Charged my teenage son $15 for shipping on a $10 part and took a $10 deposit. I called an hour later to ask to cancel. Request was refused. Ordered it on Amazon with free shipping. We won't be shopping here anymore.

they have some top-quality Auto parts but they are very expensive in a labor rate at VIP of a hundred forty dollars an hournot the same company when Tom ran VIP parts and service!!!?

A great O'Reilly Auto Parts, they always have everything. Look for the woman behind the counter if you need a real answer, she actually knows the parts, what they're for and what else you need. Have a question, bet she has the answer first, she does when I'm there. Check it out yourself.

Guy had a bit of an attitude. I bought a new headlight, asked him to install it. He said he was too busy and to come back at 2 pm. I had to be on the road, so I asked him if he'd just show me how to change it myself and he just did it. I was very appreciative but why did he have to say no to begin with??

These guys helped me troubleshoot my electrical on my car. They literally did 5 different tests for me on three different days until I finally found out which part I needed. Any more and I probably would have annoyed them, but my car works now. Would I go back? Yes.

Usually has what I need on the shelf. If not there open late so the part is almost guaranteed to be there the next day a
