his phone. If that is the case then why do you have a emergency number. Tried to talk to them after would not email me back. I finally got in touch with them 2 months afterwards after I disputed there charge and he still wasn't will to work with me on the charges. Save yourself a hassle and your vacation rent somewhere else.

I could not be happier with the work I had done here. I brought them quite the project, no one else would even give me the time of day they never quit helped me with anything and everything they could I would recommend this place to anyone. The new motor is running flawlessly. Thanks for all the hard work!!

No opinion actually. Service may be very good. They have had my canoe to repair the gunwale for more than two years and have not done the work. I will be glad to revise my opinion if they ever do the job.

Even though I'd never been there he met me on Labor Day to help me find a part for a Nissan outboard's fuel line. Very friendly. Appreciate him going out of the way to help out a stranger with a broken motor.

Droped of my Jet Ski for repair. Nice crew who updated me after checking my craft. Will need work this winter to be ready for spring launch.

***Please read carefully!***We made arrangements with Mr. Redlevske for restoration work to be done on our 13' 1967 Boston Whaler in October, 2017. At 8:00 am on November 6, 2017, we delivered the boat to Mr. Redlevske at the Belgrade Boat Shop. We agreed to the work that would be done on the boat and the price of that work, totaling $5,000.00. It was agreed that Mr. Redlevske would complete the project over the winter, with delivery expected in May, 2018. On February 2, 2018, Mr. Redlevske s workshop, in which the Whaler was stored, burned down. The Whaler was destroyed in the fire. The cause of the fire was undetermined (we have the State of Maine Fire Marshal report). Per his own statement to Us in April, 2018, Mr. Redlevske carried no insurance on the property and had no plan to cover the loss of the boat, boat parts, or the money already given to him to start work on the boat. After repeated attempts to work out a plan for repayment, Mr. Redlevske indicated he was unwilling to do so. We filed a complaint with the BBB for his actions (to which he did not respond). Absolutely terrible experience, shared almost exactly with another client who lost two snowmobiles in the fire.

Great! We rented a ski boat for 10 days. Bill had it to us early and picked it up late! I will be renting form him again!

CONSUMER BEWARE.. Bill has no clue how to run a business he destroyed thousands of dollars worth of my personal property and I never even got a phone call. My lawyer will handle it from here.RJ
