Went in to buy a low beam bulb for my car. They sold me a high beam bulb that looks very similar and will work briefly until it burns out. When I brought it back in to replace it I was met with a lot of skepticism and told that it wasn t even one of their bulbs. After lots of explaining to multiple people and lot of computer sleuthing they returned the broken high bulb and I was then handed a loose halogen bulb with no packaging after just being told that my bulb burned out because I touched it. After pointing that out they gave me a ziplock bag.I have had lots of positive experiences here in the past, this was not one of them.

These guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a flurry of issues pop up all of a sudden and everyone I talked to helped get me on track and save me money by offering different options. If you have issues this is the place to go.

Absolute worst customer service I ve had endure in my life. Owner became confrontational after he tried to rip me off after his employee made a mistake. Also got my parts considerably cheaper at O Reily auto parts. Beware!

Best service around. These folks are knowledgable, helpful, and trustworthy. Locally owned and operated. I had an Optima battery fail after less than a year. Warranty service couldn't have been easier. Why go anywhere else?

Needed 4 6v heavy duty batteries for a boom lift. They looked up what I needed over the phone, ordered them and I picked them up the next day. Very helpful and the job could move forward. Thanks !

It's in a great location. They have a huge selection of auto parts available on hand. They also do delivery to many area garages and car dealerships that have repair services. They will order whatever you need and usually quick to get it as they have many napa stores in the areas around.

Like all the new improvements in the store the courts could see the customers as they come through the door and they are always cheerful and willing to help people out looking good Napa

An excellent place to get auto parts. I mainly only go to them for my auto parts. The are usually really helpful and if you get the wrong part they can usually do a return or exchange for the right part.
