From auto glass to replacing window on your house, these folks do a great job. I just had them replace my cracked windshield and a couple years ago I had them replace accustomed picture window that started pulling moisture in between the panes. They're very thorough and did a good job. That said, watch out if you call them out to quote a business. I called them to my job once to look at fixing/replacing a front door. They tried to send me a bill for labor hours before I got the quote. I've never been charged for time quoting. If they had repaired it during that visit, I would have definitely paid for a job well done but this was unfortunately not the case as it was beyond repair. Its probably just miscommunication. I was not charged for the time once I called and explained.

So happy to have a new windshield. Dirigo and my insurance company made it painless. I didn't know I was covered for pitted glass even though no cracks. I couldn't see for all the glare and now I can.

I just started doing business with these guys I love them! They are super attentive and the Acrylic is always cut exactly they size I ask no matter how small the increments are and Jessica the lady that puts up with me is on point and very friendly! I wish I would have started buying my Acrylic and glass from them a long time ago!

I had my windshield in my Subaru replaced here and the people were very nice and professional. They were able to get me right in and the installers did a wonderful job - they even vacuumed inside my car. I would highly recommend them.

They are wonderful very efficient and affordable they booked my appointment and had this done in no time. Would definitely recommend them for any services. They even helped get a special glass for a coffee table I was fixing up for my mother and they came through on that as well.

I am an employee at the Rockport branch of Dirigo Glass. It is a great place to work. All of the employees at both of our locations care about giving our customers excellent service - I think this is one of the things that sets us apart from other glass shops. Had an issue with my order as stated in my last review, the owner found out what was happening, he took the time to call me back and find out what he could do, end result of that conversation was, I was very pleased that he took.the time to call, it was at that point it obvious that he cares about his customers.I did get my glass recut and had it ready for pick up in half the time they had originally thought.Thank you for professionalism.Problem was rectified.

Do not do business here ! Had a window repaired that was in my Grandfathers Cabin in Maine and was not able to pick it up so I called and said I wanted to pay a storage fee for them to hold it because it was going to be a while before I could get back up to Maine because I'm from the Deep South . I was taking care of my Grandfather who was dying from Colon Cancer and The lady said it was not necessary since I already paid the repair bill and she would hold it for me. I called later and said I was coming up next month and that I wanted to pay them a storage fee for holding it and I was told they threw it in the dumpster. My grandfather Had made that custom window from hand tools that his grandfather had given him. Also was told after 30 days it's abandoned property. They are only business minded and not there to serve the customer.

They do a great job and always on time. Friendly service. Had auto glass replaced on a few cars. Always very satisfied.

Had shower enclosure installed. Basic chrome with frosted glass at no extra charge. Great installation. Very sturdy. Total installed price beat other Bangor companies by hundreds of dollars.

I tried on two separate occasions to give dirigo glass My business the first time they told me it would cost $400 and two panes of glass place it take three hours I said never mind and did it myself in five minutes Second train time I try to give them my business or three panes of glass was told it be a day to weeks later no phone call and I called him 3 to 4 times with no reply from them unprofessional wouldn t bother giving them the time of day

Popped in last minute Saturday at their location in Belfast just before they close, inquiring about a car windshield crack and looking to have it filled. They could not because of the layers in the windshield, however they were prompt patient and scheduled an appointment at their Rockport location closer to our place of work.
